Este es un excelente hotel , son muy formales , es súper limpio , y súper cómodo, este fue un viaje en familia con niños , y sus habitaciones y camas muy cómodas, la ubicación es muy buena, encuentras tiendas , restaurantes y entretenimiento , la propiedad cuenta con estacionamiento , así que nuestro auto estuvo siempre seguro. Terrible decoration of the hallway. Bad condition of the lifter, Bad condition of the magnetics cards, falues and you need to return to the front deck to change it... Expensive and no so God breAkfast, not included capuccino and you need to pay additional for example. Good atetion of the people but bad commercial politics and mantinence.

Certainly stood up to its award. The Crowne Plaza was clean, friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast AMAZING good service and selection. We staid two nights and explored miraflores the old town. Would highly recommend for short stays. The swimming pool however small and jacuzzi was closed due to maintenance. Good gym facilities basic but modern.

Nice rooms but a lot of miscommunication about the charges One staff member kept telling us breakfast was included and then when we checked out they charged us for two days of breakfast per person which was super annoying because we would never have had 5 breakfasts if it wasn’t included and even double checked the night before. They kept arguing that we ended up paying. Hotel has working elevators. Bar and restaurant are small and average but great location

Hôtel bien situé dans Miraflores, proche de la côté. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est excellent. La chambre était spacieuse, agréable, bien que sentant un peu l'humidité. L'ensemble du personnel était sympathique, agréable, soucieux de s'assurer que tout se passait pour le mieux. Mention spéciale pour la piscine. Bien que petite, l'eau est chauffée. Hotel lobby was nice, but room looked old, tired. Very thin door, meaning no sound proofing. Room was not well insulated from sound from corridor or neighbouring rooms. Mattress was very hard, like sleeping on the floor, so bad that we left the hotel the next day even though we had another night booked. We felt exhausted. Also the AC system was extremely noisy and kept waking us up. Also noise from the street, windows were closed but apparently not double glazed. Overall the hotel is in need of refurbishment.

The personnel in the hotel where unprofessional and disrespectful to myself and my family. They would not let my family that where visiting come up to the room because it's against their policy. When I asked to show me they could not provide it. No communication skills. Between the receptionist and the other employees where consistently whispering about my luggages and wanted to take the luggage later after I settled in. It all look suspicious to me, horrible experience will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was nasty and a few selections. Normal I don't write reviews but I had to let everyone know on how this operates. I had no choice to stay here because I had a late arrival at the airport. Be aware. Not he fooled for the name.

All of your staff were amazing, very friendly, very kind and always made you feel at home. My wife and I loved it and WE WILL return to this hotel because of your staff. WE ARE SOOOO LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURN!!!!! Please give them all a raise to keep them from not finding a new job. Keep all of your staff, great help is hard to find.

I felt safe and most of the staff was great. I enjoyed mybtime there until I saw my credit card bill. Be careful with your final bill or adding bar tab and room service to your room bill. When I closed my account, I was given one final charge for all the services we received. When I reviewed my credit card, I was charged additional charges that I was never informed off. After discussing with Expedia and through the hotel, i was informed that there were additional breakfast and dinner charges added after I left the hotel. Ohh.. breakfast isnt completely free. You could probably find a better breakfast and dinner outside of the hotel.

We were a family of 5 visiting from the states. Hotel is well situated in Miraflores. We walked everywhere, only needing Uber when it was out of the area like Centro Histórico. The breakfast buffet is nice even though it was not included in our hotel package, but it was convenient. There are plenty of places to eat around the area. Kennedy Park is close by as well. Overall good experience. They have dispensing shampoo, conditioner and body gel in the shower. You don’t need to pack extra toiletries. It’s not miniature in size. The rooms have a mini fridge. The only thing I was disappointed with was the room coffee maker. I could never get it to make American coffee, just expresso. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. I found the property to be clean in the rooms and common areas.

Todo en general estuvo bien, sin embargo contacte al hotel antes de llegar para hacerles saber que estábamos celebrando un momento especial y pasó completamente desapercibido, estaba esperando recibir información de mi habitación acompañamiento o incluso una oferta de Upgrade durante el check in y honestamente fue muy pobre la calidad, la comida del desayuno no fue mala sin embargo las opciones eran súper limitadas, es mejor salir a desayunar a otro lugar no vale la pena pagar por ese cargo, hubo varios días que no usamos el desayuno, sin embargo tengo el cargo en la reserva y me cobraron además servicio o propina como lo quieran llamar cuando yo dejaba propina en efectivo, el hotel está bastante accesible en muchos sentidos, está céntrico y puedes encontrar varios lugares para comer y disfrutar de una buena caminata.
