The lady who checked us in was nice but that’s it …. I wouldn’t recommend this location pictures are not what it is …. The exterior was run-down and trashy, which was already a red flag. The interior was more modern, but that didn’t make up for the issues. The shower curtain was stained, the smoke alarm was non-functional with wires hanging from the ceiling, and despite being a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke. Several listed amenities were either unavailable or falsely advertised. The pool was closed, the laundry room was not open for use , and breakfast was disappointing—only waffles, no juice, and a communal tub of butter that anyone could touch, which is unsanitary. They also required a $100 deposit, but instead of charging and refunding correctly, they charged me the deposit and now I’m seeing two separate $100 refund attempts. That money is still out of my account and hasn’t posted back yet, which is frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, not worth the hassle. Poor management and misleading amenities. Would not stay again.

The room was nice and renovated however the toilet was loose from the floor. The outside property was poorly cared for and dirty. There was drug active next door and unsapory people making it feel unsafe for two single women The website said the pool would be open and it was not. It is not what was advertised it is an one night dirty dive.

Check in was done while wearing ear buds. The breakfast was incomplete. They were out of almost everything. They didn't have coffee made and the rooms did not have a coffee maker. The room was hot and had a smell. Once it cooled off, the smell was not heavily noticeable. The facility looked as though it was being renovated in areas. The biggest complaint I have is that they tried to charge me for a direct booking two days after I checked out.

There were some sketchy moments and the smell of marijuana even though it's supposed to be a Non-Smoking facility. Otherwise, when there was an issue, the hotel staff was quick to resolve it to our satisfaction. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. They would do so much better if they repaired major damage immediately like a huge hole in the bathroom door.

There were some sketchy moments and the smell of marijuana even though it's supposed to be a Non-Smoking facility. Otherwise, when there was an issue, the hotel staff was quick to resolve it to our satisfaction. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. They would do so much better if they repaired major damage immediately like a huge hole in the bathroom door.

It wasn't what I expected for sure. The outside was covered with spider webs, not 1 trashcan in the room, no towels or wash rags, no microwave or refrigerator. Thank God we only stayed 2 nights smh

The new owner gave me a renovated room that had not been used yet. It was amazing! It was appointed with a new king size bed, new linens, new curtains, and new towels. The tub surround and new shower curtain were pristine. The new shower head had options for water flow and had great water pressure. The new mattress was so comfortable and had four pillows for personalized comfort. The new counter and sink with storage cabinets in the room is genius! It more than doubled the useful space in the room. I will definitely look for this hotel next time I'm in the area.

Arrived at hotel, got to my room and there’s no shower curtain, the shower head didn’t work. My bedsheets had bugs on it, a large dark yellow spot in one corner of the bed (I took pictures), lighting in the room was very dim. I let the manager know of my room’s condition, and she advised me of no other rooms available because they were overbooked and said I can get a refund. I went to front desk and the guy refunded my money. I thought everything was ok until I saw my bank statement and they took the money they refunded me out of my account again. I went back to the hotel on 5/24 and they said it takes 3-7 business days to get my refund. I called on 6/1 and he tells me 3-7 days. I have a feeling they don’t want to give my money back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. If I don’t receive my money within 10 business days, I will report them to the BBB, I will also put it out on social media because people need to know about this place acting shady. I hope Hotel.com have a solution to this issue, I really hope this is not the kind of people they do business with. I don’t want to, but if stayinn don’t refund my money, I will have to go social media with hotel.com as well because this is not how a major company should act, you should have our backs as a consumer and not just let us deal with it on our own. Please help me hotel.com!!

I never stay at the hotel, they 1st said I didn’t make a reservation than that my card had declined when I had already paid online and had been charged, then that it was to late to check in. I need my money back!!

There were some sketchy moments and the smell of marijuana even though it's supposed to be a Non-Smoking facility. Otherwise, when there was an issue, the hotel staff was quick to resolve it to our satisfaction. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. They would do so much better if they repaired major damage immediately like a huge hole in the bathroom door.

I traveled with my daughter and choose this hotel based on reviews. However, the area although easy access to road is in a sketchy area. Room was clean. Our biggest problem came because the people in the room next to ours was smoking weed as well as people below us. So at midnight, my room began smelling of it. I contacted the front desk. They had no other rooms available and no security on premises to handle it. So I was left in a room with my child smelling of that. The manager did offer a refund but had no means of handling that situation.

The room was nice and renovated however the toilet was loose from the floor. The outside property was poorly cared for and dirty. There was drug active next door and unsapory people making it feel unsafe for two single women The website said the pool would be open and it was not. It is not what was advertised it is an one night dirty dive.

The lady who checked us in was nice but that’s it …. I wouldn’t recommend this location pictures are not what it is …. The exterior was run-down and trashy, which was already a red flag. The interior was more modern, but that didn’t make up for the issues. The shower curtain was stained, the smoke alarm was non-functional with wires hanging from the ceiling, and despite being a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke. Several listed amenities were either unavailable or falsely advertised. The pool was closed, the laundry room was not open for use , and breakfast was disappointing—only waffles, no juice, and a communal tub of butter that anyone could touch, which is unsanitary. They also required a $100 deposit, but instead of charging and refunding correctly, they charged me the deposit and now I’m seeing two separate $100 refund attempts. That money is still out of my account and hasn’t posted back yet, which is frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, not worth the hassle. Poor management and misleading amenities. Would not stay again.

Check in was done while wearing ear buds. The breakfast was incomplete. They were out of almost everything. They didn't have coffee made and the rooms did not have a coffee maker. The room was hot and had a smell. Once it cooled off, the smell was not heavily noticeable. The facility looked as though it was being renovated in areas. The biggest complaint I have is that they tried to charge me for a direct booking two days after I checked out.

Didn't compete my stay. There was a roach that came out of the fridge when I opened it. There was paint missing on the wall.....like a huge chunk. The door didn't have a legit door sweep on the bottom so you could see sunlight from under the door. If u can see clear sunlight, bugs or any person could pass anything under your door. As a simple guy I was willing to stay and overlook it. When I was getting my stuff to check out later that eveining, I went to the bathroom and there was a baby roach on the wall of the bathroom. And where there are babies, there are adults around. I walked to the bed and there were 3 roaches that ran across the floor. I had to pack up and leave at that point.

TV turned on for about 3 minutes, then it quit working. Garbage and litter all over the parking lot. People in the next room were sitting outside till the wee hours of the morning hollering and kids screaming. Couldn’t sleep
