Beautiful new hotel in a great location to explore Santa Cruz, we will be back, great value for money

This is a very conveniently situated, modern hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is near nars and restuarants all round the area. A short walk to a tram stop from where you can go to La Laguna or to the main bus station where buses go to the two airports and all over the island.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly. The room was modern. It would have been good to have some more TV channels in English but there were two news channels. As a vegetarian they adapted food on the menu for me at breakfast but it would have been good if there were some vegetarian/vegan dishes that didn’t need adapting.

Great location and very comfortable in every way.

This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties with our check-in, and they could not access the information Expedia was supposed to send them. Despite our "ghost" reservation, they made sure we had a room and they had a "customer first" attitude. They are also very friendly, and we enjoyed conversing with the staff. The breakfast is also quite nice.
