We had a very relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the home. It was very comfortable with everything we needed at our fingertips. We especially loved relaxing on the veranda and garden with our dog. We would highly recommend this home and we will be back again.

I booked this house as a getaway for me, my best friend and her two young children. It was absolutely amazing, it had a cubby house and toys, a big backyard with lots of grass and shade. It’s our second stay in in Peppercorn Cottage. It’s what holidaying in historical Echuca is all about. Lovely tree lined street and an easy walk into town. A well kept cottage with a pet friendly yard. Deids was a great communicator and flexible with our late check in. We arrived late on a cold winter night to a lovely warm welcome. Extra snacks and treats were welcome too. Our little dog, Jazzi felt very welcome too. Thank you Deids - great job

Communication was excellent, everything was easy and comfortable. The little touches made us feel very welcome including the welcome snacks and wine, but also the coffee pod machine and well equiped kitchen meant we were able to settle in easily with just a small shop for food. The property was exactly what we hoped for in a historic river town. Great place to stay

We arrived to a very cold house. The air con was thoughtfully on for our arrival and the heater in bedroom. The air con was just not functioning and doesn't heat. If i may suggest to the owners that a simple cleaning of the filters will probably fix this issue and work very well. Also smoke was filtering into the house from outside when neighbor's lit their fires in the evening. A little bit uncomfortable. We enjoyed a lot two days visiting the area ect.

I cannot fault this cottage. The owner has pride in this place and it shows. Clean and comfortable with many lovely little touches to make guests feel welcome. Lovely quiet location with only a short commute to the town centre. Very safe for dogs. An enjoyable collection of DVD's to relax with of an evening. Quality linen and a rairty these days 3 ply toilet paper. It's the little things that make a big difference. The host was lovely and easy to deal with. Thank you for sharing this delightful property with us. We have future bookings to stay this year and will no doubt book again for several bookings next year.

We absolutely needed a break and found that here in cosy Peppercorn Cottage. My husband is due surgery next week and I have 2 adult sons with different chronic disabilities. I am scheduled for surgery in November. The accommodation was tidy and beds very comfortable. Had a wonderful day escaping reality at the Port of Echuca and enjoyed myself greatly supporting the local community of Echuca. A quiet yet vibrant rural setting with so much history to enjoy.

Easy, flat, safe walk into town centre, no roads to cross using shared bike footpath. Host gave clear instructions, was quick to response to any messages and all communication was friendly. All our needs were fully catered. Lovely extra touch were the drinks and dip after a long drive. After a month away from our own beds these were the most comfortable beds with beautiful linen that we have slept in.

Deids Peppercorn Cottage has character and is quite charming. My daughter and I looked the dark wooden doors with the stained glassed windows.Beautiful spacious bathroom. My only regret was not having time to try the clawfoot bath!We all loved the decor, high ceilings.I especially loved the sage green colour trim and want that colour in my kitchen at home.The beds were super comfortable and the rooms a nice size.Deids thank you for the gift as well. It was delicious

There was nothing not to be liked about Peppercorn Cottage. It was full of the charm that we wanted to share with my aunt and uncle visiting from England. With all of us chatting, we all forgot to do a final check of the property and managed to leave behind a number of items. The cleaner contacted Deidre who then contacted us, but we were too far away by the time we received the message to turn back. Deidre very kindly posted on the package to us with all of our left behind things, including a handbag. We appreciated the honesty and helpfulness of Deidre and her cleaner. We couldn't ask for more. We can highly recommend staying here.

It’s our second stay in in Peppercorn Cottage. It’s what holidaying in historical Echuca is all about. Lovely tree lined street and an easy walk into town. Great yard for the dogs and definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a holiday in Echuca. Thanks Deids you made the booking process easy.😊

The cottage was very homely. It had everything we needed plus more. The Owner has gone to a lot of effort to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable.Great location only minutes to Port Precinct and shops.Thanks Deidre we will definitely stay here again when in Echuca

Peppercorn Cottage is authentic but well appointed and very comfortable. The welcome bottle of wine, dip and biscuits on arrival was a sweet touch and greatly appreciated. It was great to find dog friendly accommodation with a fenced yard in a quiet location. Perfect place to stay for a relaxing break.

Place had a nice welcoming feel with the added touches, rugs on lounges, teddy bear on bed in bunk bed bedroom, in the fridge wine, dip and biscuits along with breakfast for the 1st day. 1 out of 3 of us found it difficult to sleep because of road noise from major road near by, recommend earplugs for light sleepers. Easy, flat, safe walk into town centre, no roads to cross using shared bike footpath. Host gave clear instructions, was quick to response to any messages and all communication was friendly. Overall we had a lovely stay.

The property was clean and well equipped, and our host left us an unexpected surprise of a bottle of wine, dip and crackers. Close to Echuca town centre and easy for venue courtesy bus's to find. Overall and very enjoyable weekend

What a lovely experience from the time of arrival with a bottle of wine and snacks waiting.A weekend away with my teenage boys did not disappoint. Great location with pathways from the doorstep into town or a quiet backyard and tree lined street for some aline time.Thankyou for this wonderful experience

All our needs were fully catered. Lovely extra touch were the drinks and dip after a long drive. After a month away from our own beds these were the most comfortable beds with beautiful linen that we have slept in.

Thanks, Diedre, for the lovely bottle of wine and the little treats. Nice surprise. We enjoyed staying there, especially loved sitting on the back veranda reading, excellent lighting there.

A well kept cottage with a pet friendly yard. Deids was a great communicator and flexible with our late check in. We arrived late on a cold winter night to a lovely warm welcome. Extra snacks and treats were welcome too. Our little dog, Jazzi felt very welcome too. Thank you Deids - great job

Peppercorn Cottage is comfortable and has such a relaxed holiday feel. Deidre was so kind to me and my family making us feel truly welcome. The air conditioning was left on for us upon our arrival and a complimentary bottle of wine waiting in the fridge as well as crackers on the kitchen table. You’re a gem Deidre. Very well equipped kitchen, Off street parking. Dog slept under cover on back verandah. Very quiet area and heaps of walking tracks and good front verandah for a few quiet ones.
