Good place to stay in Cabo, inexpensive with a top restaurant adjacent/inside, and a rooftop sports bar. Two blocks from the marina, close to many good restaurants for breakfast too. Do wish they had queen or king sized beds.

Conveniently located, walking distance to Marina great restaurants, shops as we can see from top floor They also have a 24 hour convenience store. We were given a welcome drink at their restaurant bar on second floor. They even helped us arranged our transportation back to the airport. We love cats so the 2 cats and the little kittens were a plus! 😀 Such a home vibe. Definitely coming back next time.

Family owned and operated hotel VERY convenient to port and main areas of town. I walked to everything from my dive boat to Walmart. Very reasonable market one block away. Many reasonable restaurants. I ate 1 block away and got 1/2 Kilogram (one pound) of lobster and shrimp plus sides and chips and salsa for $25. And the best restaurant in town is part of the hotel--again family run and owned.

I love this place! It's quirky but clean and comfortable. It's a five-minute walk to the marina with all of its restaurants and shops, but off the tourist strip and therefore quieter. The folks who run it are friendly and helpful, and there are a couple of darling cats. I especially love the Rooftop Terrace bar, serving drinks and good snacks. I have stayed here twice and hope to return soon! Note: There is no elevator, so let the management know if hiking several flights of stairs will be a problem.

In the heart of the city. Great dining and shopping options within walking distance. We enjoyed the bar with great drink specials. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Staff carried our bags to the third floor. If stairs is a problem for you, you may want to request a lower floor when you make your reservation.

We loved the patio bar. Owners were very helpful and kind. Room was good, but the bed was super firm making sleep a little tough. This is a cute place and great for a shorter stay. Close to everything fun!

Staff was nice. Absolutely no parking. Our car was hit during the night. Location is right in the heart of downtown. 1 block from Cabo Wabo. Was a great location if your Ubering or walking. I would stay there again if I ever went back. Cabo was not my favorite Mexico vacation spot.

We have stayed at Siesta Suites several times. Very quiet, clean and friendly! Right downtown in the shopping area, close to restaurants and shopping. Only downside is there is no pool but the beach is about a 15 minute easy walk. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent location near the marinas and stores. A lot of shopping and good dining venues in the immediate neighborhood. A lot of quiet sitting areas around the property. Super clean. Parking was not quite as advertised they do have it but it’s limited to four spaces. Fortunately, we were able to use it most of the time, But it would be extremely difficult to park otherwise because parking in the immediate neighborhood is extremely restricted.

It has been a bit since we last stayed at Siesta Suites. We had forgotten how charming it is. Customer service is excellent. Our room was very clean. The bed is comfortable. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon!

We only had the opportunity to stay at the Siesta Suites for two nights, but we had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and well-equipped, and staff at the hotel were lovely. The location is absolutely perfect for walking, dining, and shopping, and is just a few minutes from the marina. The kitchenette was large and a fantastic option for anyone not wanting to eat out for every meal. And as cat lovers, we appreciated the resident kitties. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We liked how charming this hotel felt. The staff was nice and accommodating. We walked from this hotel to everything we wanted to see downtown. Parking could be tricky, but they let us park in their small parking space in our rented Bronco. The place was clean. The shower head has low water pressure.

Reasonably priced, simple hotel in the old Mexican style. Right downtown within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and bars. Not a resort, just a hotel. With a small kitchen. Owners on site, and very helpful.

Siesta Suites is a great find in Cabo—super affordable for the location. It’s an easy walk to the marina, shopping, delicious restaurants, and convenience stores. The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were absolutely wonderful—laid back, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. I also really like that they sell cold drinking water by the gallon in the lobby. It’s super convenient and a great way to cut down on plastic waste (most places nearby only sell water in the little containers). Even though it’s right in the middle of the action, it was quiet at night. I slept quite well! The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, and basic dishware. It was safe, the air conditioner worked well, and it was incredibly easy to grab an Uber—usually within a minute.

Nice property 1 block from the main road. A family owned property with a Mexican flair. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the Wi-Fi is a little slow. Other than that I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in town and save money versus the resorts. And Cabo Wabo is just around the corner!!

Had a great stay at the Siesta Suites. Very comfortable, pretty great for a solo traveler (especially with fridge and microwave and coffee maker). I had to do a little work while I was there and the wifi was fine for internet stuff (a little slow for streaming but it worked OK). It's in a great location, had some live music in the evenings, otherwise pretty nice for a budget traveler!

For a budget hotel, this was a great find. It was walkable to all of DT Cabo and Salvatores next door is one of the best restaurants in Cabo. The only downside is that it being so close to DT you get a lot of noise at night. Iy you are a light sleeper just be forewarned but besides that, it was clean, had hot water, comfortable bed, and the AC worked great.

This is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are unique in that they are hotel room size but in apartment style. We like to stay at family or locally owned hotels and this one did not disappoint. The owner is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The staff are friendly and efficient. The service was excellent. The hotel is very clean. Although the hotel is close to many restaurants and bars we found the bedrooms to be quiet. There is a very busy Italian restaurant next store but the noise was tolerable and did not occur late in the evening. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Good warm shower with decent water pressure. There are many restaurants, stores, beaches and the Marina within close walking distance. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker to make a quick, simple snacks. The wifi was decent and we were able to do video calls without issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, it was a perfect place for a few days in Cabo.

Let me start by saying I will definitely stay at Siesta Suites the next time I go to Cabo. The location is ideal to easily walk the marina area, the room was spacious with separate bedroom from living area, full sized fridge and microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes and cutlery provided. Air conditioner worked great, fans in living room and bedroom as well. The price was very good for what they offer. Two minor issues that didn’t bother me at all but may others, the shower never fully shut off and dribbled out constantly but wasn’t noisy or anything and the tv was supposed to have many English channels but only offered around 6 Spanish ones, this I was told was more of a spotty satellite issue and never bothered me as I had my iPad and Wi-Fi worked well for Netflix or any other streaming services. Patio bar on second floor was quiet and David was great fun, and incredible bbq hot dogs and burgers, tacos and wings could be had. All staff on site were very nice. I’ll be back!

Siesta Suites was everything I had hoped for. I was able to speak to the owner prior to arrival. She is American, so English no problem. She assured me we could have a first floor room. When we arrived the room was ready, and charming. A small bedroom, with a door that closed. A living room with a couch. A fully equipped kitchenette and marble topped table. The decor was colorful and Mexican. Walk out the door and be right in town. Get a boat to the beach or for a tour two blocks away. Local supermarket a block and a half. Pharmacy next door. Half a block to a gallery.Look no further. Stay at Siesta Suites.

Siesta Suites is a great find in Cabo—super affordable for the location. It’s an easy walk to the marina, shopping, delicious restaurants, and convenience stores. The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were absolutely wonderful—laid back, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. I also really like that they sell cold drinking water by the gallon in the lobby. It’s super convenient and a great way to cut down on plastic waste (most places nearby only sell water in the little containers). Even though it’s right in the middle of the action, it was quiet at night. I slept quite well! The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, and basic dishware. It was safe, the air conditioner worked well, and it was incredibly easy to grab an Uber—usually within a minute.

Siesta Suites is close to everything, shopping dining and music. The owner and her sons are very friendly and willing to help in any way. They educated us on how to use the TV/cable as it is very different than our home cable. The patio/bar is very pleasant to sit and watch games or have a drink. Many places to sit and relax, Our cable box was not working when we checked in and it was replaced the next day. The key to the safe was broken and the safe was replaced the next day. Very efficient.

I was not terribly familiar with the downtown area so we booked a few hotels for our stay. Sampling...Location is absolutely perfect! Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. We were overlooking the restaurant (which is very good as well). Especially pretty at night with twinkling lights. I loved all the seating areas mixed throughout. Comfortable chairs and beautiful greenery. When we checked out, we were going to another hotel about 3 blocks away, they had a young man carry our bags over for us. Above and beyond! Guaranteed I will recommend to friends and book there again.

Waited a couple of years to finally stay here, because it’s been booked full. Finally got it, It exceeded even my high expectations. Beautiful, centrally located, cozy, comfortable, all amenities while still feeling rustic and artisanal/bohemian. Owner (Lucas), take ls pride in his operation, and accommodated us with some unique requests with much respect & friendliness. Booking again asap.

I love this place! It's quirky but clean and comfortable. It's a five-minute walk to the marina with all of its restaurants and shops, but off the tourist strip and therefore quieter. The folks who run it are friendly and helpful, and there are a couple of darling cats. I especially love the Rooftop Terrace bar, serving drinks and good snacks. I have stayed here twice and hope to return soon! Note: There is no elevator, so let the management know if hiking several flights of stairs will be a problem.

In the heart of the city. Great dining and shopping options within walking distance. We enjoyed the bar with great drink specials. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Staff carried our bags to the third floor. If stairs is a problem for you, you may want to request a lower floor when you make your reservation.

This is a perfect location Cabo San Lucas near the marina. It is SAFE and easily walkable to so many restaurants and sites. The property is a bit older but it is clean. They have a window mountrf air conditioner and fans for the room which make it plenty comfortable. If you are a person who does not want fancy bells and whistles... this is THE place to stay for a very reasonable cost. The staff are very courteous and service oriented.

Is a little Boutique hotel, no luxury but clean, nice and helpful staff, very good italian restaurant right in the hotel. The hotel is situated very close to everything tourist need to go and to see. Overall great experience. Would recomand for a few days if you can live without luxury.

The hotel is in the heart of Cabo. In less than a five minutes walk you are at the harbor. Lots of shops in the area. A great Italian restaurant next door. You must make a reservation a few days in advance of your desired dining. (Salvatore’s G) Three cats roam the hotel area. This was our second visit. If stairs are a problem, request a ground level room. (No elevator)

We stayed at the hotel for a week while in town for the Sammy Hagar Birthday Bash. The hotel was conveniently located just blocks from the Cabo Wabo Cantina...plus everything else the town has to offer. The staff were great. The bar attached to the hotel was great (spent a few nights with the owner and manager discussing everything going on in the world, while enjoying a cocktail or two). The room was perfect for our stay. A very large TV with streaming services available. The refrigerator and microwave also allowed us to bring back some food/drink to snack on between meals at the local restaurants. Overall, a great time.

Air conditioning worked excellent..almost to good. Hot water worked great. Bed had a pillow topper on it, nice and soft. Just beware of the terrace bar on the 2nd floor. Its not affiliated with the hitel and will over charge you. My gf and me, our bill was 153.00 for 8 margaritas and 6 beers.

Family owned and operated hotel VERY convenient to port and main areas of town. I walked to everything from my dive boat to Walmart. Very reasonable market one block away. Many reasonable restaurants. I ate 1 block away and got 1/2 Kilogram (one pound) of lobster and shrimp plus sides and chips and salsa for $25. And the best restaurant in town is part of the hotel--again family run and owned.

We loved our stay! The room with kitchenette felt like a mini apartment. Our balcony over looked Salvatore G’s which is a must-try. (I thought crazy to get Italian when so much Mexican to indulge but it was worth it!) Staff is always available at front desk and there’s coffee in the morning. The outdoor common area to hang out is has plenty of space and is picturesque.

Nice place, it's quiet and comfortable. They gave me a late checkout for just giving the housekeeper a nice tip. It has alot of good restaurants close by, and it just 2.5 blocks away from Seecreatures dive shop where I was going to go on a liveaboard trip.

This place is in a nice location, a bit farther away from the "busy part" of Cabo, but still close enough to walk everywhere. The staff is very nice and helpful. My only two issues with the place are: 1. stairs! (my travel companions were not as lithe or young, so the 4th floor room was a bit challenging) 2. The restaurant next door can get a bit loud at night. Otherwise, great place!

This is the most amazing boutique hotel in downtown. It is steps away from the marina and within walking distance of all the amazing food, drinks, and shopping. We stay here every year after our week stay at the resort. Highly recommend.
