Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix West/Avondale

Having to pay $8 for cereal and milk was crazy just for those items. I wish I had known breakfast was not free.

Super cute and spacious room - but the bed is ROCK hard. If this is your jam, you'll be delighted. Unfortunately it's not great for me or my travel partner and we had difficulties the following day from it. For this reason alone, we would not choose to stay at this particular property again. Luckily it was just for a night as we passed through. It's a shame brands aren't consistent. We stayed at another Courtyard Marriott on this trip with a COMPLETLEY different mattress.

Very clean location and everything feels new. Keep in mind they don’t provide a free breakfast that many frequent Marriott brand travelers are used to.

Our experience was very pleasant. Hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable, the pool size is big and lots of room. Staff was very nice and helpful.
