Not a Good place to Stay. Over priced for the condition and upkeep (If Any) of the place. Smell was Horrible... Garbage stacked up in hallways next to very Dirty, Leaking ice machines. Dirty towels and linens were piled in hallways. NO ELEVATOR to get to 2nd Floor. Stair well reaked and had filthy Dirty concrete. Didn't dare touch the Handrails. Room smelled of Bleach and Stale Dirty clothes. Bathroom was Horrible. Floors had hair and dirt from previous occupants. Walls had either dirt or mold. The room floors were dirty and Sticky and the window latch didn't Lock. I wouldn't recommend staying at this place even if it was last room available. I would much rather Sleep in my car at a Thruway rest stop. All Around Bad Place.

The folks here are always nice. The rooms are always ckean & brightly lit. They will assign you ground floor rooms if needed for mobility reasons (no elevator).

We stayed in Oriskany specifically to be on our way to viewing the solar eclipse the next day. So, for us, it could have been less impressive, especially at the low price we got (while everything else was $800/night). It was Canine Central that night, which was great, since we travel with 2 dogs. What was particularly impressive was that when we complained about the something not working, the manager explained that we hadn't used it correctly (and he was right), but then gave us a discount, anyway! That night, there was a smell in the hallway when you'd leave the lobby area turning left, moving passed the door marked Hotel Manager. I think it's because the garbage can is there, and maybe people were depositing dog waste there. I'm sure it was an unusual situation due to so many traveling on a budget with pets for the once-in-a-lifetime solar event.

Traveling with my dogs and I just wanted a cheap pet friendly place close to the highway. This place was all that except it was filthy. Clean towels but would it have killed you to wash the sink. The bed was like a covered cardboard box but the sheets were fresh. Do yourself a favor pay a bit more and get a place that can afford soap.

Clean, well maintained. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bare bones. Vending machines in lobby. No in room coffee makers. No breakfast/breakfast staples. Physically, rather remote. No restaurants, grocery store or gas station/convenience store near by.

The staff were friendly, The room I stayed in was modest. There was no ironing board, no iron , one bedside table, no lamps , nothing decorative…. There’s a huge lobby and breakfast room however only coffee is available.

Didn’t look like housekeepers cleaned the room. Floor was dirty, dust all over fridge and microwave and well as the backboards of beds. Used soap left in the shower. And room did not smell the best.

So this morning as I went to grab a towel to dry off , opened the towel and found a large bug rolled up in a pile of hair. Beyond nasty . Towels are already not that clean then to find this little surprise . Should have payed attention to the negative reviews . Avoid this place if you can .

Mattresses were decent. Pillows need to be replaced. Shower head had very good pressure and temperature was very good. Place is in need of major overhaul. Stairwell was dirty. In the morning, there was a pile of garbage in the hallway. Overall, if I had to stay there again, I might just choose to sleep in the car at a rest area.

Although the staff was super friendly and accomodating, the facilities were not the cleanest. They staff did let me change rooms when the first was unacceptable, but 2nd wasnt much better. The hallsways smelled like cigarette amoke covered with pine sol. For a quick night stay in a pinch, it was ok, but we will probably look elsewhere if we stay in the area again.

Pictures were quite deceiving. This was definitely “motel” not hotel “quality”. It wasn’t bad, per say and the bed was comfortable (although the pillows were MUCH smaller than in the pictures). But it felt like I was staying in a dorm room—looked like one—and to boot, I woke up twice from the person in the connecting room (high as F) talking loud on his phone and then again due to the loud music. The phone to the front desk wasn’t even working and my charger wouldn’t charge in the outlet (as it was, it was too far from the bed). You’re honestly better off paying the extra fifty or sixty bucks and staying in a hotel.

Mold in bathroom, zero amenities and in the middle of nowhere. The doors slam every time someone leaves or enters and it woke me up at 6 am. Need to install gentle close on doors because it's loud and constant.

It's perfectly adequate for staying overnight. Very plain inside the room. Bed is fine. Not enough electric outlets. The couple behind the front desk is very nice and accommodating.

Needed to plug my laptop in, but my 6-foot cord did not reach from the desk to the nearest available wall outlet some 15 feet away. No washcloth in the bathroom for my morning shower. The list of TV channels said it had HBO. It did not!

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Check in was unprofessional- the fire alarm went off every few hours the whole night- the toilet ran non stop- to a maid knocked o. The door 30 min before checkout. After getting no sleep. Would never recommend and a refund would be appreciated.

The room was very nice. We needed an extension cord for my husbands CPAP machine and the were able to help us. They also helped me print a paper I really needed. The staff went above and beyond. Would recommend and would stay again.

The staff were friendly, The room I stayed in was modest. There was no ironing board, no iron , one bedside table, no lamps , nothing decorative…. There’s a huge lobby and breakfast room however only coffee is available.

I really was not impressed at all the king size bed I reserved was two beds there was garbage under beds baby bottles and trash everywhere the walls in bathroom are showing signs of mold I will never use motel 6 or Expedia again worst 100$ ever spent

I told them i was coming 7 hours in advanced. When i got there the room i was given was freezing cold. I couldnt sleep and i got sick as a result.
