Room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchenette had enough pots, pans and cutlery to cook meals. There was a pool, tennis courts (racquets and balls supplied), hot tub and table tennis table. Lots of parking. It's a short walking to the main shopping street in town.

The Alzburg Resort ticked all of the boxes for our first ski trip in 5 years. My teenage son and I stayed two nights and had a full day skiing at Mt. Buller. We hired our ski gear at the Alzburg, and caught the bus up the mountain from the resort’s front door. The convenience of ski hire and bus pick up at the resort was fabulous. Our accomodation at the Alzburg was modern and spotless. The bed was super comfortable and the room smelt citrusy fresh. The staff at the ski hire shop were super kind and very helpful. We will be back next ski season for sure!

Crap gravel carpark, and sloping walkways not suited to seniors. Rained a lot, but no coverered walkways. Shower in spa unsuitable to seniors or disabled.

Easy access to Mt Buller. Bus transfers and ski hire available at resort, making it easy to drop off ski gear after a long day at the snow. The kids loved the under cover pool which was warm enough to swim in, in winter. Large modern (renovated) 2 bedroom apartment. Staff went above and beyond to post back an item my son left behind in the room

Everything I needed was available, very clean, presentable, great staff and everything close by. Just a great resort with a lot of good things avaialbe like a pool, tennis courts and a spa bath in my room. Will definitely book here again.

Loud party above us late into the night. Our room was right next to spa so it was lit up outside and couldn’t block the light out at night (Louvers not block out) and also very light in our room 6am. Disappointing not to be able to sleep.

Very friendly reception, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the Main Street. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus. Only down points were other visitors, people next door had the television up loud to 1am and someone else was flying a drone around early morning.

Given it was the "off" season for the area, we couldn't dine in etc. Nevertheless everything about the place was excellent including importantly the price, being appropriate to the circumstances. And we did enjoy our evening meal at the local award winning pub. I heartily recommend this resort.
