Stayed 3 nights

We arrived Saturday night with our family, including my teenage daughters and my service dog. Check-in was smooth, but the next morning, while we briefly stepped out, my daughter texted that someone had knocked on our door on two occasions despite a clearly displayed “Do Not Disturb” sign. When I asked the front desk, the staff member gave conflicting explanations that didn’t add up. She claimed a woman had asked for towels while getting coffee, but my underage daughters don’t drink coffee, and we had just checked in the night before, so we didn’t need towels. She then became defensive and accused me of having a dog that “wasn’t allowed,” My service dog is permitted per the posted signage. Her defensiveness only made the situation more unsettling. Considering our car wasn’t on the lot at the time, it felt as if she may have been checking whether the girls were alone or whether the room was empty. The whole experience felt intrusive and unprofessional, and we no longer felt our privacy or belongings were safe. We ended up leaving early and would not return.

It was such a dump that we pulled in the driveway, took a 10 second look, and promptly left, spending the night somewhere else, despite being in the middle of a snowstorm.
