Nearby the rural town of Bacchus Marsh, along with stunning attractions such as Lerderderg State Park and Werribee Gorge State Park, perfect for outdoor activities like scenic hiking trails and diverse wildlife.This charming 139-square-foot tiny home sits on a gently sloping hill, nestled among beautiful gum and wattle trees, just 47 minutes from Ballarat and 55 minutes from Melbourne.Enjoy your private space with a fire pit and BBQ at the front of the tiny home. Easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria getaway here. Thank you.IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that the land host's house is situated 50 meters from the tiny house, with ample trees in between to ensure your privacy.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the tiny house and can explore the surrounding area. You can roam a large section of our property using the designated paths. There are marked walking paths for guests to enjoy; please stay on these trails to avoid trespassing on neighbouring properties.- For firewood, we have plenty of kindling collected from the ground. Wood for burning will be available for purchase. By public transport:- Public transport to property not available - can possibly UBER or Taxi- Train from Melbourne(Southern Cross) to Bacchus Marsh Station - will then need Uber or TaxiAll are reachable by 2wd only.Other Things to Note:- Gas BBQ Grill is available- Pets allowed are allowed by prior notice- Bottled water will be provided on a daily basis- TELSTRA has a good signal; the rest has no signal- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed- We have the basics like milk, tea, and coffee only- No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during fire season- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except at the gate of the property- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet's droppings- Please clean up after your pet's shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent before arrival- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional chargeSafety Guidelines for Snake Season- Please follow the safety guidelines below to prevent snake bites- Stay vigilant during the spring and summer as snakes may be present in the area.- We recommend wearing long, loose-fitting pants and closed-toe shoes, such as boots or sneakers, while exploring the property.Important note:- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present.  - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
