Was excellent the B&B Had a job finding a car space as it was very busy as the airshow was on Found a space just round the corner so that was good Staff at B&B very friendly and nothing was to much trouble Would definitely stay again

Greated immediately on arrival host was very friendly , got a parking permit for directly outside, as it saved driving around to try find a free space. Our room was lovely very clean , en-suite shower is amazing, lovely beauty mirror with a light. Slept really well Cooked breakfast to order was hot and very tasty. Also had cereal juices and yogurts . Lovely place to stay

The guest house is opposite the beach, there is a lovely seating area to use, the staff are very nice and welcoming, the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We won’t bother searching for other places to stay, this was perfect.

Booked last minute near my daughters, one of the lowest priced with a very good breakfast. Recently refurbished rooms are imaculate as is the whole place. Lovely lounge and conservatory to relax in as well.

We loved our stay at Beach Front Guest House. Staff were friendly and helpful , room was lovely and clean, breakfast was fabulous and the area is walkable with lots to do. Parking pass is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Needed somewhere close to my daughters as i am doing her kitchen, so had to be reasonably priced as well. It is very reasonably priced, loveley staff and very comfortable exactly what we needed. Decor and cleanliness are spotless

Selina was very welcoming on arrival. Room was spotless, comfortable (despite all the stairs), lovely sea views. Breakfast was excellent, friendly and accomodating staff. A very pleasant and enjoyable overnight stay - would thoroughly recommend.

Very happy overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was filling and tasty and it's in a great location, near the pier and town centre. You might find the room a bit small if you're having an extended stay but it worked for us

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Front Hotel! Really warm welcome and such a friendly team. We stayed in the sea view room 4 which did not disappoint. The room was surprisingly quiet considering it was on the main seafront promenade. Super spacious and clean room. Breakfast is alone well worth the stay. Great value for money! Highly recommended.

The Beach Front was an amazing place to stay. The room was huge and the view was stunning. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, we were give a wide range of choices. Staff were so friendly and attentative. We definitely recommend this guest house, we will be back. It was a great way to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Thank you.

Lovely well appointed sea-front guest house with homely feel. Room (not seaview) was decorated tastefully and modern. We liked it because the scheme was the same as our own home. The breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely.

The staff are amazing and friendly, every part of the building is super clean and tidy, breakfast very good and the rooms are well maintained. Really nice atmosphere, relaxing, and we slept comfortably. Pier, shops, pubs and restaurants are few minutes away. Overall great experience and will be back again next year.

The Beach Front was an amazing place to stay. The room was huge and the view was stunning. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, we were give a wide range of choices. Wir hatten unser Zimmer in zweiten Stock auf der Seeseite. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ein Minikühlschrank ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick aus das Meer, den Pier ist traumhaft schön. Das Frühstück wird a la carte zubereitet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Guesthaus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist klasse.

The room was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in a little early. The street parking can be a little tricky, but we did find a spot each day. Breakfast was excellent. A nice pub, the Marine quite close. A word of warning! The portions in the pub are huge! We would definitely stay at the Beach Front again.

Stunning property with excellent quality food and rooms. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the room and bed (standard double) were very small and hot. Couldnt kèep the window open thanks to the local boys racing up and down the seafront. We are not particularly big people but i can imagine that a larger couple would find the bed impossible to sleep in!
