Helt greit hotell. Vi hadde tre rom med balkong mot hovedinngang, ikke spesielt triveligt. Ikke nok solsenger for alle gjester så man må kapre seng før kl 9. Bassenget ser større ut på bildene 😉 Grei nok frokost Et lite stykke unna stranden, men gå avstand.

My wife and I had relaxing couple of days in Mallorca during a 15 day jaunt across Spain and France. The hotel has everything you need. The only draw back or us is that its a very family freindly kids resort. They had a pool just for adults so we relaxed with cocktails and chatted with other couples. The beach was a 15 minute walk and we got to spend the morning there then retreat to the adult pool when the families arrived. We had spectacular dinner at Tomeu Coldentey attached to the hotel. Pricey but great date night. Overall I enjoyed resort next time I will look for their adult only resort. However!! great spot if you have little kids I recommend it.

Hotel is very big, nice, clean. Parking is easy to find and I also had access to an underground parking. My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was included, it was good but same options everyday. Many chairs are available at the pools. There's a pool for adults only (16+ years old) . 10€ deposit to get a pool towel. The pools could be cleaned more often. Ambiance is calm and relaxing which is what I prefer. I would've enjoyed a bit a music. The staff is welcoming, nice and friendly. Check-in and check-out were fast and simple. A lot of good restaurants around, espacially in S'illot and Cala Millor. Sa Coma beach is a few minutes walk. Cala Millor beach is a 5 min drive.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Am Adults Only Pool ist es ruhig und man bekommt auch noch "spät" Liegen. Der Strand ist nur paar Gehminuten entfernt. Das Buffet hat uns auch gut gefallen.

Bis auf das kalte ( nicht beheizt) Babybecken war alles super 👍

Modern rooms with minibar which is included in the all-inclusive option. Close to shops and some fun activities to do. Only gave 4 starts because of the pool water though: everything that was white turned yellow (inside of swimming pants, apple watch wrist band). Hotel explained it was because people didn't shower. Never had this happen anywhere else so I'm my opinion this has something to do with water quality or algae.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and well looked after. The staff were all amazing - every single member of staff went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. The room was modern and stylish. The food was very good for an all inclusive, with a lot of choice and fresh options. My children were very happy eating there every meal. The location was ok, approx a 15 min stroll past shops to get to the beach, & the beach was beautiful. Sadly, the cost of sunbeds and umbrellas was extortionate (36 euros for 2 beds and one brolly!) so it made it a little less accessible. I knew the hotel wasn’t on the beach when I booked, but I hadn’t thought about the cost of hiring stuff there for the day. I may have misread the property information, but I booked this hotel thinking there was a swim up bar and water slides. It turns out that both of these are located in the ‘water park’ that’s in a completely separate hotel (around a 10 min walk) & you have to pay for it even if you’re all inclusive. This was the most disappointing part of our holiday as I specifically chose a hotel with water slides. Due to the distance and cost, we only visited this ‘water park’ once and there was literally 2 little slides for my children (aged 6 and 8). Had I known that’s what it was, I would have never chosen this hotel. Overall, due to there only being 1 pool onsite for my children to use, I would be unlikely to come back with them. But the incredible staff and amazing food made it a great stay!

Wir hatten im Juni einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub. Für Familien mit Kindern ist es der perfekte Ort. Alles ist auf die Kleinen abgestimmt - von Unterhaltung bis Essen. Auch Veganer werden satt ^^ Es Waren sehr viele Kinder da aus allen nördlichen Nationen. Ein toller Großer Pool, ein Plantschbecken und abends Live-Musik. Zum Strand Sa Coma waren es 10 Min zu Fuß. Vorbei an vielen Einkaufsgelegenheiten. In den Seitengassen waren Bars für einen gemütlichen Fussballabend und ein paar Kaltgetränke.Alle aus der Region waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Personal war stets bemüht und freundlich. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts der trocken, sicher und ohne Aufpreis in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage stand. Wir können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Trotz der Nähe zur Abendbühne, war es im Zimmer abends sehr leise. Der Poolbereich ist zwischen 10 und 18 Uhr geöffnet. Es wird gebeten, erst ab 9 Uhr die Liegen im Bereich zu reservieren ( Ich finde liegen zu reservieren generell dämlich- und es sind nicht nur die Deutschen die das machen). Aber auch schon gegen 8 Uhr waren fast alle reserviert und ich finde des schade, wenn das Hotelpersonal einfach nur zusieht.. Es gibt einen großen Essenssaal, aber das Buffet ist für die Anzahl der Personen echt klein. Es kommt immer wieder zu langen Warteschlangen beim Essen, wodurch wir dann auch des öfteren Außerhalb vom Hotel gegessen haben

Great bedrooms, we stayed in a suite with 2 children and it was the first time staying away that we all slept in our own beds! The food was basic and no Spanish dishes and the pool turned our swimming costumes green but if they had a more varied meal choice and sorted the chlorine of the pool it would be amazing!

Hébergement qui vient d'être refait, propre. Le nettoyage quotidien est très partiel, voir un jour inexistant car incompréhension globale.

Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer, sehr gepflegte Anlage und alles sehr sauber, Personal freundlich, Essenauswahl gut. Schade war, dass die Mini Disco immer drinnen statt gefunden hat, dadurch war es viel zu laut, sogar für uns Erwachsene schon, so dass unsere 2 jährige Tochter leider nicht daran teilnehmen konnte. Dadurch dass unser Zimmer Richtung Nachbarhotel gelegen war, konnten wir am Abend das Fenster nicht vor 22.30 Uhr öffnen, da die Beschallung durch Shows vom Nachbarhotel extrem laut war und unsere Tochter konnte dadurch erst sehr spät schlafen. Aber unabhängig davon ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Mencionar que la gente de recepción es bastante desagradable, no dan la información como debe ser y después cuestionan que no te la hayan dado, entre otras cosas que no voy a exponer puesto que no tengo captura de pantalla y no puedo demostrarlo. La limpieza de las habitaciones es bastante justa , cama mal hecha (la sábana bajera siempre arrugada) , pelos en el baño, visitantes … Fuerte olor a comida en el recinto , pongan una campana extractora más potente , uno no tiene que estar comiendo todo el día Cabe destacar la amabilidad de los empleados del bufete, muy atentos y amables. No lo recomendaría

One thing to note is I upgraded to a terrace room for the private sunbeds but the sun is the other side of the hotel for most of the day. Would request a room facing pool next time.

Wir waren vier Tage im Protur Sa Coma und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Für Familien aber auch als Paar ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren mehr als beindruckt als wir angekommen sind. Sehr freundliches Personal immer Hilfsbereit, das Essen war lecker, das Hotel war sauber und hatte eine schöne Lage. Bis zum strand sind es Fußläufig keine 10min und unterwegs schländert man an dem einen oder anderen Geschäft vorbei. Zum entspannen ist man hier genau richtig.

Sehr sauber, sehr tüchtige und freundliche Mitarbeiter, eine sehr gute 4 Sterne Erfahrung.

The hotel and staff could not be faulted but my room location was the only disappointment. My room overlooked another hotel which was extremely noisy from around 5pm to 11pm. I know this might not annoy a lot of people, but I love sitting on the balcony at night reading a book and resting after a busy day. If if you went in and closed the door the noise was so loud even with the tv on.

Wir haben uns stets wohl und völlig gastfreundlich behandelt gefühlt. Das war wirklich Urlaub! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle, wirklich alle unglaublich nett und freundlich! So etwas haben wir noch nirgends erlebt. Als deutscher Tourist ist das ein völliger Kontrast zur Servicewüste Deutschland. Vielen Dank für diesen wirklich rundum schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder! Ein ganz großes Lob an die unermüdlich, fleißigen und freundlichen Mitarbeiter, in allen Bereichen! Wir reisten als Familie zu viert und hatten die Familien-Suite. Betten, Sauberkeit alles tadellos!

La propreté de l hôtel est sans reproche, le personnel est à l écoute et nous conseille. Le nombre d activités à faire sur place est super. La piscine pour adulte est vraiment sympa :) L emplacement de l hôtel est bien situé si vous aimez vous balader et profitez des différentes "cala" de la côte.

Leider haben die Bilder der gebuchten Select nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Zimmer zu tun. Die Unterbringung im Eingangsbereich war durch laufende Busmotoren bei An- und Abreise (rund um die Uhr) laut und unerholsam…

Hotel looks fantastic. Very contemporary and minimalist. Great facilities. Rooms are very modern and spacious with very comfortable, big beds. Good selection of food at each mealtime with very friendly, helpful staff. A lot of young children in this hotel so we used the adult pool area which was very quiet and not busy even in August. Children are quite noisy in the dining room as there are a lot of them but our kids were young once so I’m not judging or criticising, just making people aware incase they would rather not have so many young children around them. Beach with loungers for hire within 15 minute walk. Tourist shops and restaurants within 5 minute walk. I would recommend this attractive hotel as we had a really good week where our every need was met.

Staff mostly friendly but some are not made to serve people. Especially at the Poolbar.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die gute Laune und Freude am Service war IMMER spürbar. Hotel in einem sehr guten Zustang, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das All-Inclusive Buffet sehr umfangreich und auch für mich als Pescetarier gut. Tolle Cocktailauswahl an der Bar. Insgesamt besser als erwartet, gerne wieder!

We recently stayed at Protur Sa Coma in a town that epitomizes the mass tourism experience — from sunbeds reserved with towels early in the morning, to identical kiosks lining the streets. Our experience, unfortunately, left much to be desired. We booked a double room, expecting two separate rooms as shown in one of the pictures online, but were given a single room instead. This was particularly challenging as we were traveling with small children and were not allowed to bring any food into the room, which made snacking difficult. Upon check-in, the staff failed to provide us with the necessary bracelets for our all-inclusive package. This oversight led to us paying for drinks out-of-pocket, which the hotel refused to refund. Moreover, the all-inclusive package was underwhelming, offering little more than the three main meals, with no additional food options available throughout the day. The children’s pool was not heated, which was a problem for my son who couldn’t enjoy it during the first few days of our stay due to the cold water, until the weather finally warmed up. Overall, our stay was frustrating and did not meet our expectations for comfort and convenience, especially for a family trip. I hope the hotel takes feedback seriously and improves these aspects for future guests. This review clearly outlines your grievances while maintaining a professional tone.

Hôtel très propre et très belle chambre. L’ensemble du personnel est très agréable. Station idéale pour les familles. Buffet de qualité. Le seul point à améliorer serait le All inclusive, peu de choix hors du buffet. Restaurant de la piscine payant. Nous recommandons largement cet hôtel.

I’ve loved the Protur group of hotels for over 30 years now. Their staff are amazing, I always feel welcomed and safe which is important for solo travellers.

They makes the tourist happy and very satisfied as it’s very accessible for everything, very attentive staffs and very helpful and polite and the location is very close to the beach and public transportation and the area is very safe and lots of things to do to spend your vacation, I can truly fully recommend if you plan your holiday go to Da Coma playa Hotel and spa

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Der Strand ist nah. Das Essen war auch gut, entsprechend eines Buffet. Es gab Abends leider so gut wie keine Animation um den Abend abklingen zu lassen, ansonsten ein super Hotel.

1st time there, but was wonderful place to go there with kids , food was great with plenty of choices, walking distance 8 min from sesaide, shops, market or some restaurants around, bus stop to take you in aeroport, was closer . so everything was good. E Room 152 x

Uns (Familie mit 4j Kind) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist trotz der Größe nicht überlaufen gewesen. Man hat immer eine Liege gefunden. Generell ist die Gegend sehr touristisch und der Strand war extrem voll. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und sind dann zu ruhigeren Buchten gefahren. Am Buffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, aber man braucht dennoch keine kulinarischen highlights erwarten :-) Das Personal war überall sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Zimmer und Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Angenehm fanden wir, dass man vom animationsteam nicht überrollt wird, auch unser Kind hat gerne bei den Aktivitäten mitgemacht, war aber alles generell nicht so aufgeregt und übertrieben, sodass wir es sehr angenehm fanden und alle einen schönen Urlaub hatten.

Very clean hotel and the room we had (a Suite) was very modern and well laid out. The food in the main restaurant was generally tasty, but an increase in variety and the introduction of themed nights would be a welcome addition. Also the restaurant was very warm.

Chambre impeccable, personnel très gentils, formule all inclusive très complète, cocktails très bons. Nous avons passé un incroyable séjours nous reviendrons :)

Alles super! Das man zwischen den verschiedenen Restaurants die zur Hotelkette gehören und dem Hotel zum Abendessen aussuchen konnte hat uns besonders gefallen.

The staff are very friendly especially the people at reception. Special regards to the wonderful miniclubstaff. The kids loved them. Improvement can be done for the buffet. Options can be better. More or less same ootions everyday. Plastic cutlery and glassware needs to be available in a family friendly hotel. Overall we would like to thank the staff and I will recommend the hotel to friends with family

Das Essen war ok, aber die Qualität hätte etwas besser sein können. Das Fleisch war leider oft zäh und zum Beispiel die Tomaten zu grün. Das Personal und der Service hätte auch etwas rücksichtsvoller und freundlicher sein können
