Reservation was for 1 king. When I got there, he gave me two doubles. Thin blankets and no bedspread, no ice machine(out of order). Bugs in the bathroom. When I checked out , the computer supposedly wasn't working either so he said he would e-mail receipt and 5 days later I still haven't seen it. Checked out early and I bet I still got charged for the extra day. DON'T GO THERE!

The first room they assigned, the TV and the desk light did not work, there was only one towel in the bathroom etc. I went and got the desk clerk and he changed our room to a different one. There is no room service when staying for multiple days. To get clean towels, I took the dirty ones down to the desk and traded them. Also, there is no elevator so it was difficult for my wife to climb the stairs. There was a clump of hair left in the tub that I had to get out before my wife saw it.

Room smelled terribly of smoke even though it was non smoking. No elevators and one set of stairs on one side of building only. Room had been "cleaned". Found hair everywhere. Sink was clogged with a candy wrapper, There was one small bar of soap, no other toilietries. No towel or toilet paper in the room. Bugs scattered when I opened the bathroom door. Tub has obviously never been cleaned, it was black on the bottom. Just a disgusting place, and WAY overpriced.

We shared the bathroom with a cockroach. I think he owes us rent. The bathtub was slicker than snot. Needs traction grips. Beds were very clean and decent. The staircase needs lighting . Hard to see at night.

Room was ok but bed was very low on floor Very old door was damaged t v was good Light bulb needed replaced but the desk clerk never responded Needs better lighting. , will never go back although the desk clerk was very nice and seemed very curtious

It was not as pictured. There was never coffee bar or cups. No buckets for ice. The pool hasn’t been opened for a long period of time. It was not family friendly.

HORRIBLE!! AC was off in the middle of 95 degree summer so extremely hot. When I turned on AC it was barely blowing and took 8 hours to make the room even bearable. Slept in sweat. Room had roaches(see pics) also had mold and chipping walls in bathrooms

My husband and I are COVERED in bed bug bites! The place has no sign, and is in a sketchy area. I do not recommend at all.

There were roaches both dead and alive in the room, i got multibal bed bugs bite and both blankets and all the towls were stained and dirty. I will never book here again and im calling the health department monday. Pay the extra for a better place and save urself the expince of a bed bug treatment

It was very dirty. I don’t think the bedding was changed. The towels were literally stained yellow. Hair, dirt, and soap scum was all over the shower, toilet, floors, and even the bed.

I’ll start by saying I am not above an older hotel but this was ridiculous. No air conditioning or running water in the room. It was filthy, beat up, and not just the room, the entire place. I didn’t feel safe. It was not family friendly. There were men creeping around every corner or sitting with their door ways with the door open, staring and watching. We didn’t spend more than 10 minutes in the room before we grabbed our bags and I went down to the checkout desk and explained the situation asked to cancel the reservation. He refused and then proceeded to tell me he could “try” and turn the water on for us. My family and I left and he charged the card for two nights upon our departure. We had traveled 4 hours away and this was at 1 am. We quickly found comfort at a motel 6 that was amazing, we felt safe all at the same rate.

The room was very dirty, electrical plugs didn’t work. When I arrived at the room no electric items were plugged in and the refrigerator did not work. Very noisy at night do to children running around outside of door. Mattress was old and saggy. Bath towels stained and almost looked like they had been washing in mud water. Smoking room with no ash trays. Small tv. Caution I can’t even give it a rating due to such poor condition.

The bed was horrible and sunk in, you couldn’t use the bathroom light because the vent attached to it was so loud. There was a beeping all night that we couldn’t figure out that we had to turn on the tv to cover the sound so we could sleep. Then when we went to check out and tell them, he went to make sure we didn’t damage to room before we left.

The first room they put is in had no electricity.. The next room had cockroaches and had to slam body into door to open... We left without staying and they refused to give us a refund... i won't be back

Room had a very strong smell of cleaning fluids. We had to leave due to respiratory issues. Bed had multiple cigarette burns even after being told that there was no smoking. Bathtub was very dirty. It was very cold outside and the door had cold air flowing through it. Could not get the room to warm up even with heat at full blast. Requested refund and the management refused. They offered us another room and it was just as bad as the first. Still would not refund.

The rooms were roach infested and the staff refused to give us our money back due to the unsafe conditions the rooms are in. The manager refused to give us the number to corporate to speak to anyone about what was happening. The manager was only called when the cops arrived and they refused to give us a refund on the room. When i tried explaining what was going on to the manager, he got hostile with me to the point to where the police officer felt necessary to intervene.

It was so dirty and disgusting. I ask for my money back, and I had to fight him about it and still haven’t gotten my money yet will find out in toothey working days. If they’re honest enough to give me my money back, it was disgusting.

Terrible customer service. No running water and A/C was not working. Traveled all the way from texas to be welcomes in an unfriendly manner after letting the front desk know about everything wrong with the room. Ended up booking a room elsewhere after driving for 18 hours I was tired and just wanted a warm shower and get some rest as it was 2 AM already. After all terrible terrible. Management needs training on how to deal with customers.Rude.

All properties around this hotel look well kept, nice area…except this hotel specifically. Windows broken out and boarded up. This place is unkept and looks like it needs closed down! Staff was not helpful. I recommend staying at the Best Western up the road before this place.

Far away from most places and is very dirty. Every time we returned to our room, we were greeted by cockroaches. The room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, and rotten food was in the microwave and fridge. The room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was a “no smoke room.” The hallways smelled like moth balls. There was an A/C in the room that helped with the summer heat, but it was loud. We didn’t see any bed bugs, and the employee at the front desk helped us with our room key not working, but that’s about it with good things.

No cups in the room. The worst part was NO toilet paper at all. Had to send my granddaughter 2x for those to. Had no cups though. Usually I like my staff, but NOT this time.
