This stay was such a fun way to go back to Laureate Park, where we lived for 10 years. We were able to see friends, fmaily and have a terrific time at the hotel pool and poolside service. We were able to rent a cabana which was great for shade and more social seating. Loved it.

The hotel is uber cool - big rooms, super techy, Toto toilets with warm seats (seems silly but pretty life changing), nice restaurants, amazing sports complex nearby with complimentary access, and walkways with sculptures. It’s an oasis!

My husband and I had an enjoyable 2 night stay at the Wave hotel. We had been wanting to stay here since they were built and loved the area it is nestled in. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive. Our only negatives would be (1) the pool area is beautiful however, with the size of the building, by the afternoon the pool was mostly shaded with little sun- as the pool is on the 2nd level and not much sunlight where it’s located. (2) We wished there were various price levels for both poolside drinks/food such as maybe offer a happy hour or maybe different options. Otherwise we had an enjoyable time, the room was amazing, amenities and restaurants/bars were great! We were able to walk nearby and check out Lake Nona town center and the free parking (garage nearby) offered was a nice perk!

Comfortable and ample room with a split bathroom separating shower and sink from toilet. The hotel has three restaurants, a lively bar, large lobby with lots of interesting art and a sculpture garden outside. Self parking is free across the street or $40/night for valet parking. Overall a comfortable stay in a very nice area. Great amenities.

Excellent room with a view. Loved the lounge area with live music on Saturday night that was open to everyone. Restaurant options are great and a small walk to the town center gives you more casual dining options. Foxtail Coffe shop in town was excellent.

Very nice hotel. Parking is technically across the street but it is really their driveway at that point. Electric drapes and and an ipad to control all the drapes and lights. Toilet with heated seat and bidet in a separate room. Would have been 5 stars except a piece of bacon was left in front of the elevators for more than a day and 12 hours after we reported it. The elevators require your room key to work and only to your floor. If you want to meet someone on another floor you must meet in the lobby. If you download the ap and put your key on your phone it locks out physical keys. Finally the pool party for New Years Eve was set up on the 30th requiring closure of the pool area for several days. The bass vibrated most of the building but we were on the far end so it was not an issue in our room. Otherwise incredibly quiet, you could not hear anyone in another room or the hall, no slamming doors.

Overall we had a good stay. Loved the aesthetics of the Hotel. As for our room, we enjoyed how spacious it was and all of the high tech things were. As far as cleanliness; it was fine for the most part. But 2 of our pillow cases had some stains so we got those replaced. Also, there was what looked like pet hair in a few spots in the room (on one of the towels and on the wall of the shower) We aren't pet people so that was a turn off. Also the outside of the toilet had what looked like urine and hair. Disgusting. I reached out to Guest Services and someone came to address the issue promptly. While we appreciate the cool tech things, one thing that was a little weird was the shower. It felt like a tiny dorm room shower, wasn't impressed by that at all. Nevertheless, the Hotel is beautiful, my kids enjoyed the pool and we all had a comfortable sleep. Also to note, its away from the Orlando busyness (parks and fun) so if you want that, then this is the place for you.

The only thing I did not like was the Hotel guests that hang out in the hallways until late into the night/morning. It was loud and kept me awake. I think a lot of partying goes on at Boxi Park and is brought back to the hotel. Everything else was great!

Gorgeous rooms. Chose a sleep number bed and it didn’t disappoint. It was just a quality bed, so I got quality sleep. Finally a hotel that recognizes the importance they have in offering a client the chance to have quality sleep! The other cool things: shower was cool, pool not crowded and plenty fun for my son to swim around in, loved the Bidet but had to figure out how not to let it pistol fire at my rear 😆. Quality amenities, shower gels, shampoo and face cream. Easy to use TV. Nice grounds for taking a long walk. Overall amazing access to a walk and restaurants so you don’t *have* to uber everywhere if you don’t mind a little walk.

There is nothing to not like about this hotel! We stayed in a King Balcony room. Curtains automatically open and shut as you enter the room. The toilet is a 100 out of 10! The pool is great. People were very helpful. Wonderful place!

The hotel was beautiful but the service was poor. I dropped off my car for valet parking upon check-in. After loading our luggage onto a cart, they promised they would be right behind us and deliver our belongings to our room. I was waiting with my 7-month-old son for 45 minutes after check-in before having to go downstairs and retrieve the cart myself. On top of that, only 1 of 3 elevators was working, and when I requested an ice bucket delivery (there’s no ice machine for guest use), I was told it would arrive in a certain window and it never came. When I reached out again noting this, they assured me it would arrive shortly, and it still never came.

I forgot a hard drive in my room. They refused to check inside the room. After a kind of fight at the phone they let me talk to the GM. He promised to send someone. Im still waiting for his call. Nothing. Terrible.

The property is beautiful, the check-in process was smooth, the room was very modern and spacious, our only interaction with staff other than basic check-in was at the pool- where we sat for over an hour without any offer of being served and attempting to stop/ catch the servers attention multiple times. Both couples on either side of us were checked on multiple times. I also had ordered a cheese charcuterie board (that I had to reach out to guest services to remind them about)- therefore we got it right as we were headed out to dinner a bit too late. Maybe just an unlucky experience on our parts!

The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast service on the second floor. The coffee was cold, and the service needs to be more up to the level of the hotel, even though the staff is very nice. They forgot a spoon, one plate was served while the other took a long time, and I had to return my plate because it was cold while waiting for my father’s order. Additionally, my dad and brother asked for the Bacán menu at the bar and ordered steak, but the order was forgotten. My brother, who came from New York to meet us, mentioned that the food was good, but the service fell short. It’s just a small issue with management that needs attention, but everything else was great.

We stayed in a king balcony suite. The decor was fabulous. Furnishings very comfortable. The in room ice maker is a great touch. The welcome charcuterie was a nice treat. We ordered breakfast for room service. Some of the best coffee I’ve had in a long time.

My only problem was the breakfast menu. My son has a peanut and tree nut allergy. He ordered french toast and it came covered in nuts. The menu did not say that the french toast will be topped with some form of nut. This could have been really bad.
