The website said there was a pool and there was not. They gave us hand towels to dry off on, that we had to go get from the office. We ended up paying almost $200 for our family of five to stay one night in a $50 a night hotel.

Customer service was great and prompt Rooms where clean and so where the linen Property has a nice view of georgetown marina Has continental break fast, enjoyed my morning coffee. The front lobby is very well done up for working and relaxing when looking for change. Guest laundry with in the property made life easy.

This hotel recently converted to a Motel 6 and it appears they are updating all the rooms (saw two rooms being repainted while I was there). Room in good condition overall although no hygiene amenities or a coffee pot in room. This is my second stay in the past six weeks and I would stay there again. Sits in the river with a marina view.

Not a fancy place but a good value. No pool & only one ice machine for the entire property. It was adequately clean & bed/pillows were pretty comfy.

The staff was welcoming. The lobby and outside of the building was alright. I got my room and it smelt dirty and of smoke. I could see a lot of debris and trash on the floor. It looked like it hasn’t been touched by maintenance. I seen ROACHES in my room. I ask for a refund but didn’t get one. I was in the building not even 5 mins when I discovered all of this.

Room was filthy; toilet seat broken (they fixed it when we asked), fixtures in bathroom were rusty. We asked that they clean the floors; they did a very poor job second time as well. Towels were thin. No shampoo. Used soap bar in the shower. Window leaked during the rain storm. I will never book a Motel 6 again based on this location.

If you have meager standards, then this is the place for you. It was so dirty. It smelled moldy. The bathroom vent was moldy, and God only knows what else was stuck on it. The floors were dirty. There was broken glass by the chair. There was something sticky all over the chair. The bed was like sleeping on a box spring alone. The mattress didn't fit on one side. I still feel "skeezed" out by staying there. There needs to be some strict regulations for places like this. I believe it's a health hazard and shouldn't be allowed to operate like this. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This property needs to be demolished. The room smelt like someone had been smoking dope and just left. NO TOWELS!! They had to be washed we got them 2 hours later. Bed sheets were nasty. Burns and blood and dirt on the sheets. TV Did not work. The manager refused to fix and Expedia refused to give refund unless they charged $75. Drug deals in the back of hotel. This place was crazy and why did the water in the sink make your hands sticky? We only stayed for 2 nights. Bed bugs!!!!!

Place was nothing compared to the pictures and there was lots of mold, roaches, bed bugs and fleas I had to leave before cause I couldn’t believe how bad it was and people smoking it was terrible never again

The first night, I was so tired that I went to bed without checking the sheets. In the morning, I noticed red spots on the sheet along where my left leg was. I also found a piece of hair that was not mine! I pulled the cover up on the other side where I had not slept and saw that it was dirty too. I complained to the manager and someone came and replaced the sheets and blanket, but the room was never cleaned during my 2-night stay. No one brought clean towels to the room. I went to the desk late Saturday night to get the towels. I could write more about this negative experience, but why bother? I'm not going back. If you decide to choose this hotel in spite of my comments, then I highly recommend that you check your sheets before getting in bed!

Filthy disgusting dirty room. Nothing works as it should. From the worn out mattress to the mini fridge that is packed in ice to the tv channels in snow miserable experience. Worst hotel ever. Not to mention room smells dirty and stale smoke. Nasty hotel that should be demolished.

The tv didn’t work for 5 days. My microwave never worked my whole 10 day stay when I asked for a late check on my last day I was only given an hour considering all the issues I had. The bathtub felt like I was going to fall through it. Motel 6 needs to make sure they are being represented correctly. The place was busy almost every night for the condition of the rooms. Money is not being put back into the motel. I need to mention I was staying there because I was I between houses as I was moving to a new house I stayed there for 10 days.

Both phone jacks in the room didnt work, tried replacing phone no help, The toilet flush handle broke off, Asked Front Desk about it and the lady asked "so do you want to check out?" When we told her that we wanted another room she said there were non available. At 3:15 pm time she told us the maintenance person would come after his/her meal to fix toilet... at 6pm still no working toilet , no sign of him

The desk staff was awesome!!!!! The owner the older gentleman was not so friendly or helpful . Our room was rather nice. There was a tub mat in the tub .I wondered why but ok apon stepping into my shower because there was nothing to stop up tub to take a bath. I realized why there was a tub mat!!!! There were two holes in the tub !!!!! Omg 😱! So I get out an dry off while watching the TV then the cable cuts of and I get nothing but a snowy screen for 5 mins on every channel!!!! Then I just got mad 😡💢💢💢💢💢💢💢 so I ordered a king size bed I get only 3 pillows weres the other 3 pillows???? So I proceed to office desk clerk says she'll send owner ok so then owner comes to my room and I proceed to ask why I only have 3 pillows with a king I should have 6 he say ask desk clerk if we got them she'll get them. I say ok the tube has 2 holes in it and my TV is all snow he says very rudely nothing wrong with TV I said that's because the cable must have clicked back on you have problem you leave now you get refund nothing else you take to desk clerk. And leaves. So deck clerk come to room got tears in her eyes knowing it was fkd up tells me if I choose to stay I got to sign I choose to stay 😱 she was the only one that listened and care n was friendly I won't be back and ps there black mold in lobby air vents

The front door had no weather stripping, so the bottom was open to the outside. The bedsheet had a cigarette burn hole. I had booked a non-smoking room, but was assigned a smoking room with an ashtray and the smell of stale smoke.

The end table was waaaay too small and short. There was no room for two cell phones on top. I has to put the regular phone in the drawer. The toilet would not flush without taking the tank lid off each time. There was no coffee, kleenex, shampoo, or conditioner. The sink was cracked. Refrigerator worked but hummed all night. I had to set the clock. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The view was of nature. The mirror over rhe sink was modern and new. It was quiet all night. The bed had metal framing under it and springs. They squeeked just rolling over. The heater/ac was good. The hall accross the street was junky looking. The breakfast was sparse at best and the oj machine was out of order. We did not eat there.

Property is little old but room was very clean and spacious, shower was very good. Nice quiet place and staff were very friendly. Parking was adequate and well lit. Bed was extremely comfortable so that I had a very good sleep. Food options near by are very good. Good value for price in the town.

Check in was not a great experience. The guy working the desk did not speak good English, so it was hard communicating with him. Although our room was booked for over a week, we were booked in a room that the air conditioning did not work. He changed our room to the 2nd floor but the keys would not work. He had to open it with a regular key and assured us it would get fixed the next morning. The room was not very clean. A dirty wash cloth was still hanging in the shower. The floors weren’t very clean and there was a mysterious substance on the furniture where the tv was. The walkway to the rooms were dirty as well. We were not very pleased!

There is construction next to the property. It becomes quiet in the evening. The lock would not work on my room after the initial check in. The property is understaffed so it took an hour and a half to resolve the problem. My belongings were in the room and I couldn't leave the room until it was fixed (which didn't happen.) Management finally gave me another room.

So I proceed to office desk clerk says she'll send owner ok so then owner comes to my room and I proceed to ask why I only have 3 pillows with a king I should have 6 he say ask desk clerk if we got them she'll get them. I say ok the tube has 2 holes in it and my TV is all snow he says very rudely nothing wrong with TV I said that's because the cable must have clicked back on you have problem you leave now you get refund nothing else you take to desk clerk. And leaves. So deck clerk come to room got tears in her eyes knowing it was fkd up tells me if I choose to stay I got to sign I choose to stay 😱 she was the only one that listened and care n was friendly I won't be back and ps there black mold in lobby air vents

I would give 0 stars if I could. I got there and the lady said she couldn't find my reservation. I had to pay for another room. The room was nasty and had something on the comforter. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The property is unkept. Rooms are not clean. Roaches are present. The staff is unprofessional. Do not stay at this site. It may be conveniently located but it’s not worth the price. The staff gets mad if you point out inadequate issues. I had to move 3 times before I found a room that was clean, safe & operable.

Great staff. The front desk person gave me top floor. I said can't do stairs and she immediately switched the room and gave me bottom floor room. The room was clean. Bathroom spotless. The sheets were smelling good. Will certainly recommend my coworkers.

There is construction next to the property. It becomes quiet in the evening. The lock would not work on my room after the initial check in. The property is understaffed so it took an hour and a half to resolve the problem. My belongings were in the room and I couldn't leave the room until it was fixed (which didn't happen.) Management finally gave me another room.

Customer service was great and prompt Rooms where clean and so where the linen Property has a nice view of georgetown marina Has continental break fast, enjoyed my morning coffee. The front lobby is very well done up for working and relaxing when looking for change. Guest laundry with in the property made life easy.

This hotel recently converted to a Motel 6 and it appears they are updating all the rooms (saw two rooms being repainted while I was there). Room in good condition overall although no hygiene amenities or a coffee pot in room. This is my second stay in the past six weeks and I would stay there again. Sits in the river with a marina view.

Nothing was unique about the location. This hotel isn't family friendly. It displayed an atmosphere of a place for contractor workers with clothing hanging over the railing, gathering outside drinking alcohol and a little noisy later at night. The room that was assigned to me had no pillowcases, only one set of towels and no face rags. No Iron nor ironing board in the room. The floor felt like and looked like it hasn't been swept nor mopped. This place was for commercial workers. The toilet and shower could have been cleaned better.

This property needs to be demolished. The room smelt like someone had been smoking dope and just left. NO TOWELS!! They had to be washed we got them 2 hours later. Bed sheets were nasty. Burns and blood and dirt on the sheets. TV Did not work. The manager refused to fix and Expedia refused to give refund unless they charged $75. Drug deals in the back of hotel. This place was crazy and why did the water in the sink make your hands sticky? We only stayed for 2 nights. Bed bugs!!!!!

This was very poorly. Unsafe area, with folks hanging out.. Someone camping beneath the stairs, No towels nor washcloths in room. TV remote without batteries. Had to call for each of these items 2 times. No plug for tub, no hot water for shower. For the cost of the hotel it was terrible.

Ac was disgusting and we had to breathe that all night . The cover was off probably someone rejected the room before us after seeing filter so nasty with 2 inches of dirt . Shower curtain had mold stains . Tub was clogged and would not drain . Room smelled like smoke and my family endured it for one night and we will not choose this location again . Floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped at all . Breakfast area smells horrible almost like sewage . Hair in the sink was very gross brushing your teeth and having to see hair almost look like pubic hair .

The 1st room was dirty, dead bugs on the floor, no bed cover on bed and no towels, wash clothes etc. The second room was a little better. We found a cigarette at the edge of the bed and this was a no smoking room, mold and hairs in and on the tub. The sheets had stains on them and the door wasn't sealed so bugs could get in. There was no pool. The breakfast bar on that Saturday morning 7-6-24 at 7:00 a.m. had about 6 miniature muffins and that was ALL!! (Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30 - 9:00). Our door key did not work we had to switch it out TWO nights in a row (ridiculous)!. We had to call the front desk for clean towels, etc. we had NO housekeeping the entire 3 night stay. The hotel grounds wasn't the cleanest. The pictures on the website, is nothing like it is in person. I am shocked that Hotel.com will advertise and associate themselves with this hotel. Do Hotel.com check these hotels prior to listing them on their website??. We will not stay here ever again.

The end table was waaaay too small and short. There was no room for two cell phones on top. I has to put the regular phone in the drawer. The toilet would not flush without taking the tank lid off each time. There was no coffee, kleenex, shampoo, or conditioner. The sink was cracked. Refrigerator worked but hummed all night. I had to set the clock. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The view was of nature. The mirror over rhe sink was modern and new. It was quiet all night. The bed had metal framing under it and springs. They squeeked just rolling over. The heater/ac was good. The hall accross the street was junky looking. The breakfast was sparse at best and the oj machine was out of order. We did not eat there.

I wanted to give the new owner a pass ,but: The room stunk like weed My room was in rough shape (molding falling, dead bugs, etc...) My shower would not drain and the tub was so flimsy a felt like a was gonna fall through Every time you got into bed, it sounded like someone throwing a baseball at a metal shed (my apologies to whoever i was over) The breakfast consisted of cereal and some tiny muffins. Nothing good about this place. Dirty down to used condoms on the floor. Showers didn’t drain toilets were broke. No towels even though they didn’t have hardly any guest. Ac filter looked like it hadn’t been touched ever. Tv wouldn’t even come on. The owners reaction was oh sorry!
