Close location to Disney Springs. Rooms were clean. Building is old. Coffee shop in the lobby was open early so easy to grab a coffee before heading to the parks. Great that this hotel gets the Early Morning Hours at Disney Parks. Cons: For the bus service you had to reserve a spot, we did not reserve our spot in time for the first bus, so we had to Uber each day - very easy and cheaper than paying for parking at the parks.

Overall it is a great place to stay in and so close to Disney springs which is a plus. Staff was nice and check in process was quick. The only thing I would say is that the pool seemed a little old and it was chipped in certain places. We stayed here for the parks and had only 1 pool day which was good, the drinks at the pool bar where amazing!! Will definitely consider this hotel for our next stay.

We checked in and left to meet friends for dinner. Got back around 9:00 pm. Paid a hefty property (resort) and parking fee. Decided to hit the pool and whirlpool. Whirlpool water level was too low. Jets couldn't work properly. Only had about 30 min before it was closing time. Checked out around 8:00 am, so the resort fee was really just an addon for nothing. The front desk was rude at check in. The one staff member at the pool whom we spoke to at 9:30 pm was lovely.

My complaint is that parking is not included in the resort fee. Hotels.com makes a big deal of reporting all fees, yet you make no mention of another $30 per night to park that is on top of the $40 per night resort fee. No bueno.

Excellent pool. Very close to Disney Springs. Room was dirty. We wore shoes in the room as the floor was nasty dirty. Carpets looked like they had never been cleaned ever. Black hairs throughout the bathroom, furniture, any surface. If the room had not been disgusting I would have given it a 9 overall.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! The hotel lobby another plus for this property, along with the short walk to Disney Springs. But that’s where the five stars stop. The room upon opening the door had a stale smell. The linens were clean I will say. The bathroom had hairs in the tub that were definitely not mine. The light switch could use a replacing since it was cracked and dingy looking. The room overall looked like it was the scene out of a creepy cheap motel, but the sign outside said Wyndham. I am would definitely expect a little higher quality for this hotel being a Wyndham.

When we arrived at the room the lock was broken. All weekend we had issues with out door not properly closing and door sticking. Night 1 our shower leaked under the door and into the vanity area. Maintenance came to fix. It leaked all weekend but not as bad as first night. The bed linens are thin and pillows are fluffy but you sink into them. The entire outdoor room section is in dire need of updates. the Stairwells are sticky and smell terrible. They are not safe/secure. There was not security in site monitoring. The saving grace is the pool/pool restaurant and staff. They are 10/10. Food was great and the service amazing. The sundries shop is way over priced-$9.00 for a small bag of chips and staff not friendly. We did venture to the bar or games rooms. 2 nights was enough. We wont be back. So many better options in the area.

Overall this Wybdham is conveniently adjacent to Disney Springs. The staff was kind and we had a prompt, even a bit early check-in. The location of the room was perfect. Unfortunately the room itself was sub-par. I only spent one night, but if i had stayed longer, i would have asked for a different room. The loudness of the cars, especially miscle cars, right next to your door is a lot in the middle of the night. Then the fact that the air conditioner wad fighting against the miggy Orlando weather outside becasue rhe weather stripping on the door was gone. Not the best thing in Florida. Sufice it to say I had a miserable nights sleep. I love the location, the staff is excellent, the rooms are lacking.

The inside of the hotel was nice. We got a room that was on the outside left, sort of like a motel. We stayed two nights and on both mornings, before 6am, there were loud trucks collecting garbage/recycling/making deliveries? I understand that things need to get done but people are on vacation and it was the weekend. Maybe move the delivery or pickup time to after 8. Also, the bathtub had some sort of covering or liner on it so whenever you walked on it it made a popping noise.

Walkable to Disney Springs the reason I selected this site. Room is very basic, tv, bed and bath, small fridge and coffee maker. Bed was ok. Most rooms are entered via outside door. Room is very small. Low ceilings, toilet in with tub, sink outside that area. Again very tight and small. Did not use pool but area looked very nice. Breakfast buffet not really worth the $25 per person. Our room was at pool level which is down a flight making it feel like a basement and had a bit of a musty smell. Staff was very pleasant , valet parking worth the extra $5 day. Had a good looking game room for the kids.

All of the staff we spoke to, or even passed by, were very friendly. Our room however. Oi. I know it’s personal preference but the mattress was way too firm which would’ve been ok, but for some reason the sheets were… loud. Like there was loud rustling from them if you so much as flinched. Luckily we were only there for one night because we barely slept. There may have been something wrong with the ac unit in our room. There was a very loud metal click whenever it turned on or off which if I had managed to fall asleep for a few minutes had me wide awake. The location is in a great spot though. We were only there to meet someone for dinner at Disney Springs and the mini fridge was a lifesaver.

Overall Room was below average, small beds (not full bed as expected more like a large twin bed), shower head was about chin height (I am 6 foot 1). Terrible WiFi, sporadic cell coverage. Pool was nice but water levels were 1/2 what was shown due to maintenance being done during peak hours (12-4pm). Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Would not recommend to friends that want to stay near Disney Springs Hotel claims shuttle to Parks but only available if you book it early and use code for it to be free (other hotels nearby provide constant service to Disney parks). Not available to book on same day. Website was glitchy. I will not stay here again and can’t recommend it unless you want to stay near Disney Springs and the nearby Hilton hotels are sold out. (Yes I have stayed in 3 of the hilton hotels before and would recommend all 3 of them before this hotel). Overall very disappointed!

So close to Disney Springs! I couldn’t believe it! We had an external opening room & it was meh. Shower was a beast to start then we couldn’t get it warm. Ended up with cold showers. Thankfully we only stayed one night or I would have requested a room change. Beds were good. I was surprised by that. Lots of food options in the morning. I would stay again just for the proximity to Disney Springs!

We come back year after year for the staff. Specifically the pool bar staff; Bonnie, Ramona, Marley, Nate, Todd, and everyone you encounter are absolutely wonderful. They are the reason we refuse to stay at any other hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here but they only thing I did not like at all was that I was pressured a lot and I mean a lot from the staff member to go visit the luxury hotel I guess and basically go to a sharetime chat which I was definitely was not interested in at all. The lady was nice at first but after repeatedly saying no to her she got visibly upset. I just wanted to enjoy my short time at Disney and I understand it’s her job but after saying no a couple should be enough and not try to force people to this. Overall the hotel was really nice the bathroom may need to be cleaned a bit but in general would come back to this hotel because of the Disney perks and it being to close to Disney springs was a huge perk.

Front desk staff (not all-night shift was good) was unprofessional. Although my trip was prepaid they tacked on extra charges. Also they kept trying to persuade me to purchase theme park tickets every time I passed by the lobby. Felt everyone was trying to make money. In addition parking location was inconvenient.

The wait to check-in was long. There was only me in line and 3 people at the front desk. So, I’m not sure what was going on. When I was able to finally check-in, I was given my room key packet without my room key, so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get my room key which was a bit unnerving. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I’ve stayed at this property on numerous occasions and have never stayed on the first floor facing the parking lot which was new to me. I would have preferred to be on another floor as I’m a single female traveling alone, but I didn’t ask to move. Next time perhaps. But, this was a rather quick stay for me.

I would classify my experience as terrible. I'd stayed at this hotel before, but this time the service and treatment were appalling. First, we arrived tired from our trip, and it was after 4:00 PM, and our room wasn't ready for check-in. After many complaints, the employee, I believe, in bad faith, placed us in the worst position this hotel can offer. Our rooms faced the loading and unloading area. Trucks started making noise from 4:00 AM. This is disrespectful to the guest. This type of service should have been scheduled after 8:00 AM or later; it was so loud that no one could sleep. I shouldn't return to this hotel again. I should be compensated, because instead of resting, I left even more stressed, due to the poor service and the noise at night.

The rooms were nice and clean but did not have a microwave. The morning breakfast was good and the staff were amazing. They were very kind and attentive. However, the downstairs restaurant’s (located by the pool) food was not good at all. The food was not freshly prepared. It would have been better if the breakfast restaurant served lunch and dinner.

I booked a stay at a Disney Springs hotel, fully expecting the magical experience that comes with being at the heart of Disney. Instead, I got a lesson in unexpected fees, confusion, and questionable charcuterie choices. First off, I paid online, thinking everything was squared away—only to find out there was a $110 “city fee” tacked on at the last minute. Apparently, even Mickey needs to cover some extra costs these days. Then came the real adventure. I drove all the way to my room, excited to unpack, only to find that the “key” packet they gave me was just… well, a packet. No keys inside. So, back to the front desk I went, waiting in line longer than a wait for Space Mountain on a busy day. After what felt like forever, I finally got my key cards and was off to the room. And don’t even get me started on the charcuterie board at the bar. It was essentially a giant hunk of sausage with zero variety. No cheeses, no crackers, no olives—just big, meaty chunks. I’m not saying I’m picky, but I was kind of hoping for something that wasn’t straight out of a medieval banquet. I wanted to love this place, but between the fees, the mix-up with the keys, and the sausage situation, it didn’t quite live up to the Disney magic I expected. Maybe it’s just a one-off bad experience, but I’d think twice before booking again.

We loved our stay here while visiting Disney. The hotel is across the street from Disney springs where there are many restaurants and shopping and some entertainment. We went to the Irish pub for fish and chips and watched a show with Irish dancers and singers. We spent three days at Disney and booked for the transportation to the parks. They were on time and an effective way to travel there and back. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was so nice to come back to and we enjoyed swimming and were able to have a bite to eat at the bar. The cafe for morning coffee and egg sandwich was a great to have on the way to the parks. The gardens around the hotel are beautiful. The staff were helpful and kind and really welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

A nice budget friendly hotel . Walking distance to Disney Springs. It was just me and my husband but plenty of families. They do have Shuttles upon reservations- Clean - very comfortable bed ! The pool was beautiful ( not heated ) but luckily our days were in the 90”s . The Oasis poolside little restaurant is pretty expensive- . We actually found the Salt Grass Steak House ( excellent) and a Golden Coral about 10 minutes away. We did the breakfast buffet 2 of the mornings . It was pretty good - a little something for everyone. I did wish there was a little more ( or some ) security present. Over all a nice clean comfy place to stay pretty close to the Disney parks .
