The property is beautiful however there were no working ice machines except for the first floor. The other two ice machines on floors 3 and 5 were not working. We also requested house keeping daily both through the IPAD provided in the rooms and by actually calling several times a day. Out of the 5 days we were vacationing our room was cleaned once. Also down by the pool there was a huge line to get into the pool and sign towels out. The problem is there was only one gate for people to get in and out.

Beautiful property! Loved our room! Restaurants and service were great! Checking in was very long-long line! And only one pool bar was open during our stay-having both open would have been better. Overall would go back again! Loved the waterpark access, shuttle and promenade area!

First room we were given was dirty, urine stains in the bathroom, fresh stains on the wall near garbage can. Second room we were given was better but had blood stained bed sheets. Called and requested a room cleaning with change of sheets. Sure enough they used the same sheets but made the bed .

The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are dirty. Floors, walls, bathrooms. I don’t recommend if you go with kids. Bathrooms smells urine from past guest I guess. Looks like nobody check the work of cleaning ladies and they pretend to clean. People should take that as a priority, since is higyene, everybody likes to stay in a clean place, otherwise they will stay at home. Very disappointed.

Room smelled bad of musty odor. Noticed mold in many places on ceilings. All 3 kids have asthma and is very unsafe for their breathing to be exposed to mold. Front desk had housekeeping come and the smell seemed to be better after a cleaning but quickly returned. Last night of our stay, thermostat wouldn’t turn on AC and said “service sensor”.

During our first night we had a cockroach in our bathroom. We called the front desk and they moved us to a room down the hall. They didn’t seem surprised or concerned. In addition, both myself and daughter woke up with itchy skin. My daughter then developed terrible hives all over her face, shoulders, back and arms for the next three days. When I inquired at the front desk about the type of detergent being used to wash the sheets and towels, the manager was unable to tell as the linens are outsourced to a third party. The hotel is in need of some TLC (painting, and general cleaning). There are marks all over the walls. House keeping came in our room once during our 5 night stay and made the beds, never vacuuming or cleaning more than that.

A very beautiful property! Our room wasn’t available so we were “upgraded“ to a suite with a pool view. The balcony was less than underwhelming and a huge palm tree blocked our view of anything. Huge Bummer! Also, walls are so thin! You can hear EVERYTHING. every time somebody walked by or spoke on their balcony nearby. You could hear it all. Location is great. Very central and convenient. 6/10

Shower in the "suite" only had half a door leaving it wide open for a lovely freezing shower. Kitchen had incomplete glass wear one wine glass only 2 water glass room coffee was only two pods of regular coffee and one coffee condiment package. It was very hard to sleep on flat,dead pillows with bedding that had a faint smell of vomit. Breakfast was sub par. Best part besides the drafty shower was being awakened at 5am with the music outside blasting. Was too exhausted and too disgusted to complain at the time. Also did not even get to use the pool that closed at 9pm. Booking included waterpark tickets we never received or was told about,which come to find out wasnt even open for our stay. Room promotion conveniently does not state ONLY OPEN ON THE WEEKEND. the resort fee was nothing but a rip off and we did not get to use anything resort fee stated for.

We have stayed at this property before in their rental home side. This time there were only four of us, so we thought we’d try the hotel. We arrived early hoping to use the pool and included waterpark passes. Our room wasn’t ready, so we checked our bags and headed to the waterpark. It is nice that they provide transportation, however I will say it is completely walkable, if you’re wondering. We got rained out and headed back to the hotel. They were supposed to call when our room was ready, but at 4pm we still hadn’t received a call so I got in the extremely long lobby line to check on the room. An hour later we finally got to the front. An hour. In this day and age of digital key cards this was rediculous, especially since I already had pre-checked in. The rooms are cute but definitely dated. The faucet handles were shaky, poor water pressure. Beds were comfortable. TV was cable so couldn’t watch Disney+ or Netflix. The pool area is lovely, but unfortunately not open due to rain. The on-site restaurant was very good. Great kids options. The line honestly put a bad taste in my mouth for the one night stay. Maybe if I stayed longer it wouldn’t have stuck with me. Customer service was not important from a corporate perspective. All of the workers pleasant

We arrived at 10:30 am and was told we would have to wait for a room to be available. Our daughter and her family checked in about a half hour later and received a room key immediately. My husband is 80 yrs old and I am 71 and we had to wait until 3:50 in the afternoon to get a key to a room, only after I went back down to the desk several times. People were checking in and going up to rooms. This is unacceptable and at our age we should have had some consideration.One of the young ladies at check in was very rude to my husband. We will not be back, nor will we recommend staying at Margaritaville.

It was a beautiful facility. However, the front desk team was lacking. Other staff members were great! Trying to book a Poolside Cabana (online or calling the hotel) was an awful experience. I was not able to do so. Only after arriving were we able to book a Poolside Cabana. Drinks lacking.

Had a great time at this resort. Excellent location near a nice boulevard with restaurants, game arcade and movie theater. The onsite restaurant food was amazing. The water park tickets included with the reservation was awesome a nice plus.

My husband and I needed a weekend away. We have never stayed at a Margaritaville resort. Fantastic place! Rooms are really good sized. The pools are clean, as are the grounds. All the employees were friendly. The round- trip complimentary bus to theme parks is a really nice convenience.

The tropical atmosphere at the resort. It was very relaxing and enjoyable to walk around the property. Enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the pool from their outdoor seating area. The staff was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. They made you feel welcomed.

Beautiful room and property. Great location where you can walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were fine, but I expected a much more friendly and laid back vibe (given it’s a margaritaville), but found it to feel very stiff and corporate in the hotel itself. The pool was fine, we actually preferred the neighbouring hotels pool (which we were allowed to use), they had a great DJ!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, clean, and up to date! Beds were comfortable! Pool within walking distance. Food at hotel was great, but also lots of food options within walking distance as well! Within walking distance to h2o waterpark! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again!

Very nice hotel. My major issue is the provisions area closing so early when there are many necessities that people need throughout an entire day. They advertise room service but also don’t do that at all. The restaurant should stay open til later. The whole place smells like Lysol. It is a nice hotel but definitely never staying their again.

beautiful, the only thing that i didn’t like it was the “cocktail “ at the salt bar in the pool, 18$ a mixer liquids. If you gona charge 18$ for a coctail, at least you have to do a reall one! not just put the juice and color.

The Pros: nice area around the property with a really cool dine-in movie theater. The quiet pool (“License to Chill”) was lovely. The Cons: few breakfast options. Staff not very knowledgeable (we received wrong information about shuttles and wrong information about room service). The room we stayed in was not what we had reserved. It was musty and showed signs of wear and tear (several floor planks peeling off, toilet seat askew). The morning of checkout we had someone knock on the door asking if we were leaving soon. This was an hour before checkout time. Cleaning crew never replaced the coffee supplies or the mugs. Overall, I would not stay here again given the many better options in Orlando.

Great location and nice staff, especially the young people attending the pool areas. The little store inside the hotel was very convenient. I just wish there were better and more nutritious breakfast sandwich options.
