Hotel de cuatro estrellas algo justito aunque todo correcto y súper cómodo porque está en el centro de Orihuela. Está en un edificio bonito tipo palacio y todas las habitaciones están renovadas. Por su precio y localización, sólo a veinticinco minutos de la playa, es una buena opción si los hoteles de Guardamar del Segura se han ido de precio en fechas pico ( como era mi caso) Tienen un convenio con el parking más céntrico de Orihuela en donde por quince euros puedes dejarlo todo el día. Esta opción es fenomenal y súper cómoda. La habitación que yo tuve al menos era amplia muy correcta limpia con un baño también muy grande y todo en orden y muy correcto. Pero no tenía ningún detalle agradable en las habitaciones sino que era todo muy funcional de ahí que le dé un 3/5.

Nothing not to like ,apart from the long walk to our room at the end of the corridor! The hotel was lovely ,full of character ,and our meal was excellent . A lovely terrace was a great place to have a nightcap. All of the staff were pleasant and friendly and keen to help

Las habitaciones bastante antiguas y la limpieza mejorable. Lo peor es que no puedes descansar, las habitaciones están a 28 grados y no funciona el AA. Si abres la ventana, como estás al lado del Segura, te comen los mosquitos, que son enormes. Para colmo, la iglesia al lado tiene una campana que da todas las horas, de día y de noche. Todo en contra para poder descansar.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel classé 4 étoiles, et si certains aspects étaient à la hauteur, d’autres m’ont déçu. 👍 La réception était impeccable : personnel accueillant, professionnel et disponible. 👎 En revanche, la propreté laissait à désirer, notamment sous les lits où un vrai nettoyage semblait avoir été oublié. Pour un établissement de ce standing, c’est regrettable. 🚿 La salle de bain manquait cruellement d’aération, ce qui entraînait des odeurs désagréables et une atmosphère humide peu confortable. En résumé, l’hôtel a du potentiel, mais certains détails essentiels mériteraient plus d’attention pour justifier pleinement ses 4 étoiles.

The building is amazing - steeped in history and we had a comfortable stay. This is our second time in this hotel and will return every time. Only downside is decor is tired and makeover is overdue.

Una buena solución si quieres un alojamiento a 30 minutos de la playa con buena calidad y un precio muy contenido. Muy buena atención por todo el personal aunque el hotel está un poco viejito pero muy correcto. Tiene todo lo necesario y las habitaciones son muy grandes. El único pero quizás es que las habitaciones son muy calientes y se deja se le aire acondicionado por la noche te hielas (te da en la cara el aire y claro no es bueno para dormir) y hace ruido.

Una buena solución si quieres un alojamiento a 30 minutos de la playa con buena calidad y un precio muy contenido. Worst location ever. Right next to a very bad neighborhood with police check points during the night. Restaurant was OK. AC didn't work at all. One balcony sliding door didn't lock.

The whole place is amazing. Rooms are very spacious and beds are confirmable and big. The receptionist could not be more helpful. We will definitely recommend Orihuela a this hotel.

Los mejor el personal: su atención, amabilidad y profesionalidad. El hotel está en una ubicación excelente para visitar el casco histórico. Con parking a escaso 5 minutos. Zonas de bares y tiendas muy próxima. Tanto el bufet del desayuno como el menú de la media pensión excelente, tanto en calidad, presentación, elaboración y servicio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y bien equipadas. El hotel está situado en un edificio histórico muy bonito, su cúpula impresionante. Siempre que he viajado a un hotel de esta cadena he salido muy contenta.

He hotel esta en el centro histórico, un lugar muy bonito y el hotel es un bonito ejemplo de arquitectura adaptada para conservar un edificio histórico y modernismo. Solo tengo una queja: pedí una cama doble y me han dado una habitación con 2 camas unidas (cuando van a entender en hostelería que eso no es cama doble) Por lo demás muy bien, buen desayuno y muy amables en recepción.

El hotel es muy antiguo. Las habitaciones también. Servicio deja mucho que desear. Para poner un ejemplo: he pedido una plancha, tardaron 15 minutos en buscarla y finalmente me han dicho que no saben donde está) o he pedido que avisen un taxi… bajo pasado 10 minutos para que me confirmen que el taxi está pedido y resulta que aún lo hayan pedido)))

Nothing not to like ,apart from the long walk to our room at the end of the corridor! The hotel was lovely ,full of character ,and our meal was excellent . A lovely terrace was a great place to have a nightcap. All of the staff were pleasant and friendly and keen to help

Los mejor el personal: su atención, amabilidad y profesionalidad. El hotel está en una ubicación excelente para visitar el casco histórico. Con parking a escaso 5 minutos. Zonas de bares y tiendas muy próxima. Tanto el bufet del desayuno como el menú de la media pensión excelente, tanto en calidad, presentación, elaboración y servicio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y bien equipadas. El hotel está situado en un edificio histórico muy bonito, su cúpula impresionante. Siempre que he viajado a un hotel de esta cadena he salido muy contenta.

He hotel esta en el centro histórico, un lugar muy bonito y el hotel es un bonito ejemplo de arquitectura adaptada para conservar un edificio histórico y modernismo. Solo tengo una queja: pedí una cama doble y me han dado una habitación con 2 camas unidas (cuando van a entender en hostelería que eso no es cama doble) Por lo demás muy bien, buen desayuno y muy amables en recepción.

What a fascinating hotel for one night stay in a town that is good to visit. Grandiose hall and stair with amazing ceiling. Fabulous hotel. Rooms are old and some parts need upgrading but it adds to the charm of this cost effective stay. Nice breakfast too. Had an incredible meal at the restaurant but was rushed between starter and main and barely finished I had the bill on my table. It was May Day so they wanted to go home. But would go back. Absolutely fab place to stay…
