The pool was out of order. The room had large sticky stains on the carpet. The common areas appeared dusty and the carpet is beyond its useful life. This place is in need of renovation.

I booked this because of the waterpark. It is not as pictured. It was grimy in places and in need of some updating; my daughter scraped her knee on the rough bottom of the toddler area. The heat (in December) "wasn't working" per staff in the pool area, but the water was warm. The hot tub was also taped off and not working. There were no towels in the pool area when we arrived. Breakfast was also disappointing, and they closed earlier than staff had told us at check in (we made it in time, but others were locked out of the breakfast room). We asked for a crib in advance (advertised as available) and after arrival we were given a very used, somewhat dirty and not totally stable pack and play. I would have just brought my own pack and play if I'd known a crib actually was not available. The carpets did need cleaning as others have said. We ended up booking somewhere else for our return trip.

Elevator was out of order - had to lug a very heavy suit case up three floors. Vending machines out of order on first floor.

NO POOL - the whole purpose was to enjoy the pool while at a soccer tournament. Was told 'after' check in the pool was under construction. Hotels.com should have noted this key fact before making a reservation. $250 a night for a hotel room with out a pool is highway robbery

They lied and said the pool and park was open. It in fact was not open because it was being renovated. I never checked in because my kids were devastated. We drove 45 miles to get there.

Pool area really bad shape

The website says waterpark, pool and hot tub. Those are all being renovated and not available. We did receive a call at 10am the day of our reservation and we did take the offer of a fully refund. My son stayed there the night we were supposed to and was not called nor offered a refund. He said the breakfast was minimal and inadequate to be called a free breakfast. Waffles, toast and fruit. He was told the breakfast kitchen was also under renovation.

Stayed for two nights. First issue was the carpeting looked like it wasn't vacuumed at all. Second issue was with the thermostat, AC would not work. Got that fixed. The second night was horrendous. Two birthday parties were booked, kids running up an down the halls on floors 2 and 3. Until 11pm the guests upstairs let their kid run and stomp until I called to complain to the front desk. Hot tub was out of order, which was why I wanted to stay there. Stayed in July earlier in the year, which was great, this time, subpar rating 2.5.

The beds were quite confortable. Room was clean. Room darkening drapes were great. Good sized TV sets are nice as well. Walls are not 3 star thickness but not terribly thin either. Breakfast is included and its the basic instant eggs, waffle maker, cereal, etc. They have an indoor pool and hot tub but do not for a minute think youre going to relax in either one. This place sells pool passes to the outside public that arent even staying at the hotel. Its a madhouse in there with water slides and the noise level is unbearable with the screaming kids. Bacteria levels could be off the charts with the amount of outside visitors that just show up in their cars and go straight into the pool. The lobby is nice. However, there is a hoarder mentality going on even in the lobby with cardboard boxes being stored in plain sight. Its a creepy eye sore and forebodes a lack of business sense. And it doesnt look "temporary" either...rather they are just literally storing junk in plain sight. (See picture below) The bathroom wallpaper was badly peeling at the seams as well and theres an old wall phone jack and mount still there. Bathroom needs updating. Water pressure was well below average. So for those of you that like a nice strong shower you can forget it. One good thing is that its off the beaten path away from the hustle of downtown but still close enough to access it if you care to. Overall a good clean hotel to get some sleep and watch TV.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was okay, pool area has too much chlorine in it and the first day there were no towels. One of my kids ended up having asthma symptoms due to the chlorine and upon researching this location, appears this wasn't the first time so due to that we won't return.

Terrible, room was disgustingly dirty. Chair had old food from last guest all over it so clearly they didn’t clean. Floor had blue stains all over. Gross.

Upon arrival around 830pm, we were unable to use the round about in front of the hotel because there was a U-Haul and several people sorting furniture and looking into large dumpsters, which was very odd. We had to pull up into the entrance and back out which was inconvenient. The associate at the desk was nice and friendly, giving us a pleasant check in experience by answering all of our questions and providing extra pillows. However, when we rounded the corner to our room, there were several small pieces of garbage littered all over the ground, throughout the entire hallway. When we entered the room, it smelled like urine and humidity. The carpet appeared dingy and stained. We started to unpack and noticed onion rings left on the ground. Later we noticed brown spots over the comforter that was sticky and a few things still left in the garbage can. We requested a new room. The staff was nice and accommodated us right away and it was a quick transition. When we got to the room, it smelled like cigarettes and still smelled like moisture. The carpet was also dingy and stained, and the sheets were worn/stained. Unfortunately the beds didn’t have USB plug in areas or a convenient place to charge your phone next to the bed, which was disappointing. Upon opening one of the drawers/cabinets looking for a spare blanket, we found an old open half-eaten pack of Oreos. I did enjoy the way the shower curtain was displayed, and the towels were nicely arranged and smelled clean/fresh.

The entry area was very nice and clean but once down the hall the hotel became noticeably dated. Our room had various spiderwebs (on the lamps), smelled musty, and the bathroom was in need of a deep clean it seems like it had just been wiped down quickly. Breakfast was limited but good. The kids loved the slide in the pool area. I'm not sure if the hot tub was working properly, jets not running.

The room was disgusting, did not look like it was cleaned at all before arrival and the smell was extremely baffling. For the price that was paid, I expected 10 times what i walked into. Only reason its not a 1 star js the lady checking us in was extremely nice!

The good-easy to get to off highway, lots of parking because no one was staying there. The bad- FILTHY BUILDING! Yes they are renovating pool area, but entire place is unkept. Windows in lobby not washed, elevator had drywall smears in it, carpet in room was stained. Just an uncared for place. Employees did lots of standing around when you saw them.

Our bathroom had hair on the floor, tub had hair. Definitely could have been cleaned better.

Nice waterpark for small children, but the walls, floor of pool needs cleaning. Rooms & facility is very outdated. The carpets and furniture are worn & dirty. We put towels down on the furniture to cover the stains. Ou daughters room wasn't vacuumed & the person at the desk said housekeeping was gone so my daughter vacuumed herself. Definitely needs improvements, and it wasn't cheap to stay there either!

Room was very dirty. Dust on all the tables and lamps, dirt and dust around the bathroom floor, very stained carpet, paint peeling off the walls, broken toilet paper holder, etc. Though I would say worst of all, was the FILTHY pull out couch mattress. When we called the front desk to get sheets for it, we were told that they had all been given away. Luckily we brought a blanket that we wtapped around it. There was NO WAY we couldve used it without it. We went down to the waterpark only to find that several things weren't working. There were huge piles of paint that people had peeled from inside the hot tub laying on the ledge. We got in anyway to find that the jets were not working and the sheets of loose paint were everywhere. We left very shortly after ariving. Overall, not a good stay. Luckily we only booked one night.

We were extremely disappointed in this hotel considering the price we paid for this room. Floors throughout were sticky and dirty, drains were plugged in the bathroom, walls between rooms are paper-thin and we could hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room (including every word spoken). Carpeting was stretched and puckered up throughout the facility. Stairwells were very dirty.

Did not stay. Room was not ready for over 1.5 hours. Staff communication very poor with me and with themselves between front desk and housekeeping. Was not offered a different vacant room. Insisted on different vacant room and new room was dirty with smudges and sticky on desk, chair was dirty with stains and furniture did not look wiped down. Bathroom fixtures looked dirty. Carpet very old and dirty did not want to set my things on floor or let my toddler sit on floor.

The rooms are in poor condition. Lobby, Breakfast area, and pool were decent but very dated property rooms. Wallpaper falling off the walls.

The curtains in our room were broken and would not close all the way. There is also a fairly bright light right outside our window. The front desk said there wouldn’t be anyone on the property to fix it until tomorrow. We had 4 people in a 2 queen bed room. They were all out of this room type and offered a king size bed and pull out couch. We declined because we would all prefer to sleep in a bed. The shower was also broken. Only about 1/3 of the water came out of the shower head. The rest was coming out of the tub spout. This was disappointing as the hotel otherwise seemed really nice.

Checking in and out was fast and easy. Staff was very polite and helpful. The room was ok, nothing special. The beds made weird squeaky noises when we sat down on the edges and when we would get up to use the bathroom. The pillows really need help. They were very uncomfortable and even with doubling them it still felt like I was sleeping on an overly soft marshmallow.

The walls are very thin, we heard a child screaming from over 4 rooms away late at night. Vending machine on the second floor did not work. Hallways and elevator floors were dirty. Looks like they were in the middle of a remodel with lots of furniture in the lounge and outside by the dumpsters. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, but the bed was nice and firm (my personal preference). Room was nice with typical amenities, although our conditioner was broken off the wall and left on the side instead of being fixed. The water park/pool were nice and breakfast was pretty standard but good. The staff were all wonderful and nice. Check in and out were a breeze.

Staff was friendly. My key cards were placed in an envelope for a greeting card with my room number written on it. No other information. Pool are was absolutely jam-packed due to them allowing the general public. Room was nice. Bed was awful, extremely uncomfortable. Everything seemed clean. Plenty of towels. Room was hot and humid. The air conditioner didnt keep up.

The walls are really thin…. I I had to have the tv on when going to sleep in hopes of drowning out the people talking in the room right next door….. they were just talking, not being loud. I could hear what they were saying! The pillows suck…. Bring your own. The pool area saved this whole trip. My kids LOVED it! The breakfast area had too many tables in it…. It was hard to walk around. There wasn’t room to walk between tables. It was crowed and hard to get around to get the things my family needed.

At this time of year…tissues are pretty necessary. Additionally, the ice machine was out on the 3rd floor, our keys didn’t work and needed to be reset, the room was dirty (like actual chunks of dirty on the carpet and hair in the bed), and the walls are super thin. We could hear every word of the conversations the people in the next room and in the hallways were having until 11:00pm. We did have to leave quite early, before the listed breakfast time, and they had food out early for us and others leaving early. So that was nice.

The room was nice except we paid extra for the jacuzzi and were looking forward to it and it didn’t not work. We should have known this. I told them when I left and they said they already knew it is broken and someone would be there shortly after we left to fix it. After a five hour drive to get there, we should have been made aware ahead of time so we could choose another room or location. Also, the tv would not turn up loud enough for us to be able to hear it.

The lady checking us in was Exceptional.I deal with customer service everyday. At this time in our world the company is very blessed to have such a great representative.

We checked in later in the evening and were given a room already occupied. The next room was at least empty but the door handle was broken and took some ingenuity to find a way to open it. Once settled the stay was nice and the entire staff was probably the most polite I’ve ever experienced. Place is a bit dated however the kids really enjoyed the water park and the breakfast was decent. Will definitely stay again when remodeled.

The staff was very harm and welcoming. When I asked to check in early, they were very accommodating as well. I found the rooms to be up to date and clean. They even texted me twice to make sure I was happy with my stay. We had a wonderful stay, so when we’re back in town, we’ll be returning!

We arrived at the hotel and never got to stay there. We were told they had a system upgrade and lost our reservation. The front desk girl had our name on a printed paper and told us they should have contacted us. I told her we would not have traveled so far if we knew we didn't have a room. We ended up finding a sub-par room at another hotel and had to pay $500 more. I would think they would make up the difference we had to pay, but no... WE will NEVER book any Radisson Hotel in the future. They offer us 6000 points for the inconvenience, a room is 30000 points. Thanks Radisson.

I didn't like how they scammed me out of lots of money. I wasn't sure if my room was reserved through your business so I called direct to be sure and they said no reservation was on file. I then proceeded to book it directly to them and they charged me 324.24 which they took right away. On arrival the desk clerk said I have you down for 2 rooms. I said no I only wanted one. I explained what happen and she said unfortunately I can't cancel anything you have to go through corporate. And your not getting any refund because that is how the new owners work. They refuse to refund people their money when they cancel etc. I will never ever stay there again. I'm so upset. Don't know how you book anyone with this hotel ever. No workers either working holiday because they refuse to pay then holiday pay. The breakfast was ridiculous when I went down nothing was in the containers as far as eggs sausages etc. They prepared some 8 sausages and some eggs. It isn't the workers is the owners. Rooms were very clean but hallways were not cleaned each day.

When I was checking in at 3:10 the rooms were not ready and the person working the front desk seemed either new or very stressed. She wasn't rude but did not communicate well and it took 30 minutes of standing around to finally have access to the room. When we were going to bed we pulled the sheets down and in 2 out of the 4 beds we found multiple pubic hairs. It was late so we just went to bed and slept on top of the covers.

Arrived at 3:00pm when check in is. Our room wasn’t not ready they told us possibly another 29 minutes to a half an hour. The stairs and hallway was messy. The breakfast was out of a lot of things at 8:00 in the morning. Was not impressed by the cost of the hotel.

Very family friendly, the staff was nice and knowledgeable. Safe area, close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great! Kids had a blast, we could barely get them out.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, location was right off the highway for easy access. Breakfast was nice they had some hot foods as well as cereals, bagels, muffins, and other assortments.

Highway is closed hard to get to. Other than that was overall a good stay

The hotel was great. I do feel that I was "mislead" into thinking that I was staying near the Appleton airport ie North Appleton, but found out that I was staying an additional 10 miles away. This hotel was confused with an identically named hotel near the airport. Perhaps, it was my fault, but the names were very misleading.

I would stay at this Little Chute, WI Inn. The indoor pool is fantastic for children. Seemed to run out of towels often. I didnt need to rent a car because breakfast selections were many and restaurants for other meals within walking distance and relatively safe to walk. When I asked for more coffee packs they didnt leave more cups. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Bathtub and bathroom sink could have used a bit more scrubbing. I liked the sheet covering the spread for added cleanliness. Front desk personnel was good.

It is a clean comfortable hotel in a convenient location near Green Bay Wi.

The hotel and rooms were clean, but in need of a deep clean. The staff was great, always nice and helpful. The pool area was a lot of fun, even for my teens. The breakfast was also good, with a larger variety than alot of places.

Breakfast are good! Kids loved the pool! The water is warm! And comfortable bed.

We really enjoyed the waterpark and breakfast included was a plus. The only complaint, breakfast area just a tad small when they are really busy, gets congested fast, and very limited seating. We had a fantastic stay!

The woman at the front desk look like she was coming from the club. The room smelled. The main pool was broken. The hot tub had sand and broken pool pieces in it. And we woke up to be told there was no breakfast because there employee just didnt show up.

Pool is a bit outdated and there was a number of rough looking palm trees that need some TLC. Put a little money into it and rise above to be the nice family getaway you once were. The friendly staff and housekeepers as well as good breakfast food are what makes this place special.
