S15 Sukhumvit Hotel

Great service and I loved the waiting room they had for guest who had a late flight but checked out earlier in the day. It had a shower. Everything was a bit dated.

Booked because of billiard but was told not in use by a super unfriendly front desk staff during check in time

Location: good. Near the BTS of Nana so easy to get to from airport. Short walk and you're there. Next to Terminal 21 (good food court there on L5), 1in walk away is esphere (higher end centre). Lots of 7-eleven and as it's in the tourist area, lots of bars, pubs, eateries. Location wise can't complain. It was always alive, so if you're going for a quieter place, maybe think about it. It is eventful Staff: very nice, from reception to room, no issues at all. Very helpful Breakfast was included which was great. Makes things easier Amenities: not bad. Some basics in the room which was good. Room service was good. Clean and efficient AC worked fine (big help) Improvements/suggestions TV channels were bad. I know you shouldnt be in a room watching TV but nice to have. Never seen so much Korean stuff Coffee was bad. Nice to have a machine but no milk, instant would have been better. Coffee in the breakfast area was pretty bad as well Decor is aged. Very old school, not a big issue but the room space could be used better No exhaust in bathroom/shower so got foggy quickly. No USB charging point. Had to use TV which took a long time. Power points probably should be improved, or at least one of them No pool. When I saw the pic it showed a pool but this was for another branch of same hotel. Apart from that, decent hotel. I would stay again but probably pick the one with the pool

Have stayed hereany times. Consistent service, cleanliness, and excellent location. Only issue is their gym is tiny 😦 would love to see that improvement There is one down Soi 15 for 400 Bhat a day

the hotel just nice walking distance from MRT ..the food ok, the room bit dark, the gym and sauna to small. for me just ok .

The hotel would take pictures of used towels and charge me because they were dirty. On 2 occasions I was charged 590 baht in total. I received two letters under my door with pictures. The residue from the towel was from a tinted sunscreen, it comes out in the wash.the towels were already dingy to begin with. I didn’t feel comfortable receiving letters under my door, I believe it made S15 come off as money hungry and not hospitable. I would rather have given the cleaning staff a large tip when exiting instead of being “clean taxed” the sauna on the 7th floor wasn’t operable either when attempting to use it. First time in BKK, loved the people and area just not the venue. Wouldn’t recommend.

Booked this hotel because there’s a billiard room but when reached was always told it’s closed

Staff is welcoming and very nice. Gym is decent, but limited for a full workout. Good masage. Breakfast could be better, good variety but could use more containers to keep the warm food a bit fresher, a bit dry. Fresh fruit and salad, if limited. Rooms are strating to look a little aged, still nice. Mattresses are hard and worn, windows let in to much noise from the street.

Staff is very friendly but a bit complicated, eg. they give you a receipt for the guarantee at checkin, and you have to keep it until checkout to hand it in again... Strange. Also checkin and out takes quite some time for some reason. The hotel is very well located and in good shape. Gym and sauna are very limited though. Also in the hallways and at breakfast it's freezing cold, no idea why they cool down that much for nothing... The breakfast is quite limited, at least for Western there are not many options. Bacon and fried vegetables are served cold while Asian dishes are heated... Their fruit juices are very artificial and the coffee tastes very bad. The room was very spacious, comfy bed, so pretty good. Bathroom was quite badly designed with the shower placed in the bathtub while the main shower area only offered a fixed rain shower that was not useful at all. Given the bathtub with the useful shower did not have any curtain, the floor always got wet, so pretty dangerous to get out of that bathtub. Stupidly done.

差：住4天都沒有清理廁所的頭髮 地方比較舊 早餐沒特別 好：職員很有善 交通便利

They always had a musty smell like it was wet soft room carpets were not clean

6年振りに利用しました！円安以上にタイの物価が上がったため、宿泊料金はほぼ5割増しでしたが、立地や設備、サービス等を勘案してもまた利用したいホテルです。 6年前に無かったウォシュレットも完備され、高く評価したいところですが、今回唯一のマイナス点は、ベッドとシーツの間に髪の毛が透けて見えてました。たまたま気づかなかったと思われますが、気分はあまりよくないため、今後気を付けていただければと思います。

部屋は清潔、スタッフも親切丁寧、素晴らしいホテルです

Have been staying in S15 for more than 10 years. This time the standard of housekeeping seems to have drop from my previous stay. Bathrobes was just left at wash basin and not hang up proper like my previous stay. Also on my second day of stay, no fresh bath towels was provided and I have to call reception to bring the towels. I will be returning next month for another stay, hope the quality of housekeeping improves.

Old overused furnitures, if you are looking for the lowest price acceptable hotel in this area the you might consider this hotel but dont get trust you will get the same condition room as you saw in the pictures. Its well located. However its not clean i found hairs on my bed sheet and the bathroom floor has lot of dark dirts and you wont feel like to set on the sofa as you cant trust its cleanliness neither on the jacuzzi in the room

冷蔵庫のドアが壊れてはずれるから交換してほしいと伝えOKOKといわれたが滞在中一切交換もなんもしてくれなかった ボロ雑巾ようなバスタオルを置かれる日があった ボロボロで縫い直しをしているようなひどい雑巾みたいなタオルでした バスルームの排水がどうやってもドア外に漏れ洗面台下まで流れてしまうのもよくない

水の出が悪く暖かいお湯が出ない。 バスタオル、古くて臭い、 YouTube見れないテレビ、古すぎでは。 朝食はまあまあでした。

The wifi signal is only receivable when you are standing near the main door. Further in the room, there is little signal and the speed is uncomfortably slow

Overall this is nice place to stay. Near to BTS, MTS, Terminal 21. Got a lot of restaurant, bar, massage etc… Drawback is quite noisy as it is too close to Nana and Main Street. And WIFI is definitely a problem, always time out, every time need login and most important, it only allows one device login. As you know, every people has at least 1-2 devices normally. Only one device login definitely is out dated.

Everything was top notch except for the Wifi.

3階だったためか外の音がむちゃくちゃうるさくて、驚きました。深夜2時すぎまで平気で爆音で音楽かけてたり、話し声まで聞こえてきて、睡眠薬を飲んで4時間眠れたらいいくらいだったので、静かな環境を望む人にはおすすめしません。ショートスリーパー向け、部屋は寝るだけの人ようです。もしかしたら、上の階なら聞こえにくいかも知れないけど、三階はうるさくて、日が当たらないのかクーラー切っても寒いです。でも、立地はとても良いです。

Another perfect stay at S15, very helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure my transport to Hua Hin was looked after. Breakfast spread at cafe has also improved !

The staffs are very friendly and ready to help. They offer sweet tea when check in. All the staffs are so polite with smile. I have been staying S15 for the past 4 years and service from the staffs has always been excellent

First of all when you book a room for 2 with breakfast you assume the breakfast will be provided for 2 people especially if there is no mention that it will be provided only for one person! With this hotel if you book a room for 2 you only get one breakfast!! I managed to get it sorted via a complaint through Expedia but be aware when you book, The breakfast was good but no options at all for vegetarians! I don’t think they have a dishwasher so the tableware so filthy ie cup of teas with lipstick marks remaining !!!!! Most of the breakfast staff and lobby staff were not useful and to an extend not polite, We booked a taxi to the floating market through the hotel concierge, you would think they will provide us someone honest but no… we got scammed at the floating market, the driver dropped us at a non official entrance and we paid 3000 baht more for the boat! He told us it was the official! Overall bad experience not recommend it at all.

Excellent service from check in to check out. Staffs behind the counter were all smiling and spoke very good English. Check in was smooth, easy and fast. The luggages were brought to the room right after I got in the room. The cleaning staffs did great jobs. The staffs often helped getting the elevator and pressed my floor before I got in the elevator. The staffs came out to the back parking area to greet us when we were leaving the hotel. Wonderful friendly feeling from the staffs. They all deserve bonus from the hotel.

Another great stay at S15 - service is excellent, great location close to BTS.

チェックイン、チェックアウトの対応が酷すぎる。挨拶は無し、鼻歌を歌いながらスタッフと雑談、携帯充電のソケットが無かったため借りようとしたがめんどくさそうな対応だったので借りるのをやめました。2度目の宿泊でしたがもう絶対泊まりません。

駅から近く、何をするにも非常に便利な立地です スタッフの笑顔が印象的です

Fantastic location,within walking distance to Nana and Asok stations. Breakfast was included which was a plus point. But do not expect fanciful spread.

The property is close to Terminal 21, which has lots of shopping and food options, and the Asok BTS station so it makes getting around by rail very accessible. It's on Sukhumvit which is very busy and the taxis often passed it when returning from an outing. Overall, it's a nice hotel in a very good location. I plan to stay here again.

The property is located in the middle of all the action in Sukhumvit. It is also a very convenient walk to BTS and MRT which is nice. A 24-hour coffee shop is next door which is also very nice.

このホテルで3泊しました。立地は最高で最寄のスクンビット、アソークとナナ駅が使えるのでどこへ行くにも便利でした。カードキーも2枚もらえるので安心です。 帰国便が早朝だったので旅行会社の空港送迎を頼んでいましたが、スタッフの方がキチンと対応していただけました。 ただし、残念だったのは、私たちは普段はバスローブは使いませんが、初日、2泊目は一着しかなく、3泊目は全く無かったのですが、チェクアウトの際にバスローブ無いと言われました。送迎車が来ていたのでこの場はこれで終わりましたが、毎日部屋の掃除が入っていたし、ホテル代も安くはないので従業員の教育、備品のチェックはキチンとして欲しいです。

いつも利用しています。 MRTスクンビット、BTSアソーク、BTSナナの３駅が利用でき、買物や食事には深夜まで困ることもないと、立地は満点です。 値段もリーズナブルでスタッフも親切かつフレンドリー、建物は常に清潔に保たれています。 豪華ではないですが朝食もついているので、モーニングコーヒーが飲めるくらいに考えれば十分です。 唯一の課題は、浴室で熱いお湯が出ない時があるくらいです。 それでもまた次も利用すると思います。

Great hotel in a great location

Clean and well kept. The service was good and the staff very friendly. The bed was a little firm but that was to be expected. The only thing I was not impressed with was the buffet breakfast, it is very limited when compared to other hotels I have stayed at. It would not dissuade me from staying there again though.

From Check-in to Check-Out, stay was exceptional. Entire Staff was focused on dedicated Guest Satisfaction and accommodation. Room was very clean, no issues. In addition, the Breakfast Buffet excellent.

The staff were exceptional! Everything was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The Christmas Day spread was amazing. The staff did a great job. The beds were comfortable, wifi worked great, a/c was good, shower water pressure & temperature were excellent. I used the bathtub every day! What a treat!

立地条件がいい！朝食も種類が豊富で良かった。

The location is excellent along BTS station & short distance walk to Terminal 21. The facilities inside the room are old design but most well maintained & functioning. The variety of breakfast served not bad. Stayed two nights & tried different foods on two buffet breakfast.
