Chambre qui on de l'âge et très simple l'endroit est correct. Le personnel et le service était parfait il y a une borne de recharge dans le sous-sol gratuit mais il y a des frais de stationnement de 7 euro se qui est bien.

Noise - it’s what I will remember from this trip. We were put on the second floor looking on to the casino. The first night we had to listen to live music until the early hours. Then on top of that the room above were so noisy and were talking and walking about (sounded like heels) until at least 5:30am. Then there was the dog barking in their room. I spoke to reception who told me the hotel was full - but that the people in that room were checking out that day. If that is, in fact true, a very similar sounding dog and people with the same footwear checked in. I was told at reception I could phone down if there was noise. It was a shame - other than that I found the staff to be friendly. The room/apartment was spacious (although not modern and no usb charging. I found it strange to have one small tv in the apartment - and none in the bedroom. That said that is probably more a reflection on me and modern culture of tv always being on. Dining nearby was pretty fairly priced. We got their free parking (but didn’t move the car for our stay in case there wasn’t any when we got back). Beach is basically across the road. If lying on the beach is your thing then it has an excellent location. Town had some pleasant shops.

30 minutes away from Porto. Near the beach. Nothing exciting or special. The building is 50 years old. The breakfast lacks variety. No beach view from breakfast room. The bar in the ground floor was more closed then open.

The property location was great, with the beach right outside and lots of shops, restaurants and things for the kids to do. The hotel/apartment itself was comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Everyday staff would check in on us and ensure we have everything we need (clean towels, toilet paper washing up liquid, bins changed etc). There is a car park but beware if you come back to the hotel late at night as you don’t always find a free space and will need to look elsewhere (I had to pay for parking for one of the nights). Overall, an excellent experience and we will definitely come back again.

Reception staff were really helpful when we arrived early,eg let us park in car park and use toilet. The apartment had a lovely sea view and a comfy sofa. It was plenty large enough for two people but did need updating. The bed especially so as it was creaky and uncomfortable, spoiling our experience to a certain degree. The kitchen was very basic and had no preparation space without us moving the microwave out of the way, it was in need of a major upgrade.

Lovely.place overlooking the Atlantic! Outside on their property it was NOT cleaned up daily. We were surprised. Inside was lovely. Option of outside free parking worked well. Could use coffee maker in room. ( and wine glasses). Overall very pleased. Convenient and fun!

Hotel antigo, porém bom. Excelente localização, próximo ao mar, supermercado, restaurantes e cassino. Estacionamento gratuito sem cobertura ou pago com cobertura. Não tomamos café da manhã, não sei se tem disponibilidade.

We had two bedroom sitting room and kitchen with a side beach view. We could hear the ocean waves crashing with the hotel door open. There was tons of space for our 9 month old granddaughter to crawl about. The rooms were spotless and checked everyday.

The hotel is very clean and neat. Good accommodation and the workers attend to the customers ewell

Ideal para familias con niños. La habitación familiar es amplia, la cocina está separada y tiene todo lo necesario para desayunar y comer. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero están muy limpias. Los empleados encantadores, especialmente Susana, que fue muy cariñosa con mis hijos. Está frente al mar, con lo que es perfecto para olvidarse del coche unos días. Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Espinho.

Appartement spacieux mais un peu vieillot mais surtout sale, nous avons dù pour la première fois de notre vie demander a refaire le ménage. Personnel très gentil et serviable. Zone très animée et assez bruyante

This hotel is ideally situated immediately on the beach. Dining options are less than a minute’s stroll. Ocean views are available and it is very clean.

We stayed in a huge apartment with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and in good condition with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with very little noise from other rooms. Overall it was exceptional value for money and we would be happy to go back.

Location and staff was nice however the rooms have not been renovated for at least 30 years and on top of that I think the bed had fleas - probably the worst room we’ve stayed in for a long time. I can’t understand how this hotel has gotten 8.0 in reviews

Prima hotel, mooie locatie en prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Mooi groot appartement. Keuken was wat verouderd, kamer badkamer ook, maar voor 1 nacht prima, alles wat je nodig hebt!

Nice big apartment right by beach and good viw

Perfect for my needs, reasonably clean, kitchen reasonably equipped, bed ok but squeaky. Wifi ok. Staff very friendly. Very noisy not much sound proofing. Shops annd transport very close. Also a stone throw away from the beach. Everything just needs updating. I was there for a HT with Bruno Ferreira so basically room bound and the apartment suited me fine.

No air conditioner. Facilities although in very clean conditions, already need a refreshment. The last night there was a rave beach party nearby and noise was very, very loud till 3 or 4 AM. With no AC, it was a challenge to rest chosing between the unpleasant noise and a hot environment

The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with very little noise from other rooms. Overall it was exceptional value for money and we would be happy to go back.

Right by the beach. One can swim and come back for a shower. There are lots of good restaurants close by. Staff was very friendly.

The continental breakfast was simple but always fresh. Cleaning staff asked every day if anything needed doing. Reception staff always ready to offer advice on where to dine, walk or visit depending on the amount of time we had that day. While I am aware that the hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the staff made it feel it could be.

A estadia neste hotel fez com que a nossa viagem fosse ainda melhor. Reservamos um quarto com vista para a cidade a pensar que estávamos a reservar com vista para o mar, ao chegar no hotel questionamos se seria possível realizarmos a troca para o quarto que pretendíamos, o que nos foi prontamente proporcionado. Um hotel que com certeza escolheremos a próxima vez em que voltarmos a cidade.

Foi uma breve estadia em Espinho, para um fim de semana com família e amigos, e todo o processo com os colaboradores do Aparthotel Solverde não podia ter corrido melhor. As condições do próprio alojamento são fabulosas, desde os espaços comuns aos apartamentos extremamente acolhedores e completos (estivemos num T2 e em 2 T0). Uma experiência a repetir sem qualquer hesitação.

Todo perfecto, apartamento espacioso (cocina equipada con lo necesario, vistas al mar magníficas, salón grande, cama comoda) tranquilidad (solo se escucha el ruido de las olas). Restaurantes y supermercados cercanos.

The apartment provided us with all we needed, clean and very spacious room, but getting a little tired. However it was a great base for the train to get us into Porto, and we enjoyed our stay.

while i would say this was a business hotel, with cooking facilities, large fridge and microwave. enough utensils for a basic- medium hot meal. the staff were excellent, breakfast is buffet style and while the selection was not the biggest, we found the hot food replenished frequently, freshly baked pastries and cake, fresh chopped fruit, juices and cereals real coffee chocolat and a range of teas.3 grocery shops within 3 minutes walk. coffee shops everwhere lots of nearby shops for everything. 50 restaurants within 10 minutes walk, beach almost outside the door. train station 2 minutes walk. hired a car but uber was almost cheaper than the cost of petrol. we will be returning to this hotel again soon.

The room was in old condition and an outdated heating system. The breakfast for 13€ was basic . Not even real eggs

Schönes strandnah gelegenes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Beim Frühstücksbuffet hätte ich mir etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.
