Le personnel est exceptionnel. La réceptionniste a l’arrivée était plus que débordé (week-end mémorial Day) mais a su rester professionnel et souriante. Le service en salle par Javier au dîner et petit Déjeuner était parfait. Très professionnel, très efficace . Mon seul bémol est sur l’hôtel en general. J’ai toujours trouvé cet hôtel Waouhh. Des l’entrée il y avait une table avec des décorations , ça sentait bon et c’était climatisé. Tout cela a été enlevé. La salle de bar était superbement décorée et elle est devenue une salle de restaurant. L’ancienne salle de restaurant est restée la même mais sans les décorations propres à l’hôtel (chaises vertes) et elle sert aussi de salle de repos pour les employés qui parlent très fort. Bref c’est devenu un hôtel ben ordinaire même si les chambres sont confortables, qu’on y dort très bien .

la estadía normal pero las instalaciones terribles, en construcción y las zonas comunes muy poco utilizables, cuando se hace la reserva no dicen que el hotel está desbaratado y sin servicio total, pero la tarifa si es a precio normal y alto precio. No lo recomiendo tiene buena ubicación pero no está apto para disfrutar.

This hotel was a disappointment honestly. I don’t know how this hotel is rated four stars when it should probably be a 3 star hotel. I was so disappointed from start to finish. The check in process was not as seamless as I wanted it to be. I had messaged the hotel weeks before letting them know my flight gets in at 6am on a Saturday. They said to guarantee a room I should book the evening before. So I paid for the Friday night so make sure I get checked in right away so I can shower and nap, etc. The standard room was old, and felt musty, definitely disappointed by the AC unit all weekend the only time it would get cool was at night. I was too tired by the end of the day to notice the AC only working at night. I asked the front desk to make sure house keeping cleans my room or at least put fresh towels and it never happened! every day I had to go to the front desk myself to get towels and my room was never cleaned all weekend and just felt like the room was in poor shape from the get go. I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels with better service & quality before and was never disappointed as much as I was this stay. I thought being a hotel next to the beach would be worth it but honestly this one wasn’t at all and I’m regretting booking here. Should have paid more for another hotel or pay less for different hotel not on the beach. Also you could hear everything that the upstairs neighbors were doing so that was also incredibly annoying. Idk I just had better expectations.

Let me start by saying the location of Circa 39 and the access to the beach are great. The tiki bar restaurant in the lobby is amazing. Also, the portion of the staff that was helpful was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, there were several issues with my reservation. I wanted to add an extra night and one of the people told me that the hotel had no rooms available that had two beds, so I hung up and tried to cancel my reservation altogether. I booked through a third-party, so the hotel did not approve my cancellation. So I waited a day and called the back and got a different person on the phone and this person easily and happily booked me a room that had two beds. So the person during the first call lied to me. Then I asked, this means I can stay in one room, correct? And there won’t be any issues with my reservation, correct? They assured me everything was fine. After the first night, they called me on my cell phone to ask me why I hadn’t checked out. They had failed to recognize the reservation for the second night. It all worked out, but it was a terrible hassle. As for the other reasons I almost gave this hotel 3 stars: the rooms are much smaller than they appear to be in the photos; the television did not have basic cable and did not allow any sort of streaming; no parking on premises and all of the parking around is limited and you have to pay. The hotel is quaint and most of the staff is great, but I’m not sure I would stay there again.
