No geral a experiência é mediana e não condiz com o preço. Hotel muito velho, mas limpo e organizado. Funcionários gentis, mas mal treinados. A localização é ótima para quem conhece o Rio e sabe navegar o transporte e evitar áreas perigosas. A política de visita é arcaica. As comodidades como piscina e academia são bem abaixo do esperado.

Não tem estacionamento para hóspedes, o mais próximo tem desconto se você for hóspede, mas não pode tirar o carro porque eles cobram por cada vez que você faz, no final vc fica preso na área

Localizado perto do metro cinelandia e do aeroporto santos dumont... nosso quarto era bem amplo, colchao e travesseiros otimos. Tem uma piscina na cobertura, com vista para o crusto e pao de acucar. Cafe da manha, ja incluso, poderia melhorar ... mas eh compatível com o preco cobrado pela diaria do hotel.

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The property is older and the room we stayed in was not sound proof. We could hear everything the guests in the room next door were doing and saying. We could also hear the showers from the room upstairs and the one next door; which sounded like a freight train was going through our room. The only thing the “gym” had were two treadmills, one of which was out of order.

This was an "OK" hotel. A pretty central location, more of a business hotel - not your tourist, beach hotel. It was a very "urban " hotel with all sorts of folks in the streets around it. I never felt unsafe however. You can certainly get a feel for the "real" Rio city environment here. Having said that, the staff was excellent, the facility was nice and clean and well maintained. The breakfast could use an upgrade and more variety. There is no parking associated with the hotel, however the nearby underground lot does offer discounts to hotel guests. The price seemed a little high to me for the combined package.

Hotel no centro do Rio, ao lado do metrô. Quartos bons, com excelente ducha e colchões. O café da manhã é muito bom e no rooftop uma sauna e piscina com vista maravilhosa do aterro do flamengo. Excelente custo benefício.

bien, bon marché , mais entretien à revoir : 1 ascenseur sur 2 HS , 2 tapis de course sur 3 HS ... bar au roof top fermé ( basse saison ) . impossible de mettre les consommations sur le compte de la chambre , ce qui impose d avoir toujours de l argent sur soi , même à la piscine ...

Windsor Austoria was very welcoming when we checked in. The hotel was very clean and maintained well by the staff. Breakfast is from 6-10:30 and if you wanted you could ask the staff to bring it to your room for you to enjoy. The staff was always willing to help or answer any questions about tourism or areas/stores nearby. House keeping was very accommodating as well when asked to come back at another time if you weren’t ready for them to clean. A truly great hotel to visit. The pool was a decent size, able to fit about 10 people and the view from the top area is absolutely beautiful seeing a wide view of the city.

Receptionen er uvenlige og tager oceaner af tid, og vi skulle vise pas og udfylde papirer 4 gange, og de kunne ikke finde ud af antal til morgenmad. Pris for ændringer er ude af trit med virkeligheden. Der var rent. Ingen håndklæder at låne ved poolen. Musikken i rooftopbaren var rædselsfuld da højtalerne skrattede. Alle drinks i pool baren på 22 sal skulle laves i morgenmadsrestaurant en i stueetagen, så det tog evigheder at få en drink. De smagte dog godt. Meget fin udsigt fra roof top baren. 2 elevatorer til 22 etager er alt for lidt. Der var meget lang ventetid hele tiden...

Estivemos hospedados por duas diárias. O quarto que ficamos era super espaçoso, cama grande confortável. Tivemos noites de sono de qualidade. Limpeza do quarto excelente, todas as roupas de cama e banho sem avarias. Ar condicionado funcionou super bem também. Café da manhã muito gostoso, supre a proposta de um café da manhã diversificado. Por ser alta temporada o acesso para elevador e café da manhã estavam concorridos, mas nada grave. Check in e check out rápido. Localização perfeita! Voltaremos mais vezes com certeza.

Quartos muito limpos, deixei cair pipoca doce no chão e solicitei limpeza do quarto apenas no dia seguinte, no tempo que a pipoca doce ficou no chão não apareceu nem uma mísera formiga, sinal de que o espaço é detetizado. Passei um algodão com álcool no assento do vazo sanitário na chegada ao hotel por garantia pois geralmente desconfio da limpeza de todos os hotéis no geral, porém o algodão voltou completamente limpo e branco, sem nenhum sinal de poeira ou sujeira, limpeza do hotel nota 1000. Equipe atenciosa, minha mãe se hospedou comigo e pediu no café da manhã 2 laranjas descascadas para levar para comer a noite pois é um hábito dela, eles forneceram as laranjas e em todos os dias seguintes de nossa hospedagem eles entregaram 2 laranjas no café da manhã sem nós termos que pedir, eles simplesmente lembraram todos os dias de trazer as laranjas por conta própria, são muito cuidadosos. Além de cuidadosa a equipe é muito simpática e educada.

Esse hotel em comparação com os outros da mesma localidade é muito superior. Ganha no conforto, na limpeza e o café da manhã é muito bom pq além de muita variedade, são produtos de qualidade. Moro em Curitiba, mas, estou no RJ a trabalho a cada 45 dias e se possível, gostaria de estar sempre neste mesmo hotel.

Good hotel but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff seemed limited so a line formed easily during check in and check out times. Breakfast buffet very limited. Room was ok, could have been cleaned a little better as we could see some dirt around the corners of the room. Pool is small.

o banheiro do quarto tinha “pelos na pia” pedi um pizza para o jantar, veio praticamente crua, reclamei, prontamente me atenderam , porém a massa que eles usam é algo pré fabricado que não ficou crua novamente ( paguei claro) mas comi apenas uma parte já estava tarde e eu estava com fome !

The hotel is clean and staff are nice. This is the city centre and it is not particularly safe at night time. The hotel decor is dated and the bed linen and towels are very tired. The rooms are in need of a modernisation and re-decoration.

Barulho gigantesco no quarto quando alguém ligava o chuveiro nos quartos ao redor. Provavelmente por pressão aumentada, gerando barulho. Ao acordar as 3 da madrugada e ir a recepção, fui comunicado que tal barulho é comum em todps os quartos.

In the room 1404 bed located the way that my head was in the couple of inches from the bathroom entrance. There is no night stand for this side of the bed, no any nightstand light, no any power outlets for both sides of the bed. Just behind the bed in the middle in the wall we can find one power outlet and used it for both sides. Room is not sound proof at all. You can hear water streaming in the next room like it's in yours. No tea cattle in the rooms. It was a horrible experience.

O quarto é bem grande e a cama muito confortável. A internet pegou muito bem no 21o andar. Só a TV que não ficou na reta da cama e o que ficava deitado do lado direito da cama o armário acabava ficando um pouco na frente da lateral da imagem da tv. Não tinha local adequado para passar as roupas.

Razoável. O ar condicionado é muito fraco, mesmo regulando-o na temperatura mínima. Falta manutenção. Em.dias de inverno ainda é tranquila a temperatura que ele fornece. No verão do RJ, eu não indico se hospedar lá enquanto não fizerem essa manutenção nos quartos.

Só tive contratempos neste hotel. Primeiramente a recepcionista foi muito grosseira e antipática. Depois o ar condicionado não funcionou, causando um contratempo, indo para um quarto pior. Ainda, alguns seguranças hostis e sem educação com o hóspede. Para piorar tudo, a gerencia te obriga a usar uma pulseira, sem avisar antes. Um absurdo, mas, para bem da verdade, o Guilherme e uma outra moça da recepção contornaram o problema substituindo a peça sempre que necessário. (Tive agendas que me.impwdiam de usar o adereço compulsório). Nao recomendo este hotel, o Windsor da Barra é melhor. Ha opções muito melhores e mais baratas ali. Venho senore à Cinelandia. Por fim, não espero q alguém responda, e se responderem farão pouco caso do desconforto causado.

J'ai été un peu déçu de mon séjour! Plus de 30 minutes pour un check-in et même chose pour le check-out! Pour le prix payé, la chambre est vraiment simple et la piscine minuscule (elle parait bien plus grande sur la photo). J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel "OK" juste à côté après deux nuits ici. C'est beaucoup moins cher avec un service plus rapide et la même qualité.

We stayed 4 nights in January - as one of around 15 hotels around Latin America in similar price bracket. The hotel is well-located in Cinelandia with restaurants nearby, with very convenient metro just around corner with direct line to Copacabana and Ipanema. Friendly attentive staff on front desk. Good, standard Latin America-type buffet breakfast. Beds comfy and bathroom fine, Upstairs pool area underused.

Hotel bem conservado, quarto espaçoso, café da manhã satisfatório. Ponto negativo mesmo é a localização, no centro do Rio, com muitos moradores de rua e pedintes nas redondezas do hotel. Para uma viagem a trabalho foi bom, mas a lazer não voltaria a ficar nele.

The hotel is great and next to everything. Staff is friendly and helpful just be aware cause its down town ans the area around the hotel is sketchy but if you stay in the hotel and go straight to your destination and dont walk around you should be good

O Windsor Astúrias está localizado no centro, a 100m do metro e do vlt. Apesar da presença constante de moradores de área livre, sempre tem um funcionário do lado de fora do hotel cuidando da entrada. O quarto era extremamente confortável, o chuveiro com uma pressurização excelente e possui shampoo e sabonete disponível. Café da manhã com grande variedade de pães e bolos. Possui um rooftop com vista pro Cristo e uma Piscina de tamanho suficiente.

Tudo muito bom, adequado, vista incrivel no topo, consegui ajuda com um adaptador de tomada para notebook, mas quando tive um problema de tv no Domingoa noite a recepção apenas disse que não podia resolver pois não havia ninguém disponivel. Café da manha ok, boas opções salgadas e frutas, bolo apenas uma opção a cada dia, mas wafles, ovos bacon e pão de queijo deliciosos

This hotel is located about 150 meters from the Cinelandia metro station (Exit D); however, my advice is not to come there by metro but use a taxi or Uber. The path from the metro station to the hotel is full of homeless people who look very hostile. Once inside the hotel, things are much better, though. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, breakfast is very basic, and the coffee machine is out of service.

Esse hotel em comparação com os outros da mesma localidade é muito superior. Ganha no conforto, na limpeza e o café da manhã é muito bom pq além de muita variedade, são produtos de qualidade. Moro em Curitiba, mas, estou no RJ a trabalho a cada 45 dias e se possível, gostaria de estar sempre neste mesmo hotel.

This was an "OK" hotel. A pretty central location, more of a business hotel - not your tourist, beach hotel. It was a very "urban " hotel with all sorts of folks in the streets around it. I never felt unsafe however. You can certainly get a feel for the "real" Rio city environment here. Having said that, the staff was excellent, the facility was nice and clean and well maintained. The breakfast could use an upgrade and more variety. There is no parking associated with the hotel, however the nearby underground lot does offer discounts to hotel guests. The price seemed a little high to me for the combined package.

Good hotel but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff seemed limited so a line formed easily during check in and check out times. Breakfast buffet very limited. Room was ok, could have been cleaned a little better as we could see some dirt around the corners of the room. Pool is small.
