The room was ok there appeared to be stains on the carpet by the desk, most of the usb charging ports did not work, every time the a/c kicked on it would make a squealing noise before it ran, the grout was chipped and, in some places, missing, the toilet seat was loose and would slide around i tried to tighten it but could not and the shower did not drain well at all, i was standing in ankle deep water every time i showered. and there is a huge lip to get into the parking lot

The staff were friendly and professional. The area felt safe. The lower review comes from the bathroom and food options. The shower/bath plug was broken. The tub looked grungy and the shower head was gross. Not being able to shower before a conference was not a great way to start a morning. In addition, it would be really great if for breakfast options if allergies would be considered. I understand bread related foods keeps the cost lower. A buffet that is ultimately factored into the nightly cost of the hotel with only gluten and dairy items and aged looking fruit does not promote retention among customers with food allergies.

Room was way too hot overnight - I set the thermostat at 64 and it never went below 69. This would be ok if not for how how the comforters are. I woke up sweating twice and didn’t get great sleep before an important work day. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling. However, the breakfast was great. (Wish they had hot sauce for the eggs though).

Nice hotel, we will stay there again if we are in the area. They also have a good selection of hot items on their continental breakfast buffet. The only odd part of the room was the bathroom sink was in the room verses in the bathroom, but then I guess by doing that it allows someone to use the sink while someone else is in the bathroom.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is. The room was clean and quiet. We were close to the elevator and I thought we might hear it throughout the evening as the hotel was fully booked, but I didn't notice it once. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, and the continental breakfast was pretty good. Overall very nice stay.

The room was okay. Clean but bare bones. The only chair was very uncomfortable to sit and read in. The TV was good but not adjustable - it was not angled towards the bed. The breakfast was very good. Check in and out were very efficient.

The morning I was checking out- I picked up a coffee cup to get coffee. It had a tear in the bottom. Coffee dripped down my pinky and burnt it. I moved a few cups- tried to tell the breakfast lady…tried again- this time there was a bigger tear apparently on the cup..along the seam, where it wasn’t noticeable- I got coffee- it poured down my left hand! I tried to throw it in the trash can right away. She was like NO, it will drip to the bottom- I was like ma’am it’s burning my hand! She took the cup, was more concerned about the spill, and took care of that! There was also a front desk lady, possibly manager standing there - she did nothing for me - I drove 4 hours home, and am sitting in urgent care to get this looked at! I have small blisters on my hand!

Great place. We were there for a funeral and had a daughter that hurt her back. The staff was very kind to us. When we came down for breakfast it was just closing but they let us get a quick plate. I have had other places that have snatched the food from in front of you because they were ready to close. Also their pillows were great. It had “firm” and “soft” written on the pillowcases so Goldilocks could find just the right one. :)

The check in process was efficient although the desk was understaffed and we had to wait for the receptionist to finish a call. The room was clean but smelled really bad and the smell didn’t go away with opening the window for a long time. We also had another room that smelled equally bad. I didn’t have high expectations for breakfast but I was still disappointed - especially by the watery coffee which was just unacceptable.

Was very disappointed with the night staff and our room. Got to room and the floor bedside the bed was soaked. The bathtub was dirty and had ton of hair in the bottom. Had went Complained too fronr desk older women with walker and short hair lady at desk. Older lady was very rude and said nothing she could do did nothing too help. Wouldn't even give different room or refuse to refund. Was there softball tournament.

We were going to arrive super late so we called and let them know. Once we arrived check in was so fast and easy. Breakfast offered was very good with lot of options. Bed are so comfortable! Great location! We enjoyed having a movie theatre right next to it. We were leaving very early morning before breakfast area was served and they still offered and asked if we wanted something before leaving. Will stay again?

Visiting family The Con: The bed was very squishy. The bathroom grout really needs to be scrubbed. The pool was warm (although there was a gob of hair floating- the pool shouldn't been filtered). The Pro The staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and kept up with. Plus there were lots of options, not just sweet carbs. The motel was quiet, and we had a great sleep.
