Friendly desk staff, as well as housekeeping and kitchen staff. All were helpful answering questions, providing areas for our large family to visit and relax, coffee for my room when I didn’t need housekeeping and a great breakfast. And the kids all loved the indoor pool!

Was in town for a family emergency with my daughter. I have stayed here years ago so I was familiar with this property. There was hair in the sink and floor was dirty. When I got into bed my feet was filthy as if the floor hadn’t been mopped. There was stains on the sheet. The breakfast was not good but overall the hotel was quiet. My daughter was disappointed the pool was out of service had we known we would have stayed at another property with pool access.

Staff and check in was great Surprised with the hot breakfast, although it was mediocre at best, we ate the cold, prepackaged items instead. Pool area was small, so only ok if not many people are there. Rooms were clean. 2 bulbs were out in the room, and it seems someone wouldve noticed this before me. Beds and pillows were comfortable. TV was on the smaller side. I dont know what else to say.

The pool was not clean the water smelt like urine. Could not smell the chlorine like most places. Alot of cracks and chips in the pool. The rooms had a oder to them. And when we checked out there was the dirty towels and bedding piled in the corner out od the way and a gew pop bottles and the charged our card 50 saying we left the room dirty. Most difficulty will not stay again.

The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast selection was great. The floors were dirty in our room though, and there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Something rolled under one of the beds and when I went to get it under the bed was absolutely filthy. More time needs to be taken with making sure the rooms are clean. Also, we had a room with a connecting door to the room next to ours and we could not get that door to lock I had to use the door stopper as well as a chair to block the door so no one entered our room. We will not stay here again.

For the price of this facility, I expected much more. The hotel overall is dated and feels worn out. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but the room was NASTY. First walking into the room (in July), the AC was off and the window was open (the screen was ripped, allowing for bugs to get in). Trash was left on the floor, grime in the corners of the bathroom, the nightstand had sticky residue on the drawer as well as on the floor beside it. The toilet bowl was yellow on the inside and the shower had buildup on every fixture. I would NOT recommend staying here and I will not be back.

My key worked, but the electronic pad on the door needed the batteries changed. I told the front desk my theory, they gave me a new key. I tried that, still the same issue. Told her I thought it was the electronic pad, she gave me another set of keys. I tried that again… still didn’t work. She opened it with a master key. So I wasn’t able to leave my room. The shower was nice, but the room was very noisy, the bed creaked everytime I rolled over. No carpet to muffle the sounds of outside the room and upstairs.

The only drawback was that there was quite a bit of road noise as our room was on the side of the motel that faced a four-lane highway. We left a hotel in Indianapolis that we were barely tolerating to get closer to ballpark in Kokomo. Best Western Circus City Inn. Front Desk was friendly and helpful with information about eating and things to do in the area, along with a little bit of history about the town. Breakfast was also good and not exactly the same every day.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable. They served breakfast every morning. I didn't partake, but they had fresh made food there by someone at the hotel. Very impressed with this. The placement of the hotel is by State Highway 31, so it was a little noisy due to being able to hear the traffic noise on 31 when it was really busy. Hotel staff was very gracious, nice and accomodating with our needs. I would stay there again.

Hotel is on the older style but was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was a let down as the pancake machine was broken and no orange juice was available. AND NO BACON! lol. The hotel just needs a little upgrading. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travelers.
