Nice property but some maintenance on leaky faucet needed. Also, parking very limited onsite. Otherwise it was a very spacious apartment. The kitchen included some older cookware but adequate for small amount of food prep. Staff was helpful.

Stayed for Berlin Marathon. Approx 1.5 miles to marathon start from here. About 6 or so miles from the expo. Friendly staff, clean property. rooms fine, breakfast was ok, but not great. We arrived early in the morning and though we weren’t able to check in, we were given a temporary key to have access to the pool and gym area (which has a shower also) and they held our luggage, so we were able to freshen up and then go explore the city while waiting for check-in. Overall a positive experience, but if in town for the marathon, I’d choose a location closer to the start/finish area next time.

Such a perfect place to visit Berlin. We booked 3 rooms for our family. All of the rooms had great beds, hot showers and cold A/C. Quiet rooms. I loved the pool!!! swam every morning and sat in sauna. We had a large van that we paid 18 euro/day behind hotel.

The property is very well located and one of the only ones we visited where the AC worked. The cleanliness was terrible. Apparently there is no house keeping supervision. The first room that was assigned to us had not been properly cleaned. Bathroom dirty, bed looked like they had been used and the carpet was filthy. The mirrors on this floor were full of scum. As required by the property, at check in we requested daily cleaning of the room. Of the total stay of 5 days and almost daily complaints, the room was "cleaned" 2 times. "cleaned" means towels folded and hung, dishes washed, toilet scrubbed (not the rest of the bathroom), trash collected. Beds never done, sheets not changed, carpet not vacuumed.

The stay was ok. Good location but overall would not stay here again. The cleanliness of the rooms and the cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. I’ve had the bedsheets etc changed multiple times due to dirty spots and even blood spatter on it.

Vi rejste to voksne og to børn til Berlin og overnattede 4 nætter på dette hotel. Vi valgte pga pool, og det skuffede ikke; dejlig pool, ikke særligt mange der brugte den. Selve værelset var rummeligt, men det er tydeligt slidt. Sofaen var foldet ud og klargjort med madras, men man sov elendigt på den, så vi måtte tage madrassen ned på gulvet og ligge der. Skabene i tekøkken lukkede ikke ordentligt inkl køleskabet. Der var støvet overalt, toilettet var ikke rengjort da vi kom. Det larmede fra afløbet i køkkenet igen og igen, gennem hele opholdet. Vi var måske uheldige men jeg kunne se efter at der var lignende anmeldelser; gammelt og slidt hotel. Receptionen var venlige til at hjælpe, men alt sammen reaktivt og der er skaden jo sket.

Overall was fairly impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the hotel was perfect, nice and quiet for sleeping etc… but not far at all from most major attractions, with some great dining options and supermarkets nearby as well as links to public transport. The room itself was very spacious; comprising of a small kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. However, the room was not cleaned the entire three nights we stayed (a policy apparently) and was not particularly clean upon arrival. There was a pool and a small gym which were open from 5am-11pm. The gym was quite dated but did have a decent amount of equipment but could again have done with a clean. However I do believe the gym was being renovated in Jan 2025 so may be more modern now. Generally would recommend this hotel, especially if you can get a good deal on it.

På overfladen et pænt hotel vi havde glædet os til at bo på. Men vi kommer ikke igen. Hotellet er træt og slidt når man først kommer på værelserne. Endvidere var vores værelse møj beskidt. Vl ankom sent mandag aften. Og startede med at tørre støv af for at kunne pakke ud. Vi havde 4 overnatninger. Tirsdag morgen gjorde vi opmærksom på den dårlige rengøring, og fik at vide at der ville blive gjort ejstre rent. Tirsdag aften kunne vi se rengøringen have støvsuget, og man kunne se forskel på gulvet, det var ikke grådt mere. De to følgende dage glippede det så med rengøringen, selv om vi gjorde opmærksom på det. Helt igennem en dårlig oplevelse når det kommer til standarden af hotellets rengøring.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The wifi signal (we stayed on the 4th floor) was terrible, I had to go do remote work in the lobby. Not a ton of places to eat dinner without a walk. Washer/dryer in the upgraded room were an added surprise.

Great property but not ideal for nightlife / restaurants. You’ll be walking or taking transit. If you’re good with that, this may be your hotel. Rooms are HUGE. We had one of the cheapest ones - a studio - and it was enormous. You will not lack for space. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff was helpful. Other than the inconvenience of the area we would recommend this hotel based on the amenities and rooms.

This place isnperfectly fine provided you know what you're getting. Its clean, but worn. It can be noisy due to connecting doors between rooms (NOT from outside). We basically heard everything from the family next door. The kitchen area is quite small, like pop-up camper small. Definitely not like the advertisments. That being said, the staff were really good, especially the cleaning staff. All-in-all a really good BUDGET stay.

Just returned from a week at the Adina... made our time in Berlin very easy. Central to everything we wanted, we never travelled west of the Brandenburg Tor, and within easy reach of the U bahn if you did need to... We walked a lot...possibly too much for our aging limbs, but it was lovely to be able to come back, put your feet up for an hour or so, and then head out again. Plenty of cafe's/bakeries within 10 min walk for simple breakfast...restaurants for evening meals perhaps not as many as elsewhere, but 5 nights out of seven we ate within walking distance. We had a room on level 5 looking into the courtyard, very quiet and filled with sunshine each morning. Having everything in the room, including washing machine/dryer (not used) and all the kitchen facilities meant we could easily have eaten at home...and there's a Lidl just up the road. Pool was a nice way to wake up in the morning, though it only needs four people in it to make it a little crowded! ...and the changing rooms get very wet on the floor. Staff all very friendly, especially Aye who had to ride up and down in the lift with us a few times due to key problems on the first day. Only negative... bar was closed Saturday and Sunday evening with no warnings.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Jose and Matias at the front desk were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Matias #2 in the bar was excellent as well! Just because of your staff we'll definitely recommend this property to family and friends! One other thing, the property was clean and safe.

Amazing place to stay, close to everything but tucked away nice and quiet. Apartment was spacious, comfortable, had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, always available and it was great having a bar on the main floor that also served small plates for convenience. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

We stayed at Adina about five years ago and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, our recent stay in July 2024 did not meet the same standards. The rooms and furniture were worn, and the leisure areas were dirty and poorly maintained. Many of the plants in the courtyard were dead. Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests, with some even avoiding us. Until the management regains control, I will be staying elsewhere.

Located in a good area of Berlin. Easy access from nearby U Bahn at Stadtmitte to all parts of the city. Walkable to Checkpoint Charlie, Unter den Linden, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag. Good restaurants nearby on Charlottenstrasse. We had self catering studio and shopped at nearby Lidl (5 minutes walk)Helpful staff who spoke good English. Would stay again if returning to Berlin

Sauberkeit der Zimmer war in Ordnung. Im Badezimmer sollte eine Grundreinigung gemacht werden. Eine tägliche Reinigung gab es nicht. Wir hatten leider Probleme mit dem bezahlen. Da wir schon bei Anreise bezahlen wollten, aber der Mitarbeit nur den Betrag geblockt hat. Wahrscheinlich aufgrund von sprachlichen Problemen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, wer für 18€ etwas besonderes erwartet wird enttäuscht. Sauna, 12m Schwimmbad und kleiner Fitnessraum vorhanden.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter Berlin dans une zone calme et résidentielle. Personnel accueillant et très sympathique. Chambre spacieuse, nous étions 3, propre et très bien équipée : four, lave-vaisselle, couverts, lave linge et sèche linge. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui est vraiment top avec beaucoup de choix. A noter également une piscine et un sauna très apprécié.
