There were a few things that need to be fixed and taken care of plus plus the lobby was closed, there was no place to sit if a person came in and wanted to catch their breath for a few moments before they unloaded the car. Otherwise it seemed okay.

The hotel is run down. There was no gym and the laundry was out of order. Definitely no frills! The breakfast was very basic, I had to ask for room service. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Front desk employee did not advise that the pool was closed for “renovations” and did not let me know that there was a breakfast buffet from 6-9 am. Husband went to the buffet at 8:40 am and there was nothing available as they had started breaking down and cleaning. The room was clean but the bed linen had holes in it, the top sheet was a king sheet folded in half instead of using a standard double. When I went to sit on the bed I fell against it as the frame was on rollers. This could have been very bad. Overall I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend your property. Huge disappointment.

The room wasn’t clean properly.. it’s like they really just made the bed … when I looked at the pillow inside the pillowcase it had blood on it all they did was change the pillow… sad and I paid almost 300 for the room it wasn’t worth it

The bed was comfortable and the service was great. The furniture was ragged, the tv and microwave both didn't work well, and we lost power for a morning. Lastly, there were bed bugs.

Looks great online but the actual property sucks. Horrible lightning in the rooms, stains on bedsheets and furniture. There was no trash can in the bathroom for disposing of women’s products. Our king size bed only had 3 pillows. The “continental breakfast” (which is why I stayed here) is only waffles and pre packaged cereals. There is only seating for 8 people in the “dinning room” but they request that you not take breakfast to your room. Also had 2 roaches in our room and possible bed bug spots on sheets. The renovation crew is subpar as well. The threshold to the bathroom came off when I stepped on it( revealing the roaches) painters tape is still on the floor even tho they got paint all over it anyways. Our light was barely attached to the wall etc. I’m sure there’s more but I was tired of finding things. Not worth 85$

I do not recommend this hotel. The exterior was covered in spiders and webs, which was already a bad sign. Inside, the room was outdated, dirty, and had a foul smell. The sheets didn’t appear clean, and the bed made loud squeaking noises with any movement. The bathtub had stains, and the body wash dispenser was broken. There wasn’t even an iron provided in the room. I originally booked for two nights but ended up checking out after the first night and finding another hotel. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

We were shocked when we checked in to see the clerk behind thick glass. We were immediately concerned about the area. The room had recently been updated but not very well. Things had been painted around then removed. Parts of the bathtub were missing. The towels were dingy and rough. The sheets and pillowcases and bath mat had stains. The breakfast was a joke. There were two types of cereal and a jug of milk, waffle mix and one piece of bread.

This place was very unique due to the mess the floor made when stepping on the floor tiles. For some reason, there was water coming out of the floor. The TV did not have a remote and the AC did not work properly. The stay was very uncomfortable and the front desk lady acted as if she did not care when I brought the issues to her attention.

The first room assigned to us was supposed to be non smoking, but we could detect an old smell of cigarettes - like it was in the drywall from when it was a smoking room. Also, the bathroom floor was soaked. We asked for a different room and the 2nd room was far better. We had 2 pets, and their policy is 1st pet free, 2nd pet $15. Very reasonable! Overall we liked the place. Price was reasonable, Beds were comfortable, the AC blew cold and it was clean. Just know that if you arrive after 10 pm your reservation will be cancelled, but easy enough to fix. You just need to re-book if you arrive late.

Honestly my only complaint is that the wifi wasnt very good. Despite the other poor reviews on this hotel, its not a bad hotel at all. Would stay again. And they were kind enough to let me check in early.

Booked a non-smoking room, as soon as I entered the room there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. As it was late and we were only sleeping a few hours, we just stayed.. but it was quite gross. Not what I wanted to expose my children to breathing in all night either. Four people but only two towels provided, room wasn't the cleanest. The front desk staff was nice.

The best thing i found was that on the wall, directly under the TV, an HDMI outlet/input was permanently install on the wall, which was "hardwired" directly to the HDMI 1 TV input. I plugged my Fire Stick in and did not have to do anything else but to change the input to HDMI 1 and i was watching my apps, my shows, my hometown news, etc. For a low budget hotel, this is a big plus. However, they have the most insecure WiFi i have ever seen. Might as well leave it open. As a traveler, network security is one of the most important aspects of hotel living. Otherwise, cant beat it for the price.

I was quite disappointed in the property as the place of being remodeled and we ended up in a room that by the remodel there was absolutely nowhere to hang up a coat or clothes or anything like that at all the floor had a white powder all over it everywhere it was the drywall had not been cleaned up at all in the room The lightbulbs were out the TV did not work and when we called the front desk she said she couldn’t leave because she was the only one there and there was nothing she could do about it everyone was booked. So I was quite disappointed in all of it and the fact that we were not taken care of when we were there. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Been coming here every weekend for little get away trips since it’s gotten warm. Had an experience yesterday for the first time that has forever changed my perspective on trusting any house keeper / management. At around 1pm Saturday me & my mate go to get some quick lunch (we’re gone but about 20-30 minutes) upon coming back to the room my key card doesn’t work so I go up to the office to get another card. Well when I entered , the person working the front desk accused me of having an extra person in the room who was a black guy lol . I said hell no there is no black man in my room. He than claimed he had proof on camera system. I said be my guest and let’s watch it because I wanna know what POS was in my room and how tf he got in! He shows me the CCTV footage & when I left at 1pm the cleaning ladies come to my clean my room and the room next to me. Well I guess while the maid was cleaning the room next us , she left our door open and unlocked That’s when a black man driving a newer and nice white jeep pulls up gets out, walks around different hotel rooms & than eventually comes to our room & steps foot in our room with a lit cigarette!!! We def knew because there was ashes all over our floor. After speaking to one of the maids who was in charge of overseeing my room , she said the man was claiming it was his & his wife’s room!!! I passed the lowlife when I was arriving back into the hotel. But this was before I even found out any of this I had more to write , but can’t!

Disappointed with this stay as two nights before I’d stayed really enjoyed it High recommended it this time not so much previous room had coffee making machine. This one didn’t, also no clothes hangers at all went to reception the lady did not understand English.

The staff is super friendly and very hospitable. They make sure you have everything you need and are always making sure your stay is a great one and it was. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

There was an intimidating woman from what I can assume is a prostitute. I have no problem with how one makes their money. However, she asked me for a cigarette, and when I told her I didn’t have one she gave me a long, hard stare that was quite menacing. Also, there were people going in and out of her room all night long, which interrupted our sleep.

Check in was excellent, staff we came in contact with were nice But the room was not clean at all. They said they went in there and cleaned while we were right there and we saw them go in and then saw them come out and they were done. So we looked around and found the sheets were wrinkled and dirty even had stains and nastiness so of course we did not even lay on them. I always have an extra set and blankets when we travel. The refrigerator had food from the last person so that's a telltale sign that they didn't even clean. Of course there was hair in the bathtub, the sink was filthy with soap scum, and worst of all was there are prostitutes and pimps that live there. The riff raff that lives there is not worth how cheap room is. Satay away unless you want a prostitute and drugs. People kept banging on our door wanting us to answer it telling us that they had the right room after we told them they had the wrong room. It was absolutely ridiculous we left at 3:30 in the morning because of this nonsense and we will never stay there again. We stayed there a few times in the past and there weren't any problems and then the last time we stayed we had one incident but not everything now it's ridiculous it's getting dangerous over there fighting people in the pool were talking about how the cops were there the night before, you could tell that that place was not for the everyday traveler. Stay away that is what I recommend

We were shocked when we checked in to see the clerk behind thick glass. We were immediately concerned about the area. The room had recently been updated but not very well. Things had been painted around then removed. Parts of the bathtub were missing. The towels were dingy and rough. The sheets and pillowcases and bath mat had stains. The breakfast was a joke. Breakfast was in one word awful. Coffee machine put out half water half coffee mixture. Cream was a gallon of milk. Two kinds of cereal and some slices of bread. Was a waffle maker. No fruit. Pluses are nice TV and very good matress and shower. They are still working on painting doors and floors around the area.

I requested a Handicapped Room. I was told my room was such. However, it had none of the handicapped safety features. Morning "breakfast" was a joke.

Looks great online but the actual property sucks. Horrible lightning in the rooms, stains on bedsheets and furniture. There was no trash can in the bathroom for disposing of women’s products. Our king size bed only had 3 pillows. The “continental breakfast” (which is why I stayed here) is only waffles and pre packaged cereals. There is only seating for 8 people in the “dinning room” but they request that you not take breakfast to your room. Also had 2 roaches in our room and possible bed bug spots on sheets. The renovation crew is subpar as well. The threshold to the bathroom came off when I stepped on it( revealing the roaches) painters tape is still on the floor even tho they got paint all over it anyways. Our light was barely attached to the wall etc. I’m sure there’s more but I was tired of finding things. Not worth 85$

Property was plenty sufficient and clean. Looks like family run. Though well intended, they are quite substandard on the “hospitality” concept. The breakfast , though clean, has zero staff attention ie. bare bones offering, waffle batter empty, orange and apples juice ran pure water, no bread. Milk was fresh 😃 Televisions were off and desk had no idea how to turn them on when asked. If the patriarch were to visit ANY nearby hotel/motel, he would see hospitality in action- simple fixes all

They are trying to do the place up the rooms are no better after the “remodel”. Cockroaches, tv remotes that don’t work, the complimentary breakfast does not exist, asking the receptionist if she knew that nothing worked in the “breakfast room “. They had Somme it set up for coffee, juice, waffles, chilled water etc, and nothing worked. She just shrugged her shoulders The bed was comfortable. But the toilet that was not attached to the floor, the water tasted like it had dirt in it. Ive stayed there before but was aware it was being remodeled so we gave it another chance…never again, it’s terrible.

The property seems to be clean & maintained. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast selection. There were waffles, cereal,& white bread for toast. There was no fruit, yogurt or pastries. The selection was the same all 3. Mornings. The orange juice ran out on the 2nd morning. We also found a piece of cake in the refrigerator from a previous guest, and on the last morning killed a small spider in the room. The lighting in the room is a bit difficult. There is no light on one side of room but then there is a huge tube light in bathroom that is blinding! Did ask for another pillow and got that quickly.
