The only negative about this hotel was the lifts - too slow, long waits for them and not enough for the size of the hotel and number of people. Caused us quite a lot of stress when trying to check out and our taxi was waiting. But the hotel was nice, good location, pleasant staff and delicious breakfast.

This hotel was great. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and it was a great location to downtown Seattle with only a few blocks of walkable distance between the hotel and Pike Place. The people were incredibly friendly who worked at the front desk and helpful. We loved being able to come here with our dogs, so it was really nice that it was a dog friendly hotel. The Parkade is an interesting situation where the hotel is not connected to the elevator in the Parkade so you actually have to switch elevators to go from the Parkade to your room by walking through the lobby. Minor but an inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again though!

The breakfast is great! They had a great selection. Check-in was fast, still dislike that it is so late. HUGE problem, the next day, only one working elevator to and from the room floors. Tons of pissed people, long waits. Asked about stairs and was told yes they have them but would have to call maintenance to unlock them. That is a major safety hazard.

Adding lounge access with the room was very worth it. During check-in, I was told to sign a "pet" policy for the service animal that my veteran fiancé has, which was strange, but I was too tired to correct them. Also, only one of the two elevators connecting to the parking lot were working. At least all the elevators that connect the hotel rooms to the lobby/ground level worked fine.

You can easily miss this hotel. There is a small entrance on a corner leading to a small lobby where you must take an elevator to the main lobby. My room was clean and comfortable. Skip the restaurant. The gym is ok. The hotel is relatively convenient to restaurants and the Arch building of the convention center.

Service was very good , room was nice except hair on bed and in bathtub. Had to pay early check- in, which was okay until we found food still in fridge, bathroom a little dirty ( hair) and dirty counters. Went to restaurant next afternoon, waiter was nice, but got us some water and then never came back! Sat there for over 20 minutes while he spoke to the only other 2 people there at the bar, waited a few minutes more then got up and left ,he just wat he’d us go.

You get what you pay for. Bathroom didn’t even look cleaned, hair everywhere. Brown stains on the comforter that they just cover with sheets. Honestly wish we spent more money to go somewhere else.

The hotel overall is clean, the staff was welcoming and it was in a great location. We were able to walk to Lumen Field for a concert and it was an easy trek. The room was on the smaller side but had everything you could need. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows lacked any substance. We did find a pair of someone else’s socks under the nightstand which is always a gross thought. The elevators were slow and there were 3 for the entire hotel, they took quite awhile. Getting from the parking garage to the lobby, it didn’t seem like taking the stairs was even an option. But overall the hotel was good and we’d stay there again if we needed a hotel in the city.

Lovely large room with modern amenities and beautiful view. Bathroom was very nice size and overall very happy wit my one night stay. Was didappointed that despite many times requesting a kettle prior to my stay it was still not available. Hotel is very close to the train station for line 1 from the airport. Lobby was pleasant and overall happy.

We were in Seattle for one night for a concert and had a wonderful stay. We were chosen randomly for an upgrade which was amazing and very unexpected. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that the walls of the hotel seem thin, I was awoken in the morning to the sound of my neighbours talking and I could hear them and their t.v. very clearly through the walls.

We stayed here for about 4 to 5 days. The rooms were clean , Spacious enough for two people, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow & unstable - other than that it was a Wonderful place to stay. It was close to pretty much everything. It was a 2 Block walk to the train station. About a 10 minute walk to Pike market and about a 10-15 minute walk for the monorail to the space needle. The hotel restaurant Offers a great deal on breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. And the portions were pretty large. I definitely will recommend staying here. This hotel is close to a lot Eateries and entertainment!

When we checked in the front desk person was not friendly. And we did what we could to avoid her. The rest of the staff was really friendly and always helpful which made up for the front desk lady. Our stay was perfect and we will stay again. Loved that we could walk everywhere.

Staff were fantastic. Especially Charles and Brian. We arrived way too early and they held our bags while we explored the area and again when we checked out. We would stay again.

The staff was especially rude and unaccommodating which is very undesirable in the world of hospitality! I don’t recommend unless you want front desk staff to yell at you in a condescending manner in front of all the people in line behind you. Sorry to say they don’t have much in the customer services and appreciation way.

Great location! Walkable to all the sights. 3 block walk from Symphony link station from the airport. ($3). Quick walk to waterfront and Pike Marketplace. Westlake station and the monorail to Space Needle just a few blocks away. Room was clean, spacious and club level access to breakfast each morning and happy hour each afternoon was great! Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, toast/muffins and was great. Convenient location 3 blocks from the light rail line and about 5 blocks from Pikes Market. Staff was friendly and the room was very spacious with a great view of the downtown and wharf areas. The on site restaurant had many good selections as well. The park across from the hotel did not feel safe at night. My only other complaint is they don't award mileage points when booked through Hotels.com

Great location walking distance to stadium, underground tour, marketplace, shopping, and space needle for moderately fit. Hills to be expected towards the piers. Doesn’t show on Google maps but it IS at the corner of 6th and university. Get off at symphony station - $3 per person from airport. Take elevator to lobby level to check in.

We loved the location, and getting to downtown Seattle was easy due to the bus stop outside the front of the building. The breakfast was decent, with a good choice of hot and cold food and drinks, and the choices did vary to a degree over the six days of our stay. The rooms were also pretty spacious, and ours had a mini kitchen, which was handy. The local area was clean, and we felt safe; having the lake nearby was a big bonus, and we loved watching the float planes.

The breakfast is great! They had a great selection. Check-in was fast, still dislike that it is so late. HUGE problem, the next day, only one working elevator to and from the room floors. Tons of pissed people, long waits. Asked about stairs and was told yes they have them but would have to call maintenance to unlock them. That is a major safety hazard.

Disappointed – No Breakfast Provided as Promised I stayed at this hotel with the expectation that breakfast was included, as advertised. However, on the morning of May 30, 2025, I went down for breakfast and found many other guests already waiting. Despite it being well past the expected opening time, the breakfast area remained closed. No explanation was given, and staff were nowhere to be found. All of us ended up having to leave and pay for breakfast elsewhere. This was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially when breakfast was supposed to be part of the stay. I hope management addresses this issue for future guests.

Fabulous weekend getaway with my mom for a mother/ daughter theater weekend. Literally around the corner from the 5th Avenue Theater (took 2 minutes to walk there). We had lounge access and loved that experience as well. Evening snacks were great— cheese/ crackers, veggies and dip, fruit, and delightful fried artichokes (pro tip: dip them in the ranch!). Beer and wine could be purchased, but we stuck with the included soft drinks (mini cans of Pepsi products). Breakfast was equally good. One of the best cranberry muffins I’ve ever had- it was still warm! Plus eggs, potatoes and sausage and other options as well. Clean hotel, great staff. Everyone we met was just lovely. Would absolutely stay again. Bed was comfy, room was huge. So pleased with this little staycation. Thank you!

1st of all, when you enter the bottom floor lobby, there were no obvious signs indicating that you need to get on an elevator and go up several floors to the "Lobby" to the registration/front desk. Fortunately someone on the ground floor told us where to go. They have 3 elevators for the entire hotel, however, 2 of them were out of service. They had a sign next to them that said they were upgrading the elevators, but in our 4 days staying there we didn't ever see anybody working on the elevators. So there was 1 working elevator that would actually get you down to the ground level lobby, often causing long wait times to get down & out of the hotel. The water pressure in our bathroom was horrible. Twice the shower head stopped flowing water because the pressure wasn't high enough to get up the spout to the shower head. One morning we woke to zero water in our room: no sink, no toilet flushing, and no shower. I called the front desk to report the issue, but no maintenance worker ever showed up. It eventually came back on, but again, with not enough pressure to take a shower. They did, however, take 20% off our bill for the inconvenience. On a positive note, the toilet had a bidet that warmed the toilet seat, which was nice. The rooms were decent and clean. The views from the upper floors was also nice. The beds were a bit hard, but I realize bed firmness is a personal preference and you can't please everyone. The restaurant was ok but very expensive. Breakfast for 2 was $64.

Didn’t end up getting the invoice back after checking out. Was not clear about the charges on the credit card are about. Plus there was only one elevator working during my stay. The location is good tho.

I appreciated the very quiet room with a view, away from elevators and hallway traffic. Excellent housekeeping services - room cleaned every day with new towels/sheets provided, and coffee/water replenished. While the shower/toilet room was tiny, the double sink area was spacious, and I loved the bidet. Staff was welcoming and responsive. The continuing work on the elevator system made for a longer wait than normal, but this was not an inconvenience for me. The newly remodeled Reception Lobby is quite nice.
