Chambre sans âme, qui ressemble plus à une chambre d’hôpital de luxe plutôt qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Longs couloirs sombres pour arriver a la chambre. Vue du balcon directement sur le toit du lobby.. la veille de l’arrivée on recoit un mail pour nous informer que l’accès au spa n’est pas inclut dans le prix de la chambre - c’est quand même mieux de le préciser avant ! - le parking (à 15€/jour) est extrêmement petit comparé à la taille de l’hôtel donc pas de place pour tout le monde, on a été obligé de garer notre voiture dehors - idem ici, il faudrait le préciser clairement dans la description, accueil froid sans aucune explication sur l’hôtel et son fonctionnement à part nous montrer où est la petit dej, petit déjeuner d’ailleurs qui est vraiment pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, basique et de qualité moyenne. L’insonorisation des chambres laisse aussi à désirer, on a été réveillé par le personnel qui parlait fort dans le talkie walkie à un volume élevé, tôt le matin, au point d’entendre toute la conversation. La baie vitrée du balcon ne ferme pas vraiment à clé donc niveau sécurité c’est à revoir. Dans la douche il y avait 2 shampoing au lieu d’un shampoing et d’un gel douche, pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre - détails qui font la différence. Propreté est ok. Au moment du check out on ne nous a même pas demandé si tout s’était bien passé. Je suis habituée des hôtels 4 étoiles et celui ne correspond pas aux standards habituels je trouve.

Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und aufgeräumt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Preise in der Bar und im Restaurant sind moderat. Leider ist der Spabereich erst ab 11 Uhr geöffnet und man musste dafür extra zahlen. Kinder konnten leider nur bis 13 Uhr rein. Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut, abseits von der Partymeile, aber wir konnten auch ohne Leihwagen verschiedene Programme machen.

A very nice beach resort with good pool amenities. Parking has to be booked in advance, even off season, to ensure a spot. The gym equipment and space merits upgrade. The breakfast buffet is excellent - fresh and a good variety of options. The poolside bar is fun and the staff friendly.

Chambre : très belle vue comme prévu, avec un grand balcon, spacieuse, literie confortable, WC séparé, grande douche, tout est très propre. En revanche, pour un 4*, nous aurions aimé un échantillon de crème corps ou d'après-shampooing par exemple qu'on ne prend pas dans la valise pour un court séjour, il n'y a pas non plus de peignoir pour se rendre au spa. Notre chambre était située au 3ème étage, au dessus de la terrasse du restau où l'on prend le petit déjeuner, c'est donc assez bruyant dès 8h du matin... Le SPA est vraiment très agréable, une entrée à 12.50€ par personne pour 2h, qui peut paraitre onereuse mais cela limite le nombre de personnes dans le SPA. Le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas cher, mais pas de grande qualité. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, avec un très grand choix de salé pour les amateurs. La possibilité de se garer au parking pour 15€/jour est pratique, car il n'y a pas toujours de la place dans les rues aux alentours, surtout tard le soir. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hotel , c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix pour Ibiza, et le personnel est adorable.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough after my stay with my daughter . Beautiful hotel . We enjoyed every moment of our stay . Excellent breakfast. Perfect swimming pool area. Very clean and quiet place to stay for everyone.

Schönes, modernes, sauberes Hotel leider ist der Parkplatz zu klein für das Hotel und auch in der Vorsaison sind Parkplätze um das Hotel herum nur schwer zu bekommen

Great hotel. Quiet in the rooms at night. Pool is spacious with a pool bar. Parking is an issue so make sure to book ahead. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Great stay!!

A estádia foi ótima, os pontos altos são a cordialidade dos atendentes, limpeza dos quartos e café da manhã variado. Agradeço a atenção dispensada no aniversário da minha amiga. A academia podia ser maior e melhor equipada.

Check in was fine. We had a 3rd person and they charged an additional 500Euro for 4 nights to make the single pullout bed that barely fit in the small room extended once our luggage was placed. The beds were hard as a rock. Cleaner came once during the whole stay… the bathroom sink is in the room as in not in a separate room - the toilet and shower are glass and was extremely unprivate especially given the large space between the door and wall. Could even hear a point drop. Breakfast and dinner was very standard. Some of the beach chairs were ripped. Notably this side of the island is horrendous - filled with street people pushing drugs…

Good hotel but really far from everything, 30 minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, Dalt Vila...will never stay there again. The bed is nice and the breakfast is good but he room is not fully clean everyday (same piece of cookie on the floor for 3 days).

Hur bra som helst. Frukosten var så god. Rent och snyggt. Välj rum med havsutsikt om ni har möjlighet.

Struttura moderna, stanza spaziosa e molto bella. Tutti molto puliti ricambio asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione abbondante e varia. Dal balcone una bella vista della baia. Doccia gigante… cosa atipica il lavabo e nella stanza… non esiste una stanza vera e propria adibita a bagno nel vero senso della parola.

Di bell’aspetto e buona posizione nella mappa, ma con aspetti da migliorare. Abbiamo effettuato il check-in in tarda serata e siamo entrate in stanza. Dopo una veloce doccia, abbiamo subito notato che lo scarico della doccia era mal funzionante e non tirava l’acqua, la quale è fuoriuscita ed ha bagnato buona parte della stanza. Ho chiamato in reception, la quale dopo un controllo ci ha detto che avrebbero sistemato l’indomani. Al mio far presente che non avremmo potuto dormire in tali condizioni hanno deciso di darci un’altra stanza solo per la notte. Il giorno successivo ci danno le chiavi della camera originaria dicendoci che era stata sistemata e pronta, ma all’entrare nella stessa troviamo teli sporchi, utilizzati per tamponare l’acqua la notte prima, e tracce sporche sparse nel bagno e in camera. Chiamo in reception, la quale però non sollecita alcun intervento per pulire, per cui decido di chiedere ad un’addetta delle pulizie al piano, la quale mi risponde che dobbiamo uscire dalla camera in fretta dato che lei aveva troppe partenze da fare. In tutto ciò non ci sono mai arrivate delle scuse per il disagio causato, le quali sarebbero state gradite e a mio parere doverose. Sono inconvenienti che possono succedere ma devono essere gestite diversamente dallo staff, soprattutto perché il problema non era stato causato da noi ma precedentemente al nostro arrivo. Peccato, pessima gestione.

The room was spacious and beautiful. Loved the bathtub in the room and the balcony view. I could say that the hallway is for the rooms are dark, even with the lights that motion sense when you walk into the hallway of your floor. And bland as well maybe add some decor in the hallways. Overall, it was a great stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. I would recommend paying the extra and getting the sea view rooms - the view is breathtaking! The rooms are not huge but at the same time are big enough to move around freely in. The room has a kettle although could perhaps benefit from some other self-catering facilities, but there is a small fridge which is good for storing drinks etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. I must mention again just how classy and beautiful the hotel is, and the lobby is kept in immaculate condition. My son thoroughly enjoyed the free table tennis and it kept us both occupied during breaks from the pool. The breakfast option is good value for money, although we never had a chance to dine at the restaurant.

I only stayed one night . Had a early flight in the morning. The room next to ours was having a party very noisy . Would not stsy at this hotel again .

Twin bed pushed together to make it a double is a little inconvenient, otherwise the hotel was well maintained. I love the breakfast buffet with extensive delicious selection!!!

My stay at Els Pins Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I had a minor issue at check-in, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, just one direct bus from the airport for only €3, making it very easy to reach. It’s also conveniently close to the marina and well-connected by public transport, so getting around the island was simple. A lovely surprise during my stay was receiving complimentary caviar for my birthday such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. After checkout, the hotel kindly stored our bags for several hours until we were ready to leave, which made our last day much more relaxed and enjoyable. I absolutely loved the hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Very impressive hotel from the moment you walk into reception. Large pool area with full bar service and food-great atmosphere with varied music to suit all. All the staff were very helpful and friendly- breakfast had plenty choice. Will definitely rebook.

We had a great stay at this resort. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is a little bit out of the way to the main strip but we knew that before we booked. The resort was absolutely beautiful and had countless amenities. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Sant Antoni!

Overall our stay was lovely, hotel was very nice and staff super friendly. One thing stopped me giving it 5 stars on everything was that on our last morning, after paying extra for breakfast, we arrived at the restaurant 5 mins before it was due to close but was refused admission!!! Bearing in mind it is a buffet style breakfast, so we weren't expecting fresh food to be cooked just for us, we had no option but to find a local restaurant and pay again for breakfast.

Gran hotel, alejado de las zonas de ruido de San Antonio - Ibiza. Es un lugar para desconectarte y descansar. La atención de las chicas de recepción es insuperable. Ojalá el resto del personal aprenda de ellas, como por ejemplo las mucamas y el personal del restaurante/desayuno, que son poco amables y cero empáticas, por ellas, no le doy la máxima puntuación al hotel. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, nos encantó que tiene todo por separado, la ducha, el inodoro y el lavamanos. Además en nuestro caso incluía un mini patio grandioso. Destaco también el desayuno que brindan, es súper variado, el mejor que me comí en todo mi eurotrip. Si vuelvo a Ibiza, sin duda alguna me hospedo de nuevo acá.

Loved this hotel , last year for my birthday, booked again this year and it was just a good. Enjoy the mixture of ages young & mature, like myself. Nicely situated, waking distance to San Antonio.

Me encantó el hotel, esta muy bien ubicado en una zona preciosa y tranquila. el personal encantador.

Merci infiniment a l’équipe du pins hôtel . Suite à une annulation du Axel beach hôtel le jour de notre arrivé, l’équipe nous a trouvé une chambre … au delà de ce que nous espérions et pour un prix tout à fait correct !!! Nous avions une chambre au bout de l’hôtel dans l’angle avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de San Antoni !!!! Chambre spacieuse !!! Clim , chambre très très propre !!! Insonorisé !!! Un super séjour Deux piscines, dont une face à la mer , petit déjeuner très varié . À 30 min à pied le long de la mer pour rejoindre San antoni ! Toute l’équipe est au petit soin ! Merciiii Merci à Florian ( si je me souviens bien ) de nous avoir sorti de notre galère !! Je vous recommande cet hôtel , une semaine au top

Sehr Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit exzellenter Sauberkeit. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack sehr hart, ich fände es schade, dass das Bedienrestaurant abends Geschlossen hatte. Allerdings gibt es wahnsinnig viele Möglichkeiten rundum In kleinen guten Restaurants und Bars was zu essen.

Very clean hotel. Well located. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was immaculate. Drinks reasonably priced although cocktails at €15 could be better. Food reasonable approx €10-15 for typical salad : club sandwich and fries etc at lunch time. Breakfast was typical of 4* hotel, good selection and spacious. Hot food was slightly warm at best though, this does need improvement. We had a sea view room which was very nice, large comfortable bed, well equipped and quality shower.

Flott beliggenhet, gode fasiliteter, ok service og veldig flinke renholdere. Maten er ikke 4 stjerner verdig, men absolutt spiselig. Vi hadde halvpensjon. Bildet er fra uteservering ved middag. Man må dekke bordet selv der ute, men inne ser det ut som en flombelyst sykehuskantine, noe som ikke er så hyggelig ved sen middag, men greit ved frokost.
