I liked the breakfast and pool access. I did not like being only told at check-in that there was no daily room cleaning. 4 days of a small garbage can? Also, if two guests, provide a larger shampoo (or two small ones) It was fixed quickly, but make sure the TV remote batteries work as part of cleaning service.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it was the perfect location to walk to the Miami University campus. The staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. While I didn't use the pool, the area looked very nice and had a lot of chairs and such for parents watching their kids. The hotel itself is on the older side, but that didn't bother me since it was still clean and comfy.

The staff at check in and at the breakfast were friendly and helpful. I was really impressed. The hotel has no elevator so staff carry all the bedding up and down the stairs!

Stay was okay and it’s in a great location in regards to proximity of the university. Breakfast was decent. Rooms are outdated with lack of plugs and dust bunnies all over light shades and behind night stand. Rooms need a deep clean and updated lamp shades.

The room was nice and clean. Not a fan of the sink outside of the shower area. The actual shower/ tub area is extremely small. Had to stand between tub and toilet to open door. Iy was nice and clean though. The staff was very nice.

Nice place to stay with a pretty clean room. There was a smell in my room (best described as sweat) but otherwise it’s ok. I appreciated the sanitizing wipe for the remote. My room was quiet.

Everything was good . The only thing I had a complaint about was room 214 the toilet was very loose( like it wasn’t bolted to the floor) other then that is was a great stay and the staff were very nice.

The front desk attendant never answered the phone, despite the fact that the hotel seemed all but empty, as there was only one other car in the parking lot. I called multiple times to switch rooms because the air compressor turned on for 20 minutes every twenty minutes. It literally shook the wall as my room was right next to the furnace room. The front desk attendant who was working the next day apologized but at that point the damage was done. I slept a total of an hour that night. Very disappointing.

Breakfast buffet is amazing! Location to university was perfect. Construction directly across from our window was really noisy and people in halls were loud but thats not a reflection on the business. Didn't care for sink located in main area of room and not in bathroom but room was very clean and well stocked with amenities.

The hotel was generally well cared for. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The A/C in our room was a little loud, and the toilet had a tendency to keep running unless you jiggled/adjusted it each time you used it. The common areas were well kept, and the breakfast was good.

Rooms a little rundown…chipped paint on walls, dated bathroom. Could hear people walking in room above us. Overall ok but would not pay much more for this hotel and I know can multiply 3x as is one of a few in college town location when there are parent/student events, graduation, etc.

The BW is a great deal, walking distance to campus, always easy, clean, parking is easy and the breakfast is really good! Staff has always been super friendly and responsive.

We reserved a large room to accommodate 2 adults/1 child. The room we received had an electrical issue, therefore no power. The staff’s fix was a single bed room with a cot for my child. We convinced them to give us 2 adjoining rooms, but they charged us for the additional room. Completely unacceptable.

Nothing I stayed for 8 hours and pairs $400 because I had to check out in a rush due to my grandmother being transported to a trauma center for a fall and I’m her main caregiver and her poa. And sense they didn’t know till later in the day they wouldn’t even give me half a refund. So they got a paid hotel room for it to be empty and I’m sure they rented it again that night and doubled their money. What a shame 0/10 recommend

We came in town for my son to attend the Miami Ohio Football Camp. Staff was super helpful in giving us places to visit and eat! We were going to be tight on check out because of the time football camp ended, but they worked with us so my son could shower before our 3 hour drive home! We will for sure stay here again!

My daughter and I arrived around 11:00 pm. It was, of course, dark outside. Curtis, the agent checking us in was so nice and welcoming after a long drive. When he gave us our room keys he said that he was going to give me ten minutes to check in and then call to make sure the room was up to my standards. I knew he was calling to ensure that the mother and daughter made it to their room without incident. I’ve never had a hotel take that extra step to ensure my safety.

Accommodations were clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. The continental breakfast had a good selection including a Nespresso machine. The gentleman working the breakfast area, Curtis was very welcoming and his attention to detail went above and beyond. He kept the area clean, well stocked and made sure the hotel guests had everything they needed. It was a pleasure to enjoy breakfast there.
