Low value for money! Lack of service - mostly selfservice. Booked a room for four persons but the room was only prepared for two persons. Sofa bed was broken. No room cleaning for thee days. Expensive parking. Poor food quality. Location was okay with walking distance to Check Point Charlie and Tiergarden

Staff were really helpful, value for money is excellent. There is a Lidl less than 5 minutes away. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Would recommend.

Great location for sightseeing. We had a one bedroom apartment with 2 beds in the living room for kids. We still had a sofa to sit on and it was a well equipped space for a family of 4 over 5 days. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier all made it an easier holiday. Unfortunately, the pool was out of action due to a technical problem which they said will be fixed in 2 weeks. We had the breakfast on the first day which was good and even had gluten free cereal and bread which I enjoyed. Overall a lovely place to stay and we had a great time in Berlin
