We've stayed here a few times before, however this was the first time being able to use the pool area. My girls loved it. However we do wish they would do soemthing a little safer with the hot tub area, either fix and refill it or something else to where there isnt an open space with lose rocks. My daughter is 3 and austisic and it made it hard for her to understand that wasnt a play area. We also wish the beautiful rock water fountain was on and running. Over all it is a very nice place, our room was clean and tidy. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for keeping this hotel nice and enjoyable.

We stayed from the 1st to the 5th. We had items come up missing the first night. We spoke to front desk who asured us that we woukd get a call about it and we never heard a word. I checkwd in daily with the front desk even checked lost and found and still didnt find most of kur missing stuff. We did find one item of our stuff damaged out by the main road as you are coming in by oreilys. The phone in the room did not even have a cord in the back of it. It cost us 20+ to do 2 loads of laundry. We ask only booked here for hot tub and pool as we were driving 50 hours. Front desk did not tell us they were out of order even when mentioning to them how excited we were to use the ammenities and how we just needed to go buy swim wear. It was not until after we bought the items and got ready to swim that staff told us they did not work. The weight room was locked and our room key would not open the door either. We had to go buy our own toilet paper and towels as room service only gave us 2 towels for 4 people and questioned us about needing toilet paper. 10 out of 10 will not recommend to anyone.

We stayed here 3 nights due to a storm causing a power outage. They were extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean, the pool was great, the staff was amazing! Complimentary breakfast was wonderful every time!!

A nice stay at this Best Western with the best front desk hospitality. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room temperature was good. The pool needs big time help, it was dirty and the patio furniture was dirty.

Friendly service at front desk and breakfast area. Hot breakfast very good—make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit. Pool a nice treat and room appeared fresh and clean. Very comfy and quiet. Recommend.

Room 119 has severe water damage. The ceiling was covered with mildew, the room smelled awful and we're came away with some kind of respiratory infection. Also, the TV was having problems all night. It kept going on and off. Everything else seemed fine.

This hotel was fine. Cleanliness is most important, and it was clean. The bed was hard and difficult to sleep on, the AC unit was so loud it woke me up every time it clicked on and back off. If anyone is outside your room, you'll hear them. Breakfast was fine.

Check-in clerk, Randa, was great! Very quick and efficient. Told me how I could be eligible for free days by signing up with BW. Breakfast fairly good. In room 114, TV remote wouldn’t control volume. Couldn’t turn it up or down. The control panel for the air/heat didn’t light up. Had no ability to adjust, turn off, etc. Had to unplug it for the night since room was getting very cold on the setting. Spray from shower was like a garden hose. I couldn’t get it to adjust. Room clean. Bathroom clean. Parking lot narrow. Noticed trucks having difficulty backing out of spaces.

One of the queen beds was so worn out that two sharing it slumped to the middle. The room was smoky smelling. we had to spray air freshener, daily. The staff is great, friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great. Hotel needs maintenance.

We were not happy with the first room we were given after asking for a handicap room. It was not. The pull up bar for the stool was behind it, and no grab bars in tub/shower. After complaining, we were moved to a true handicap room.

The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. I only wished I had gotten her name to include in this review. I believe she is a new employee of less than 6 months. Our room was cream and comfortable and she ensured we were satisfied with our accommodations. Please let her know that she had a positive impact on our experience and to keep up the good work.
