Nice and spacious family rooms! Roomservice available. Perfect for a one night stay with kids. Unfortunately the parking lot is a bit of a walk (5 mins?) and it was completely full after we found the last spot (around 21:00 at a friday night). I would recommend though.

Der Wellnessbereich wurde von 4 entspannten Papas mit 14 (!) Kindern im Alter von 2-7 Jahren gekapert von spätestens 18 bis weit nach 20 Uhr... Dafür müssen Sie eine Lösung finden, Entspannung 0.0. Die Saunen sind sternförmig mit Glastüren zum dann Pinkelbecken angeordnet, Lärmschutz 0.0. Die 4 Ruheliegen noch nicht einmal durch eine Tür abgetrennt. Personal meist nett, aber schlecht ausgebildet und überfordert und Kulanzspielraum durch Management 0.0. Abends um 23:09 kriegt man im Restaurant nichts mehr zu trinken, wird an die Rezeption und den Kühlschrank dort verwiesen. Nach 10 Min Wartezeit und ohne Personal bedient man sich selbst und legt den Gutschein hin, den man gegen die Zimmerreinigung eingetauscht hat um dann am nächsten Morgen zu erfahren, dass der Gutschein nur für das Restaurant gilt... Arggghh Um Punkt (!) 10.30 Uhr werden frühs die Kaffeemaschinen ausgeschaltet, das Frühstücksbuffet abgeräumt und mit dem Staubsaugen begonnen, 2 Min vorher schon gibt es auf Nachfrage beim Serviceleiter und Koch keine Eier mehr. Was soll das? Scheint ein Problem "Fisch stinkt vom Kopft her m" zu sein. Wenn Sie so weiter machen, hat sich das mit den Bewertungen von alleine erledigt.

Gute Qualität des Essensangebotes im Restaurant; durchschnittliches Frühstück, aber dafür können die Köche ja nichts. Ohne eigenes Fahrzeug zu erreichen, aber nur sehr beschwerlich. Pool ist größer als er auf dem Foto erscheint.

Fijn hotel voor doorreis. Wij hadden een gezins kamer. Slaapbank wat niet erg comfortabel. Zwembad en sauna waren prima! Ontbijt was ruime keuze.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here in 30 days. First time was excellent, beautiful large family room, brilliant breakfast, great facilities and friendly staff. Top notch! But we stayed here on our way back from Czech Republic on 10/8/2023. Lovely sized room for us but when we opened the bathroom door the smell of fresh lit cigarettes and an open sewer was intense. We reported it to the staff and they said 2 others reported the cigarette smell also and she’d investigate Upon returning from the spa windows were open to allow the room to ventilate but in the morning it was worse and the smell from the toilet was vile I like the hotel but room 539 il never stay in again or anything on that floor I would have expected to be moved if space allowed but no note or communication was left. On departure I mentioned again and they said they’d get maintenance to check. If no other rooms available on other floors next time, I think We will use a different hotel sadly

Es war sehr sauber, sehr funktionell. Außerdem hatten wir Möglichkeit kurz im Saunabereich zu entspannen. Der Bereich war sehr großzügig und sehr sauber👍. Am meisten hat es mir gefallen, dass die Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam waren. Vielen Dank!

Om 16.30 was de kamer nog niet gereed, het zwembad was kapot en de lift was stuk. De kamer was wel goed. Erg ruimtelijk. Ligging is top voor als je op doorreis bent.

Das H+Hotel ist ein normales großes und modernes Hotel in der Nähe einer Autobahnausfahrt. Die Zimmer sind groß, gut ausgestattet, aber etwas steril (weiße Wände ohne Bilder). WLAN und Saftspender waren bei voller Auslastung etwas überfordert. Die Parkplätze sind etwas weit vom Eingang angelegt. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass nach der frühzeitigen Stornierung meiner Partnerin fast der gesamte Preis einbehalten wurde.

Hotel bom, com excelente restaurante. Quarto grande, espaçoso. Meu quarto era no fim do corredor, então o sinal do wifi era péssimo. Box do chuveiro deixava bastante água vazar pelo banheiro.

This was our second overnight stay at this hotel en-route from the UK. The hotel is spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Our shower, however, had a gap in the doors which spewed water onto the bathroom floor whenever we used it. There are no tea & coffee facilities in the room, only 2 bottles of water, which were welcoming. There is also no fridge. I did send a request to the hotel via Expedia asking if they had any rooms with a fridge and I received a reply saying it wasn't possible but they would try to accommodate us but when I asked at reception I got a firm 'No'. They did, however suggest that we could go to the kitchen and ask for an ice bucket and ice cubes which we did, the kitchen staff were very accommodating and friendly. The evening menu is very limited, we ordered the burger and have to say it was one of the best burgers we have ever had. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with everything you could ever ask for, there is fruit and cereals, cold cuts, and lots of hot food choices, bacon, sausages, mini sausage balls, baked beans, scrambled eggs, ratatouille and potato wedges. It is an easy exit from the motorway and although the motorway is close by it was very quiet. All in all a good stopover hotel and we would stay there again.

I loved this hotel and would make an effort to stay again. It's modern, spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The Spa was amazing and just the tonic to relax with. The bed was fantastic. I slept so well. I arrived jaded and left relaxed and refreshed. The staff were really great - friendly and helpful. A great find, thanks in part to the previous positive reviews.

Pretty bad no accommodation for disabled people and a service dog had extra charge. Parking was almost a block away to walk to hotel room. No disabled parking outside entrance! Hotel staff would not accommodate this necessity!

We booked a room for 3 adults and 1 dog. The hotel is quite large, which surprised us. The room was fairly nice, but a little confusing to find. Luckily, one of the staff helped us find our room. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a woodsy area nearby if you want to go for a run or a walk. Breakfast had a lot of options, and our dog could sit with us during the meal. We wanted to eat our breakfast outside, but it wasn't possible this morning since there was a truck that was working on the building. But it was very comfy inside anyways.

Es war sehr sauber, sehr funktionell. Außerdem hatten wir Möglichkeit kurz im Saunabereich zu entspannen. Der Bereich war sehr großzügig und sehr sauber👍. Am meisten hat es mir gefallen, dass die Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam waren. Vielen Dank!

We booked a standard double room for our stay over for a night, but then one of our friend decided to join us. We called the reception few hours before our arrival and asked for a room change, instead of 2 rooms we got a full apartment in Mirador Apartments behind the restaurant complementary. The whole apartment was really clean and had all amenities needed, even a small kitchen and a balcony. We were really satisfied with the service and also the buffet breakfast in the morning. It had everything fresh and locally sourced like eggs, fresh cucumber and tomatoes, croissants, few types of marmalade etc The hotel has a pool facility as well and it’s located in the middle of Black Forest with plenty of possibilities for a wonderful day out and about.

Das H+Hotel ist ein normales großes und modernes Hotel in der Nähe einer Autobahnausfahrt. Die Zimmer sind groß, gut ausgestattet, aber etwas steril (weiße Wände ohne Bilder). WLAN und Saftspender waren bei voller Auslastung etwas überfordert. Die Parkplätze sind etwas weit vom Eingang angelegt. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass nach der frühzeitigen Stornierung meiner Partnerin fast der gesamte Preis einbehalten wurde.

Following a very unpleasant experience in a different hotel in Niedernhausen, I was delighted with this hotel. Everyone on the staff was very pleasant and helpful. My room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and generous. Loved it!

This was our second overnight stay at this hotel en-route from the UK. The hotel is spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Our shower, however, had a gap in the doors which spewed water onto the bathroom floor whenever we used it. There are no tea & coffee facilities in the room, only 2 bottles of water, which were welcoming. There is also no fridge. I did send a request to the hotel via Expedia asking if they had any rooms with a fridge and I received a reply saying it wasn't possible but they would try to accommodate us but when I asked at reception I got a firm 'No'. They did, however suggest that we could go to the kitchen and ask for an ice bucket and ice cubes which we did, the kitchen staff were very accommodating and friendly. The evening menu is very limited, we ordered the burger and have to say it was one of the best burgers we have ever had. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with everything you could ever ask for, there is fruit and cereals, cold cuts, and lots of hot food choices, bacon, sausages, mini sausage balls, baked beans, scrambled eggs, ratatouille and potato wedges. It is an easy exit from the motorway and although the motorway is close by it was very quiet. All in all a good stopover hotel and we would stay there again.

There was only the junior suite left for us but we weren’t sad! It was so worthy of the price! ( except we missed a mini fridge or minibar ) The bathroom was really big and our kids loved the bathtub! Beds was okey but I loved the low pillows! We missed that there was no air conditioning but fortunately it got cooler during the night and we had the windows open. The pool and wellness center was sooo good! Many saunas and a warm, clean, beautiful pool! It opened at 17 and closed at 22. We arrived evening and could enjoy the pool. But if we were staying over the day it would be a shame not to be able to use it. The dinner in the evening was good for those of us who took the buffet. ( free for kids under 7) but I got my pasta after 30 minutes.( We ate very late, as did many others) Dinner was good. Buffet really good! Breakfast was amazing!!! Really much to choose from and felt fresh and clean. A bit noisy in the area but I guess that depends on the guests and time you eat. It was surprisingly good for the cost! Definitely recommend!

When I arrived after a long travel it would have been nice to be greeted with a smile...The same woman totally ignored me, just stared hard at the computer,when i came down to ask for a couple of extra towels. I was lucky that her male coworker was nice (even wished me a pleasant stay...) The people working in the breakfast area were nice, and kept things nice and tidy.
