Behövde en övernattning på vår väg söderut och det var synd att vi inte hade mer tid på detta ställe. Hann inte utnyttja deras spa eller den mysiga innergården. Vi hade dock bokat trippelrum och vid ankomst var inte rummet bäddat för tre - endast för två. Men personalen i receptionen var snabba att bistå med ett rumsbyte där det fanns sovplats för allihop:) Kan tillägga att restaurangen hade god mat och frukosten var kanon!

Die Unterkunft, die Zimmer und das Frühstück war sehr schön. Leider war die neue Rezeptionistin sehr unfreundlich und wollte mir trotz mehrfachen Nachweis das ich vor Ort bezahle bei der Expediabuchung keine Rechnung ausstellen. Man hat sich eher als Gast 2. Klasse gefühlt und überhaupt nicht erwünscht. Kam mir mit ihrer verrauchten Stimme vor als ob ich ein Kneipenbesuch mache. Am darauffolgenden Tag konnte bei der wirklich sehr netten Rezeptionistin ohne Probleme eine Rechnung ausgestellt werden und sie war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Leider ist die Rezeption mit das Aushängeschild jeden Hotel‘s und da ich Dienstlich schon seit 20 Jahren in Hotel‘s einchecke darf man so als Gast nicht empfangen werden.

Et hyggeligt men ikke så stort værelse. Der var pænt og rent på værelset og på hotellet som sådan. Personalet var meget servicemindet og imødekomne. Morgenmaden var meget fin og med et meget stort udvalg, som kunne tilfredsstille alle. Spaafdelingen med swimmingpool var til den lille side og kunne hurtigt komme til at føles overfyldt. Fin sauna i udendørs haven.
