House with terrace, barbecue & garden

Holiday home for 4 people with a separate sleeping cabin (9 m²) on a 250 m² plot. First living area: large couch, HD-SAT-TV, stereo system with CD, various furniture. Second living area: designed generously with many windows and an exit door, resembling a conservatory; it also provides an additional sleeping area for 2 people due to the spatial separation. It includes a sofa bed, a large dining table, a pantry cabinet (various tablecloths and placemats available), and a cozy seating area with an "Oma" wicker chair. Both living areas are connected by a large double door. While dining, you have a view of the lake, or during the warm seasons, from the terrace as well. Bedroom: with bed (140 x 200), 2 bedside tables + bedside lamps, mirror, large built-in wardrobe with sliding doors (2.50 x 67), with a view of the lake. The beds are made up for 2 people upon arrival; just jump in. A travel cot for children is available if needed. Kitchen: kitchenette with oven, 4-burner gas stove + extractor hood, small grill, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartments, extra shelf (for meal preparation), coffee maker with thermos, toaster, kettle, kitchen scale, complete equipment with dining and cooking utensils, and a variety of glasses, as well as a basic supply of spices, flour, salt, sugar, etc. Also includes dishwashing and cleaning supplies. For the "kitchen master," a small kitchen radio. Bathroom: with walk-in shower, sink with base cabinet, small cosmetic cabinet and shelves, toilet, hairdryer. Hallway: with hallway wardrobe, shoe cabinet, etc. A small sleeping cabin (outbuilding) is about 3 m from the main house and offers 2 sleeping places, is heated, and is suitable for children or adults who want to be closer to nature in the summer. Adjacent is the extension, with a washing machine, a second refrigerator, also with a freezer compartment, as well as a washing machine. Attention: The use of the new round log cabin incurs additional costs. Please speak to the landlady. In the adjacent extension, there are also 2 loungers with cushions for outdoor seating. When using the washing machine, a fee of 3,-- € is to be deposited per wash cycle into the trust fund. In the covered bicycle carport, there are 2 used bicycles available for free use. In the garden, there is a covered outdoor seating area with a rustic table and 2 benches, a small pond with a waterfall that flows down from the covered terrace (10 m² including stair access) into the pond. In the entrance area of the property, a cozy atrium with a herb garden welcomes you. There is ample parking space available for your car at the holiday home. The new rowing boat can be rented separately from the landlady.
