The only negative thing is a safety concern . One of the ground floor exit doors doesn't lock. It can be opened , just by pulling the handle.

We came off the road and felt welcomed by complementary desserts at check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and had it all to ourselves in the early afternoon! The pool was clean and the water refreshing! Breakfast was very good and met all our expectations! Great value!

Staff very nice and polite. Coffee and Breakfast was very good. Pool green tinged, no hot tub but was advertised to have one, room dim not enough light, bed very uncomfortable. Outside entry door pads cracked and chipped but worked, one outside entry door you walked next to dumpsters. I would not recommend.

elevators were out of order. we were told our room was non refundable and no accomadation was offered.wife had to walk up stairs with arthritic knees.not up to hampton inn/hilton hotel standards.over all an older place that needs upgrading.

Desk clerk very friendly. The hotel is pretty outdated. Sheets on the bed were very dingy. No longer white, compared to comforter. Towels rather worn out. Ceiling panels in extremely small, slow elevator were duct taped together. This hotel truly does not meet the standards of other Hampton Inns.

Hotel hallways were filthy. In the shower the shelf was hanging off the wall. In the elevator the ceiling was caving in. This hotel was dirty and was not well maintained, I would recommend avoiding it if possible

We had stink bugs all over the window in our room, hair on the fresh sheets and in the shower. Breakfast was out of everything. At least 5 people at the front desk, only one girl that spoke English and that had to check people out and take care of the breakfast food and area. Very disappointing.

Horribly dirty and run down, garbage in the elevator. Stained comforter. Toilet paper holder was broken. Room was humid when we arrived. Mold in the vents of the heater a/c unit just disgusting. Breakfast was ok staff were nice. Would not recommend. Accidentally I want a credit from Hotels.com!!! I’ll be following up with pictures!!

The room was very dirty. Tissues under the bed, ripped sheets, stains on the comforter. The bathroom was filthy with hair and bugs piled up along the walls. It looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. Furniture was damaged also. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Would not recommend staying here.

The common areas of the hotel showed a little age. However the rooms were clean and looked recently remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. It was pretty quiet except for a couple of other travelers that insisted on letting their door slam while exiting/entering their rooms. Before 10 pm it was easy to overlook. After midnight and again starting again at 4:30 the next morning not ideal. Due to that, ended up only getting 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep Front desk wasn’t interested in talking with me in the morning when I checked out. I was told to “just throw keycards in the basket”. As far as the area around the hotel. One shouldn’t expect much. The hotel is in the middle of several truck stops. That’s not the hotels fault. You can only make that situation look so good

Our first room didn’t lock. The second room was by a noise air unit so I turned it off. The elevator was dirty, but got eventually cleaned. The doors in the room wouldn’t close or swing closed. The good about the stay was the bed was comfortable

This hotel room was not ADA friendly. My wife had to move furniture so I could get my wheelchair around the room. Bathroom barely fit my wheelchair to be able to use the shower.

The room seemed like it had seen better days. There were were a few dirty spots by the door and the carpet in the hallways really needed vacuuming. It would have been nice to have USB ports in the room for charging. There was a giant rip in the upholstery in the dining room area.

At checkin the woman at the front fest was not friendly and barely spoke to us while checking us in. The elevator looked really worn down, there were holes in walls in the hallway and bedroom. Overall the place was not kept up and very rundown. We were surprised since we picked a Hampton Inn because they are known for being nice and clean.

The front desk checked me into a room that was already reserved for someone else. We got the keys and after a long drive fell asleep early. I was woken up by someone else entering our room while we were sleeping. Obviously the person was shocked that the hotel double booked a room and to see someone else there. I tried falling back asleep when 20 minutes later the front desk knocked on my door just to ask my name. Not only did I no longer feel safe but I had a difficult time sleeping that night. When I brought this up to the front desk the next morning they acted like they didn't care.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the night while on a motorcycle adventure. The hotel was very clean, quiet and within walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant, which was directly next door to the hotel. Hotel also had an excellent breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!

Room and staff where great. The breakfast was not wonderful, ok, but little variety, and very limited seating for a hotel this size. (they were sold out the night we were there if that helps). And, the sound isolation from adjoining rooms was awful (room 308). The connecting door to the nxt may as well have been open, and we could see light under it. Heard from 2 other rooms as well based on the voices. We'd stay again, just issues.
