The elevator was not working The entrance to the Hotel is difficult and dangerous

The elevator was broken. In the middle of the night, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t open.

The overnight front desk woman was very polite, professional and cordial. Plenty of parking and located near highway, stores, restaurants. And nice free breakfast every morning.

The elevators were broken. The toilet ran nonstop.The breakfast was cold. The signage to get to the motel was poor. However the motel was clean. It could be upgraded as it is outdated . The price was high compared to what you got... $147 per night Should have given us at least a working elevator. My husband is handicapped was not easy for us

Very convenient to I495. Large parking lot, well lite. Sign to locate driveway was small, and it was strange having to go through a Dunkin' parking lot to get to their parking lot.

Hotel was behind a boarded up restaurant. Entrance signage was poor and you had to drive through two parking lots to get to it. Elevators were not working so you had to use the stairs. Almost impossible to make left turn onto the street during certain times of the day.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. The elevator was not working but they moved my room to the first floor so no issues.

Clean and quiet

The property was quiet, staff was always cleaning and friendly.

Overall, it’s good, but the carpet has a moldy smell, and the bathroom curtain has a strong mildew odor. I noticed the same thing for all five days of my stay, and a colleague who stayed in a different room experienced the same discomfort. When I stayed here last year, there was also the same moldy smell. It seems they don’t use carpet cleaners or mold removers for the shower curtains. That’s disappointing.

Everything was clean, quick check in and breakfast buffet was good.

Convenient location to main highways. Plenty of food and shopping. Found the grounds fair outside. Carpets need a good cleaning. Staff courteous and helpful. Great continental breakfast

Really nice people working there. This hotel is kind of a dump but it’s cheap and in the suburbs so I didn’t complain when my room was so dirty I lost stuff when I dropped it and looked under the bed and saw dust bunnies and all kinds of trash in a room that smelled vaguely of smoke. The guests are apparently all obnoxious, they charge a $50 “damage deposit” which tells you about their clientele. Convenient enough for court in Lawrence and gym is nice. Staff at front clearly deserve and need a raise.

Breakfast was very good. Our room was clean & comfortable. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Everyone at the hotel was nice and the place was very clean. You are very close to the house highway exit so is easy to go in and out. Lawrence is not a great place for vacation but if you go in business around the area, it a great stay. Internet Is fast and reliable

Air conditioner stopped working both nites of my stay after I was asleep. They fixed it after first nite, then it broke again second nite. They could not reimburse not give points fort stay since booked thru third party website

second time staying there. The air conditioning unit not only in the lobby of the hotel but in my room was not blowing cold air...tried to turn the thermostat down to 68-64, but would stayed at 74 throughout the entire stay. it was also humid, as if the condenser was not working. Very disappointing and made for an uncomfortable evening of sleep.

The A/C kept turning off during the night time had a ruff night

everything was very good BUT the heating in out room stopped working late at night and he realized it in the morning. We made a complaint and the maintenance man went into our room to adjust. It was still the same. The maintenance guy wanted us to wait another 30 mins before changing rooms, then he explained it was because of the water n our room was facing towards it... We just wanted to change rooms and he talked to us for 20 mins trying to explain. Other than the maintenance man everything else was excellent.

Wi-Fi didn’t work, lots of folks partying in lobby otherwise typical lower end hotel.

Apparently the insolated between the walls is very poor, everything can be heard between rooms and even people passing by in the hallway.

The night time shift gentleman was very cordial and welcoming when we arrived to the property late in the evening and got us well situated. He was very pleasant.

Even though I booked this room through Expedia, they were going to charge me $100 more. I had to show them the agreed upon price and insist that they honor it! They did but it took some doing.

Pretty horrible experience. Check in what’s a challenge as the front desk person error and only checked me in for one of my two days changing it to two days. The next day was also a challenge on the morning of day two we told the front desk that we wanted a towel refresh only Apparently that was never communicated to housekeeping as they came to our room to do cleaning when we ask for the towel refresh the housekeeper told us they didn’t have any towels available as they were in the washer dryer. However, they did commit to bringing towels back to our room, although it may be late. We happily agreed and stayed in our room as a snowstorm kept us pretty secluded. Bottom line is they never delivered towels and we were not able to take a shower or do anything with no hand face or bath towels available to us. The next day I commented about that to front desk, they apologize and said they would take care of it. When housekeeping came again, they were again, not notified and what may have been the housekeeping manager actually admonished us for not knowing when housekeeping went home for the night and not going down to the front desk to get rooms, allocation of towels. The rudeness of this person was beyond anything that has happened to me of my many years of travel, both leisure and business. There is much more to this and the hotels rudeness and unprofessionalism and absolute inability to speak to a manager who wasn’t available on Sunday or Monday. Many better Marriott hotels Near

Very nice stay, beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff was friendly, and great free breakfast items.

The only real issue was the customer service. The cleaning crew didn’t replace towels 2 times so we called down and asked for towels and pillows. They didn’t have anyone available either evening to bring them to our room so we had to go down and get them. The staff was also not very nice. Not blatantly rude at all, just kind of indifferent towards the guests. I get that it’s the northeast and people are generally not overly nice but it’s a little different when it comes to the hospitality business. At least smiling at the guests and thanking them for staying there should be the bare minimum. They were just very indifferent and more interested in talking amongst themselves than making their guests feel welcome. Other than that, the facility itself is very nice. Very clean. Good breakfast. Fantastic mattresses, specifically.

The cleaning ladies are lazy. God forbid you try to sleep till 10:00 am. They won’t come back to clean your room. But they are quick to get you out of your room on the day of check out. So unprofessional. I travel a lot of for work and that type of behavior is wrong in be very level!!

Very convenient to the interstate and a great breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and staff friendly and responsive. Entrance is a bit tricky as it is not well marked and shares a driveway located between two businesses.

As others have said, terrible signage to find the road into the property. Turn into the Dunkin Donuts and you can drive to the hotel which is behind Dunkins.

I like the quickness of checking in. However, about staffing, hard to gauge when not all of the staff is trained properly. Breakfast was nonexistent.

Good. Breakfast doesn't have much options. need some protein or Low carb food options. All the items are High carb and Sugary. So not much options for diabetic people.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast. They had a good selection of breakfast choices which included Almond milk and lactose free white milk. Loved that breakfast started at 6:00! We had to be in Boston early in the morning for a medical procedure so the 6:00 breakfast was a perfect way to start the day.

Great Breakfast

The ceiling in our room was stained and crudley patched. I reported a hair in the eggs to a worker and she stirred the eggs hiding the hair when I walked away. I reported the incident to the desk clerk who made her throw them away. We stayed on May 3rd.
