Exclusive country house on the top of a private hill, with a breathtaking view of the Serra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site). The house blends harmoniously with nature, creating a unique place for all seasons and ideal for business trips, family celebrations or retreats. Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided. Weekly cleaning is included in the rent. Optional services are available on request at the time of booking. Completely free of charge, we offer a rubbish collection service, garden and pool maintenance during your stay in the villa. The house is situated between two villages: Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, both with shops and restaurants, in the centre of the island; it is also only twenty minutes away from the island's capital Palma. Perfect location for access to the beach, the city and the traditional Mediterranean countryside. The house is a twenty minute drive from the airport. It has an enclosed outdoor pool which is not heated, and plenty of space for large groups of people. The house has WiFi and for meetings we can provide a projector and screen. It has a large room and table for 16 people which can be used for congregations of all kinds. Please note that the house is provided with electric water heaters with a capacity of 80 litres. Therefore you may have to wait a little bit between one and the other to have hot water. Bedrooms are conditioned. In the living room there is also air conditioning. You will need a car, the house is situated on top of a mountain in a very exclusive forest area, no access to public transport. The country road is steep with curves, accessible by normal car. Lighting fires is illegal fireis illegal due to the risk of forest fires in Mallorca during the summer, and may be punishable by imprisonment. A gas barbecue is provided for use at your location. Capacity of the house is 16 adults & 4 children (under 12 years).
