John Guesthouse, is a welcoming family business. We are open to various types of holidays and welcoming the ones they come to relax with our B&B offer, which includes choice of full continental and cooked (Hungarian or British) breakfasts and also able to accommodate half-board packages. The guesthouse is rated as a 4 star (in Hungary with 4 sunflower) accommodation. It has recently been renovated for the purpose of village tourism. Bodvarako is located at the Esztramos Hill, which is part of the Aggtelek National Park. The area is famous from its beauty and tranquility. The village is on the Blue-Tour line in Hungary, so welcoming walkers and the ones they come on their bikes to discover the Aggtelek National Park. There are caves in the area, which are open to the public to visit. There is a World Heritage church 3 miles from the village from the Romans age which is worth to visit. Walkers' and Bird watchers' paradise. We have 2 rooms which accommodates 6 people altogether. We can also accommodate extra guests if required, for enquiries please contact the owner. The communal areas and also one of the rooms are possible to reach through disabled access. In the main building there are two en-suite-rooms and also a kitchenette with microwave, gas hob-fire, kettle and toaster. Guests are welcome to use the kitchenette. There is a shared living room for the two rooms which has a television. Internet access is only possible via mobile internet, due to the rural location. There is a 16 m² living room (communal room) in the back of the house with log fire and also with a kitchenette, which are free to use for guests who stay in the main building. Please if you come with a group, let us know as we can accommodate events for up to 20 people. John House Policies & Conditions: Check in from 14:00 to 21:00. Check out before 09:00 to 10:00. Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival. Payment upon arrival by cash (Euro, pounds or HUF). Taxes included. Breakfast not included - 4 HUF per person per day. General: Dinner is available on request. No curfew. Non smoking. Please be aware that the next train station is 3 km from the village, if you require to be picked up, please contact us in advance about the time you arrive.
