Margaritaville Cottages Orlando by Rentyl with H2O Waterpark

Room was excellent.

Best resort around town.

We stayed for three nights, went to use the hot tub on the first night of our stay and the water was below the jets and it was missing the filter,I did call the office and they did have somebody come up that night to fill it and put in a filter, but when I asked about it being in sanitary since they had to add water to it, they said another company comes and does that and they would get back to me and I did not hear back the entire stay, also that same night, we tried to use the TV in the living room, it would make sound, but no picture, we were able to get TVs to work in the bedrooms, so I called and left a message about it and did not get a response for the entire stay and did not have a working TV in the main living space for entire stay. The couch in the living was very stained, the sheets on one bed had shoe print and found several long head hairs on the sheet that covered the mattress, the second bathroom only had hand towels and none for shower, the grout in the bathrooms could use a good scrub, the grout color was not black, but was around the toilet and shower area that left a black residue on the towel we put on the floor coming out of the shower. The pool areas were relaxing and waterpark was great, the cottage was very cute and besides the bathrooms the cottage itself was clean. It is in a great location to restaurants and stores.

Great cottage, very clean and modern; close to a lot of things to do with kids. Great customer service.

Cottages were perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Having access to the H2O waterpark was the best part especially for the kids.
