Love their new massage chairs. The pool, spa, gym and sauna were lovely and much nicer than expected. Night check in clerk McKay went above and beyond to show us a possible room. Appreciated the extra touch.

The pool was large and warm, hot tub perfect temperature and great jets, improvements could be made on sauna, heated it for 2 hrs still not hot enough to break a sweat. But for the price, the overall experience was better than more expensive places.

The room was disgusting, crumbs on the floor in front of fridge and on sides of beds. Sheets had weird yellow stains next to face area. Empty white claws in fridge and used lint sheets in the room. In every towel there was hair, toilet handle and seat were sticky. Shower did not drain properly thanks to a clump of hair covering the drain. Definitly not the $150 spent for 1 night. Over all would not recommend a stay here to anybody.

The bathroom was filthy! The water pressure sucked! You had to hold the handle down on the toilet or it wouldn't flush! I had to redo my room cards three times! Old and musty! I would never stay at this motel again.

not a great breakfast but there's a McDonald's across the street for a good coffee at least. we have stayed at this hotel at least 5x now and really appreciate that the quality is consistent. this is a well managed property. it is always clean and in excellent condition and we are always treated well here

The staff was amazing. The breakfast variety was great. Room temp was perfect as most are too hot. The pool area and fitness room was excellent. Only had trouble in this area with pool showers. The water didnt get warm. Things i had trouble with that reduced the score: the shower in room was not consistent temp and mainly cold. I returned one night and was concerned about my toilet when i came back to the room as the lid was up like a guy peed in it. I was female traveling solo.

We booked for a four night stay. We advised we had a small dog as they allow pets. The check-in clerk seemed confused and called a manager. The manager got angry at me, pointed her finger at me and said "you are going to have to learn to book with us directly!" This was repeated angrily two more times. Then she said I could leave and they would sell my nights to others! She was upset because Hotels.com booking data does not transfer all information to their booking format. I tried to tell her that wasn't my fault but she was too angry to accept reason...so we left. An 80-year old woman told off and forced to find another booking after driving all day. Don't go to Quality Inn!

The hotel was nice and clean, and the beds was very comfortable The problem we had was the people in the room next to us had a dog that they left in there and didn’t come back till after midnight and it whined and cried and barked all night long. I called the front desk and I got nowhere about it. Talk to the front desk lady the next morning, and and she really didn’t care what I had to say. Pretty much wouldn’t even look at me. Told me she would let her manager know, and she kept working on her paperwork.

The front desk put my two rooms together and had it ready for us before we walked into the hotel. I reserved online and there wasn’t a way to ask for rooms next to each other. They saw the name on the reservations and just put them together. Thank you!

Upon check in, we were not greeted, we waited 30-60 seconds for the gal to finish scrolling her phone. I greeted her and said we would like to check in.. she then said “ok, ID please to make sure you aren’t on our banned list.” What on earth? This made me question the safety of our stay! The breakfast gal was kind and clean.

The only issue is that we could not change room types to 2 queens because we booked through expedia instead of direct through Quality Inn. Warning, because we were there on a Sunday very few restaurants were open except fast food and Mexican. We should have driven another 40 minutes to Provo.

Beds/linens were nice 😊 We loved the pool & hot tub too! Only thing that needs improvement is breakfast offerings - need a meat with those scrambled eggs. Also, syrup had absolutely no taste!

The breakfast is probably the worst! There’s not one thing on the table that isn’t full of chemicals and tastes horrible! The banana muffins taste like circus peanuts! The selection is horrible as well. More importantly there’s not one recycling bin on the property! It’s loud and difficult to sleep. Would not recommend for more than a pit stop overnight.
