Well, we took the shuttle down to the casino and I left my phone on the chair. It was other people in the shuttle too, but we called Front Desk and the Phone was waiting for us when I got back. I thought that was very good. I loved it.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and comfy, staff was polite and helpful, breakfast in the morning was good. The hotel is a five minute walk from several good restaurants for dinner, which we loved. Our only small request would have been to have the pool a few degrees warmer in the winter. It was super fun for the kids, but short lived because we all got cold.

Went for 2 day stay after 1st day our room cards locked us out and instead of just living up to mistake was told it was because we must have demagnetized them. They weren’t even near our phones. Not enough garbage space. If you make smaller containers doesn’t mean we don’t have garbage to throw away. Beds were soft. Room was clean. Coffee in room leaked and really not easy to use. No microwave in room. No hot tub. No bath tub. On vacation want to have those things. Breakfast was good. Grateful for shuttle

I was disappointed to find out that the shuttle was not available during the week . The shuttle service was why I selected this particular hotel. Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs were cold, hash browns were dry and also cold. No fruit.

Room was very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Irequested as quiet a room as possible for my stay with my dogs so we wouldn't hear the storm blowing through. My room wasn't ready when I arrived so they upgraded me to a lovely suite. Kept me near the exit for my pups too! Great experience!

The first room had a massive stain on the mattress. It was really bad. We had them come look and they moved us to a new room and when we got in it there was a dirty bath towel hanging in the bathroom on the back of the door. The mirror was really dirty and there was something on the door to the restroom that looked like snot. It appeared to have not been cleaned.We stayed because it was super late but never again. Overall the hotel was pretty just really dirty room. Wouldn't stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and this time was less enjoyable. I found the room to be loud, the floors were not really clean, the walls are dinged up and the breakfast options were not as good as I remember.

The room was clean and very roomy but the bathroom was not so clean. A lot of brown ish spots and small stains on the bathroom walls made the bathroom look very dirty. The bed sheets had stains on them but I called the front desk and the housekeeping person came and change all the sheets very quickly.

I got a quiet night's sleep like I was hoping. It's great to have the refrigerator in the room but needs a microwave. Going down to the lobby to use the microwave can make a stay at a hotel uncomfortable in some circumstances.

The staff at Snoqualmie Inn offer the best customer service I have ever experienced. Even when I had hiccups with the billing and the fault was of mine, they still worked tirelessly to accommodate me and make sure I was taken care of. I would especially like to thank Jesse if the night staff and Bolla, the manager. Everyone in this industry could learn a thing or two from these guys. Five stars to both of them. Exceptional. They are the epitome and shining examples of how customer service should be. I commend them greatly. Only negative thing I have to say about my entire week and a half long stay...... The laundry. The washers and dryers they offer at $2 per cycle each, were absolutely disgusting. Looks as though no one has ever cleaned them. One had so much dog hair in it. I ended up having to clean out all 4 washing machines just to be able to use them..... And still had to pay the $2/per. Also, our shower drain. No one had ever cleaned that either and it would back up and start sending out past guests hair that had been stuck as well as what I'm guessing to be mold. So that was also super gross until I myself cleaned it. No place is perfect and this is in no way a negative reflection on Jesse or Bolla. The fault is on the cleaning staff. Those are my two complaints really. That and the weather, but you cannot control the weather.

Breakfast could use some improvement. They need a new breakfast hot food system! Food was luke warm. The kitchen staff kept taking the hot food back to kitchen to reheat. I’m concerned for food safety!! Breakfast was Lacking healthy and/or gluten free options! Need fruit options besides bruised apples and bananas. Coffee was Luke warm and tasted like it was out from the day before! Staff was friendly aside from one front desk employee who seemed upset at me when she say that I got a “lower than usual” online rate. Need bigger trash cans in room. I was in a pet friendly room. The floors were kinda gross. I recommend that maybe they remove the carpet altogether if it can’t be kept clean. Other than the carpets, the hotel seemed clean.

Rooms are nice and clean. Front desk staff was nice. Their shuttle driver wasn't working yet, so instead of just saying sorry, the hotel manager stepped up and drove the shuttle to get us to our location.

The facilities and the staff were all top-notch. After arriving and waking late and barely catching the breakfast, the gentleman closing the door to the buffet at the closing time kindly says “Please eat more!” and leaves the sliding doors open. Such a difference in attitude from so many hotels I have stayed in!

We stayed for one night after my wife had surgery. The front desk staff was very accommodating and got us extra pillows. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. The free breakfast was good, but we would have appreciated a few more options. Overall we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

It was a last minute decision to stay here and we do not regret it. We had a clean and specious room. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was better than most free breakfasts. Everyone was friendly.
