Not a good service. I made reservation in this hotel for the shuttle.. To my surprise when I arrived at the airport I waited for over an hour and nothing. Call the hotel and they told me: “Ah, we take a break between 10AM until 4PM; at that time, we don't have this service. Can you believe? SIX HOURS WITHOUT A SHUTTLE!!! (during the day). What hotel in the world has a mid-afternoon shuttle service break at a huge airport like Frankfurt? One bath towel in the room; if you want to take two baths… use a wet towel. Only ONE (and lousy) pillow. No fitness center. The breakfast is regular. There is a clear mentality of saving rather than good customer service. The hotel facilities are OK. But I would say that the only reason to stay here is the price because otherwise there are options with better service.

Close to the airport. Unfortunately, no restaurants close by (the one next door was not open) and that was a downfall for us. Parking in the parking garage with a short walk.

Nice, modern and clean. Great price. Parking garage next door. Just that the restaurant and bar was closed as always on Sundays, so we had to order food. But still ok. Easy to find, and close to the airport in the morning. Will gladly use again.

The hotel shuttle only runs once per hour until 10AM and again it arrives at 4:20PM at the airport. That's not listed on the website so we waited 3-1/2 hours for the shuttle. With traffic it's about 25 minutes. In the morning we took the 7:30AM departure shuttle which is a huge bus and the ride was about 15 minutes away without traffic. The saving grace for the location is the walkway along the river behind the hotel and the bridge that crosses over to a small town. In town near the bridge is a wonderful German beer garden restaurant with excellent food/prices. There is also a Tandori restaurant a few minutes further walk. The prices are much better and great variety than the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff very nice. The walls seem to be thin as we could hear noise from above. I would stay here again knowing the shuttle schedule, however, if you arrive during the afternoon plan on taking Uber or a taxi to avoid the wait.

Shuttle runs once an hour with a 4 hour after 10:30 ish… starts back around 2:30 or 3 I think…. Might be important if you have a flight at that time. Strange self check in… that was new to me!

Shuttle was there early and waiting but, considering it is an airport shuttle, there was very little room for luggage. I suggest you board early. Other than that, stay was perfect for an overnight before flying home. The hotel is in an industrial area so I wouldn’t recommend it for a vacation stay.

I stayed for 3 nights at the hotel during a business trip to Kelsterbach. On the first night, I jumped into the bed and felt something crawling on me. I notice there were bugs in the bed. I went to complain at reception and was told there were no available rooms so I could not switch rooms. There was no offer to deal with the bugs in my bed. I had to strip the bed myself and kill 6 bugs before remaking it. I was unable to get any sleep that night. The next day my room was changed and the rest on my trip was pleasant.

Very good small room. Great price. Very clean and new. Excellent breakfast. Kiosk for check-in was glitchy. Thermostat adjustment was not intuitive (no direct temperature setting) and air was very dry.

When we got to our Family room, lare arrival and very tired. My daughters bed had various hair on her sheets. No phone to call down to advise anyone, so she slept on top of the duvet. Next morning we left every early. When we got back to the room late, the room had not been cleaned. When to the lobby and compained, dirty sheets, no clean towells, shower head had fallen off and the bathroom smelled disgusting, like the sewer had backed up. We put a towel along the bathroom door, as it was nauseating. We were NOT going to change rooms because it was late and had a early departure. Around midnight our bathroom started to smell also. Unbelievable. We were unable to catch the 630 shuttle but the driver never came i n to say he was there to everyone . We took a cab 36 euros. Also the carpet in our adjoining rooms were filthy with stains and the air conditioner did not work, as an air conditioner should. Throughly disgusting from the start to the end!!!

Check in was different as we had to check our selves in. The room was hot, the A/C was not cooling down the room. I moved a night stand and a silver fish came darting out. Small tight room. Bathroom was nice.

This was a super convenient hotel - its in an industrial type area, but close to the airport - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the AC wasnt' working, but that is an isolated incident. The airport shuttle is very handy, the breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant with brewpub attached was excellent !!

I was surprised that there is no central desk when you arrive, rather a series of individual computers where you check yourself in, including picking up and activating your own keycard. I’m not a big fan of computers replacing jobs, but this was easy to do and someone did walk over and ask if I needed help while checking in. You can do the check-in in German or English (I didn’t notice if other languages were available). A sign is clearly posted at check-in with all the airport shuttle times, and the shuttle is there when it says it will be. The room was modern and comfortable, though I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the thermostat and it was slightly warm.

This is a great short stay hotel for those coming in and out of Frankfurt. It has what we needed to get a good nights sleep before flying out. And the dinner we had in the restaurant was great. Would like to see more staff in the kitchen, as they seemed really over-worked and stressed out (doing too many jobs at once), but this is meant to be a "self-serve" hotel so limited staff is the point. I did not mind the self-check in system, and the woman in the front was overly helpful (not a bad thing). She went out of her way for us, and I appreciated that. I would not stay here for more than a single night, as there is NOTHING around it. But, for some rest after (or before) a flight...give it a go.

I made the mistake of only checking the box for one person instead of two. When I checked in, there was exactly one pillow on the bed, one duvet, and one towel. Trying to get a second towel and pillow was like pulling teeth. The desk clerk was obviously stressed and not very helpful. I eventually got it resolved. I reserved a 7:30 a.m. shuttle to the airport, but there were more people trying to get on who didn't reserve. The shuttle, even though it was large, had us packed in like sardines. Much to everyone's surprise, it stopped at a second hotel to squeeze on even more passengers.

It was a self check-in process but very easy to complete. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant/bar was great with a very nice atmosphere. It was a last minute hotel find and we were a little wary as we were not familiar with the brand however, we were extremely happy with Hey Lou!

The shuttle was n I ce to gave but the driver didn't bother to store our luggage was very difficult to keep it from moving all around the bus. It made everyone uncomfortable.

Food at breakfast and dinner were decent but service overwhelmed by volume and way under-staffed. Rooms ok but ripped and torn furniture in rooms. The worst part was the check-in staff, who was useless, selective in helping only others, and not helpful on the Sept 21 check-in; and on the Oct 1 check-in, the check-in staff was totally nonexistent, helping only a boatload of customers who missed their flights with airline vouchers, and no one to assist full paying hotel customers like us.

This is a very nice hotel. BUT, don't get fooled by the name. This hotel is not in Frankfurt, and it is no where near FRA airport. It is located in an industrial area, not close to anything. The hotel advertises a hotel-airport shuttle, however it doesn't run at all times. Our cab fare was 35 Euro.

It is called an Airport Hotel, but is not at all close to the airport. While the rooms are nicely remodeled, the carpet in the hallways is stained. And there was not adequate information on the airport shuttle on their website, so we had to pay for a $35 Euro ride in a cab to the hotel. We noticed the Hilton Frankfurt Hotel was VERY close to the airport for the same price. We wish we had scheduled it instead.

The hotel shuttle only runs once per hour until 10AM and again it arrives at 4:20PM at the airport. That's not listed on the website so we waited 3-1/2 hours for the shuttle. With traffic it's about 25 minutes. In the morning we took the 7:30AM departure shuttle which is a huge bus and the ride was about 15 minutes away without traffic. The saving grace for the location is the walkway along the river behind the hotel and the bridge that crosses over to a small town. In town near the bridge is a wonderful German beer garden restaurant with excellent food/prices. There is also a Tandori restaurant a few minutes further walk. The prices are much better and great variety than the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff very nice. The walls seem to be thin as we could hear noise from above. I would stay here again knowing the shuttle schedule, however, if you arrive during the afternoon plan on taking Uber or a taxi to avoid the wait.

Shuttle was there early and waiting but, considering it is an airport shuttle, there was very little room for luggage. I suggest you board early. Other than that, stay was perfect for an overnight before flying home. The hotel is in an industrial area so I wouldn’t recommend it for a vacation stay.

Airport shuttle on time. You get what you pay for (but no more). Shower was hot and responsive but the complimentary shampoo had run out. The onsite restaurant offered multiple choices but my staple burger was so greasy I couldn't eat it all.

The property is very clean, the rooms are small but adequate. There was no fridge in the room. Breakfast was decent but the price of €20 was way too much for the selection. The service during breakfast was poor, empty dishes were not refilled, no fresh fruit at all. There was a bowl of canned fruit salad! Maybe €10 would be a more fitting charge. We have been in many hotels where they charges €20 per person for breakfast but the selection was double or triple of what this hotel offered including custom made things like omelets for example. The shuttle only runs part of the day, no shuttle service after 10:30 am yet check out is noon and there flights later in the day.

This was a true find…1/2 hour from airport with an hourly shuttle bus, clean room with a comfy bed, but the best was the onsite restaurant (necessary, because there is nothing around) and craft brewery, open late.

Night we stayed there was a private company function and the restaurant was closed. The buffet was open waitress said she could make a salad plate for about 20 euros. However that was limited because of the layovers and airlines paid for that. No other restaurant close to the area either
