All in all great Hotel - no party people around and actually not noise at all. Only thing which could be improved is the availability of pool chairs, but this is mainly caused by unnecessary reservations by guests.

Läget är mycket bra, nära till stranden och väldigt nära till flygplatsen. Takterrassen är fantastisk och poolområdet är fint och välskött och bra utbud i baren, bra med 30 minutersgräns för paxning av solstolar vid poolområdet. Nära till buss 25 om man vill åka till Palma

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und kommen gerne wieder. Auf der Dachterrasse fehlt jedoch eine Beschattung, deshalb einen Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten alles Top.

Das Zimmer war ganz hinten an der Straße. Der Straßenlärm war extrem hoch. Man konnte nicht gut schlafen. Verdunklung funktioniert auch nicht. Die Sauna kostet extra.

Modernised hotel. Staff friendly. Room quiet and clean. 10 minutes from Parma airport and there’s a bus stop close by that takes you to Palma city or the airport. Negatives - really naff piped music around pool and sitting area and had to change rooms due to awful drain smell in it and it took at least 9 hours to sort and in that time the smell was too pungent to use the room

Seit Jahren kommen wir schon nach Mallorca und wollten unbedingt mal in dieses Hotel. Wir haben die tollen Bewertungen gelesen und uns auf ein paar entspannte Tage dort gefreut. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, was aber aufgrund der Vorsaison nicht weiter schlimm war. Allerdings hat es bestialisch nach gammeligen Abfluss im gesamten Zimmer gestunken! Der Geruch war penetrant und morgens und nachts kaum auszuhalten. Einige ähnliche Kommentare haben wir dann im Nachhinein auch in den Bewertungen gelesen. Zudem gab es Schimmel im Bad an den Wänden.Für ein vier Sterne Hotel und einen Preis von 700 Euro für 4 Nächte in der Vorsaison nicht akzeptabel! Positiv erwähnen muss man unbedingt das nette, sehr aufmerksame Personal, den tollen Service und das gute Frühstück! Dennoch würden wir leider nicht mehr wiederkommen und haben unsere Buchung für den Herbst bereits storniert!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is on the beach and the beach is very nice. But the hotel doesn’t really feel like a 4 star hotel. The bed had a noisy plastic mattress protector. I asked for another one but they only had this variety. But the staff was very helpful and they replaced it with a nice quilt. The bed is also relatively short. It was ok for me but my husband (6 feet or 180cm)didn’t really fit. The room had no coffee machine or teakettle. We asked for teakettle and they gave us one for €3 per day. One day the shower started smelling like sewer. Apparently it is a problem with many hotels in the area. We just had to run cold water for 5 minutes. In general, shower design is such that the water always spills onto the floor. So the hotel condition is a bit underwhelming but the staff is compensating for this being nice and helpful and addressing all the issues right away.

En teoria es una habitación romantica, que viene con cama matrimonial y terraza "privada" con jacussi - lamentablemente el cuarto tenia dos camas individuales pegadas, y la terraza "privada" es una terraza con pared de cristal con mira a la avenida principal y edificio de enfrente donde todo el mundo te ve, por lo que de privacidad no habia nada, además en vez de ponerla del lado que se ve a la playa, la ponen del otro lado más enfocada a la avenida principal y sin vista - totalmente sin sentido.

The property was absolutely beautiful, in a great location, and the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that our room was tiny and we paid for "oceanfront view" and could see 90% the building next to us and 10% ocean view.

die zimmer über dem restaurant "leiden" unter verschiedenen nächtlichen bzw. frühmorgendlichen störgeräuschen. diese haben uns leider den schlaf geraubt... ansonsten hätte ich auf jeden fall 4 sterne gegeben.

Very nice place to stay. Right on the beach. Great staff and very clean. Only thing is the walls are very thin, you can hear a lot if you’re trying to sleep in. But that’s minor compared to the overall experience. Would 100% stay here again.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Playa und Frühstück gut.. Nicht so schön war Doppelbett gebucht, waren aber zwei Einzelbetten, die zu kurz waren (1,80m, ich bin 1,88m groß) und Matratzen zu hart.

Hôtel avec une très belle vue mer ( chambre vue mer très sympa) Le roof top( avec grand jacuzzi )offre une très belle vue sur la baie mais est souvent squatté par des groupes un peu bruyants… Piscine agréable devant l’hôtel Buffet du petit-déjeuner très varié et bon et personnel aux petits soins. Par contre accueil assez impersonnel lors de du Check in ( aucun conseil, nous avons découvert en partant que nous avions droit à une boisson d’accueil…) Accès facile au centre ville via le bus 25 pour 2€. Belle promenade le long de la mer et belle plage avec possibilité de louer des parasols

Leider bin ich mehr als enttäuscht. Ein ,,Bitte nicht stören" Schild hängt nicht ohne Grund vor der Tür. Es kann nicht sein das dann geklopft wird und ohne auf Antwort gewartet wird das Zimmer betreten wird. Und nur weil der Herr sein Arbeitsmaterial ein Tag zuvor vergessen hat. Man hätte anrufen können um die Privatsphäre der Gäste zu respektieren. Der Rest des Urlaubes haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt und konnten im Zimmer nicht wirklich entspannen. An der Rezeption hieß es nur es wird weitergeleitet. Ebenso wurde das bitte Zimmer reinigen Schild am morgen wieder ins Zimmer gelegt ohne das die Reinigung statt gefunden hat. Dies zeigte uns das auch da das Zimmer ohne ersichtlichen Grund betreten wurde ist. Er nach Ansprache am Nachmittag bei der Rezeption wurde es gereinigt. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ebenso war die Qualität des Essen gut und es gab genügend Auswahl. Der Ausblick war unglaublich schön und die Lage Perfekt. Der Whirlpool war leider schon etwas älter und zeigte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und Risse. Die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Es wäre schöner wenn Gläser und eine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre.

We stayed at this hotel for the 1st time and we booked the biggest room they had, the terrace which was a bit dated now but had a brilliant party terrace. The music was right below us but did finish at 11pm so wasn’t late but if you like an early night don’t book this room. The staff are amazing and so helpful, the beach towels are loaned on a deposit which I understand as they could get left at the beach I guess. We were allowed a late check out for a small fee on the last day which was really lovely and meant we got to stay on the beach. I have stayed at other hotels near by and the food we have experienced before was more vast in choice but we quickly realised that actually what food was available on the half board was really tasty and actually really healthy compared. We also had a lovely shop in all the fun shops along the beach and with Palma being so close we enjoyed a short taxi ride into this beautiful city. Also the airport is so close which makes the last day mean you don’t have to rush back as it’s 10 mins to the airport in a taxi and doesn’t cost much. We had a lovely stay all round and would Book again. Thank you to all the helpful staff and lovely stay. My only thing I would say is be mindful of the music here which is loud and can be heard from the rooms at night so if that is a problem don’t book a room close to the bar area.

The staff are amazing and so helpful, the beach towels are loaned on a deposit which I understand as they could get left at the beach I guess. We were allowed a late check out for a small fee on the last day which was really lovely and meant we got to stay on the beach. I have stayed at other hotels near by and the food we have experienced before was more vast in choice but we quickly realised that actually what food was available on the half board was really tasty and actually really healthy compared. We also had a lovely shop in all the fun shops along the beach and with Palma being so close we enjoyed a short taxi ride into this beautiful city. Also the airport is so close which makes the last day mean you don’t have to rush back as it’s 10 mins to the airport in a taxi and doesn’t cost much. We had a lovely stay all round and would Book again. Thank you to all the helpful staff and lovely stay. My only thing I would say is be mindful of the music here which is loud and can be heard from the rooms at night so if that is a problem don’t book a room close to the bar area.

Great property with great view of the water, prime location for the beach and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel was able to provide easy instructions on how to take the bus into Palma for site-seeing (only 2€). Hotel also had a nice pool that can be utilized if you didnt want to go to the beach.

Läget är mycket bra, nära till stranden och väldigt nära till flygplatsen. Takterrassen är fantastisk och poolområdet är fint och välskött och bra utbud i baren, bra med 30 minutersgräns för paxning av solstolar vid poolområdet. Nära till buss 25 om man vill åka till Palma

Sehr schönes, modern gestaltetes Hotel mit direkter Strandlage an der Playa de Palma Balneario 11. Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, täglich zuverlässiger Zimmerservice. Frühstück sehr lecker mit guter Auswahl, vom Abendessen waren wir ein bisschen enttäuscht (zu wenig Auswahl). Schöne Außenanlage mit Pool, ausreichend Liegen, tolle Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick und kleinem Pool.

Pros very quiet . Con is our dining experience we don’t drink and if you don’t there was no tap water available to take your medications unless you pay for it . Bad customer service no courtesy at all . Not much vegetarian choices and whatever they had was very limited

We really liked this hotel! Incredibly friendly staff all throughout the hotel, particularly in the breakfast area. Particular shout-out to the main man running the restaurant, welcoming and attentive. The breakfast buffet has everything you can imagine and variety daily. Fresh orange juice, loads of fresh fruit, meats cheeses, breads straight from the oven! The hotel is spotless. I loved that they did not change our towels or sheets unless we asked or it was needed, as i’m very eco conscious and it irritates me to no end when towels that are hung up get refreshed! Only one wee complaint in that the bed a little stiff for our taste, but otherwise very comfortable room with a great view.

Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Bar Drinks and food were delicious and made quickly! Beds were comfy - we had a “side sea view” but still had a good view of the beach. We were allowed late check out which was charged by the hour, that was great as we had a late flight home. Was easy to get a bed by the pool. It was very calm round there & music wasnt too overwhelming

Both pool facilities were excellent, lots of beds (early May). Food was average (breakfast once and lunch twice) but surrounded by loads of places to dine so not a bother for us. Proximity to airport is a plus. We enjoyed our stay here.

I had to upgrade my room because the first room smelled stale and didn’t seem clean. Also there was almost no ocean view when there was supposed to be a partial ocean view. The good options could have been better but the staff (especially in the bar ) were excellent. I most enjoyed my unobstructed ocean view and the exterior amenities such as rooftop pool and outside eating areas. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel.
