On arrival to the hotel after 20:00hrs, I realised that they only provided me with an access code for entering the building and the room number. I made several calls of which I was asked for the ID number which Hotel.com never provided. I couldn’t find hotel.com number therefore created extreme anxiety. It was getting late and I was terrified and exhausted. No help. Eventually I got the ID and still wasn’t provided with the code. 22:30 hrs or after, I was told they couldn’t help and Left homeless. They said they will start a claim to get a refund and expected me to find my own way. I was extremely disappointed.

Room didnt come with fan like it says in description, stayed previously in non deluxe room and windows opened however in deluxe rooms windows are unopenable. Walls are paper thin and room next to us on the 2nd night where blasting music very loud until 2am

They answer the phone but not willing to help you! They ask you silly questions instead of answering. Extremely frustrating! Bedroom door was dodgy. Locked me out a few times

It took forever to get help with the check in and they asked me irrelevant questions. There was so much noise my second night! First, fire alarms kept going off then people. Didn’t sleep at all. Shower was dodgy. Water dripping all night. Dirty marks and hairs on the bathroom wall.
