A very friendly hotel located within easy walking distance of the town centre while in a peaceful, leafy residential area. Breakfast was very varied and ample and they catered for all tastes. Nice pool too, which wasn't used by many.

Alles war super. Ich hatte nur Pech, dass der Spa und Schwimmbadbereich während meines Aufenthaltes wegen Renovierung geschlossen war. Ansonsten war alles prima.

viel zu kleines Bad / Dusche. Frühstück kein ausreichender Platz für alle Gäste. Mussten ständig getrennt sitzen. Insgesamt keine gute Qualität des Frühstück. Parkplatz muss bezahlt werden, dann ist allerdings nichts mehr frei wenn man ankommt!

Beim ersten Eintreten in das Bad wurden diverse Haare entdeckt und leider auch gelbe Hinterlassenschaften in der Toilette. Sonst gut mit besonderem Hinweis auf das großartige Frühstück.

Sehr angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre, geräumiges Zimmer mit Sitzgelegenheit, die Matratzen mit Topper, so dass man sich nicht wie sonst häufig in Hotels die Schulter verrenkt auf einer zu harten Matratze. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Etwas störend war, dass Seminarteilnehmer durch den Frühstücksbereich laufen müssen , um zum Tagungsraum zu gelangen.

Vi bodde i junior sviten. Den hade en balkong ut mot staden med en fantastisk utsikt, vi bodde på vån 5 av 6, men balkongens skick drar ner rummets fräschet, men med utsikten tänker man inte på det. Dålig ventilation och vi fick aldrig igång a/c (som säkert har 20-30 år på nacken). Men många fönster att öppna. Stor och god frukost. Bekväma sängar. De hade dock glömt bädda ut bäddsoffan åt barnen, fast jag t.o.m. skrivit det på mail och fått det bekräftat innan så glömde de, men de kom och fixade det relativt snabbt och bad om ursäkt. Nära stan och lugnt område. Garage lätt tillgänglig. Städerskan knackade på fast vi hade "stör ej", men bad om ursäkt.

Eine Übernachtungs-Gruppe war auf der 2. Etage bis Mitternacht einigermaßen laut. Die Leute vergessen, dass die Zimmer nicht nur hellhörig sind, sondern dass man im Gang sich nicht laut unterhalten soll, vor allem nicht um Mitternacht! Leider bekommt man als Gold-Mitglied nicht mehr z.B. ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar.

Hotel og parkeringsforhold var rigtig fint. Morgenmadsbuffeten var med et stort udvalg. Dejligt med tjenere der byder velkommen med nystrøgne duge på bordene og sørger for at der er ryddeligt hele tiden. Eneste lille minus var at værelset var meget varmt og ikke luftet ud. Det hjalp efterhånden med åbne vinduer. Det er fint med badekar, men jeg foretrækker en stor bruseniche.

Hotel in gute Lage. Leider haben viele Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, was bei Innen- u. Außentemperaturen um die 30 Grad das Schlafen unmöglich macht.... Die Dusche in der Badewanne ist für älteren oder Menschen mit Behinderungen nicht geeignet! Wir hoffen auf Renovierung....

Oteli tercih etmemizin sebebi 4 yıldızlı olmasıydı. Ama o standartlarda değildi. Kaldığımız odada ağır bir halı kokusu vardı. Çift kişilik yatak küçük ve çok konforsuzdu. Yatak yastıkları çok rahatsızdı. Otelin en memnun kaldığımız kısmı kahvaltısıydı.

Ruhig und sauber, mit Badewanne, Parkplatz 10€, Frühstück zwar gut aber mann muss sich anstellen um an Kaffee zu kommen, es ist eng für so ein großes Hotel. 1 Aufzug für 6 Personen.

Alles super. Tolles Frühstück mit Filterkaffee, tolles Bett und Zimmer. Nur das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Duschbrause lässt sich nicht mehr auf einer bestimmten Höhe fixieren.

Im Vorhinein baten wir um einen early Check in, hierfür sollten wir 10 Euro pro Stunde zahlen. Wir nahmen dies dennoch hin und baten ab 13h einchecken zu dürfen, um unsere Koffer abzustellen. Angekommen wusste an der Rezeption niemand davon, als der Empfang ins System geschaut hatte, stand der early Check in auch im System drin, das Zimmer war aber nicht wie besprochen fertig. Natürlich haben wir dann das ganze storniert, und mussten dann erst spät abends nach unserer Veranstaltung einchecken. Total ärgerlich und unnötig, hätte mir hierfür das Telefonat und die Umstände sparen können, geschweige davon, dass 10 Euro pro früherem Check in auch wenig Service orientiert sind. Angekommen im Zimmer herrschte eine Bullenhitze (Klima gibt es nicht),auf Anfrage gab es einen kleinen Tischventilator. Im Timer herrschte schlechte Luft, Fenster leider nur kippbar. Schlechte Luft herrscht auch im Wellness Bereich, ich vermute ein abwasserproblem im Haus. Generell ist das Hotel zwar sehr sauber, aber schon recht veraltet. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist bis 10:30 beschränkt (vermutlich weil ab 11 der Mittagsbrunch losgeht). Dieser war vor über 10 Jahren fantastisch. Das Frühstück derweil sehr reduziert. Alles in allem, nur ok. Würde beim nächsten Mal 20 Euro drauflegen und heyligenstadt buchen

A very friendly hotel located within easy walking distance of the town centre while in a peaceful, leafy residential area. Breakfast was very varied and ample and they catered for all tastes. Nice pool too, which wasn't used by many.

viel zu kleines Bad / Dusche. Frühstück kein ausreichender Platz für alle Gäste. Mussten ständig getrennt sitzen. Insgesamt keine gute Qualität des Frühstück. Parkplatz muss bezahlt werden, dann ist allerdings nichts mehr frei wenn man ankommt!
