We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean spacious and had many amenities. The bed was comfortable and the noise ti a minimum even though our room was in front of the elevators. The pool area was nice with a two saunas (one for women one for men). The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I recommend it for a nice family time.

This is a dated building with old facilities in need of modernisation. Staff are helpful and multilingual. The showers have low power, no liquid handwash, pillows offer the support of paper towels and thin blankets on the large bed. At least the room was warm, (A/C not working) safe in room, small tv with few english channels. Parking is extra, breakfast is a good selection of hot foods and fruits/ cereals. Spa area is dangerous when wet, 1 steam room not working, 1 lift not working, exposed cables and plugs on lower floor outside lift. difficult to find a free lounger, old furniture.

Es ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles gut geklappt und Personal sehr freundlich. Der Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist auch sehr gut. Allerdings habe ich mir dieses Hotel wegen des Fitnessstudios gebucht und dieses war die ersten 3 Tage ausser Betrieb, sehr schade. Aber sonst alles super.

Bra läge nära spårvagn och pendeltåg. Inredning stannat lite på 80-talet och delvis slitet, men hotellet generellt hyfsat rent och bra. Trevligt att användning av spa-avdelning ingick i priset. Fanns även badrock och tofflor på rummet. Ångbastun var i ganska dåligt skick, men finska (dam)bastun var jättefin. Duscha på rummet - fanns bara kallvatten i duscharna i omklädningsrummet. Frukosten var omfattande och helt Ok.

The property was very nice and the staff at the front desk were outstanding. We had a long day of travel and they perked us right up. I enjoyed staying there but probably would not go there again for 3 reasons. Price to park a car overnight was too high but the location was not walkable unless you are the type to walk several km's to get anywhere and the dining options including breakfast were the highest prices of any hotel in a 30 day trip we just took.

We couldn't get rooms for three people to a room when we booked. but they had rooms available when we were there for three to a room so felt a bit ripped off there. Not every room got a free bottle of wine & not every room got the mini bar re stocked. Bar area needed tables cleaning & on the floor where people had sat there was food on the carpet, we asked staff to clean so we could sit but eventually asking four times we cleaned it ourselves by getting their cleaning stuff and cloth wowww. Bed comfy but room furniture in need of updating and showers head do not hold themselves

A great location to visit Aquincum ruins, museums and day/evening trips to Szentendre. The access to public transport is excellent. The Gyógy Fürdő is a great addition to a stay at the hotel. The exterior of the hotel is in a state of neglect, needing much repair and cleaning. The rooms need a deep clean.

Over the past 7 days, my room has only been cleaned three times. I specifically left cleaning requests on three other occasions, but unfortunately, the room was not cleaned. On one of those days, I personally informed a housekeeping staff member that we would be leaving in 30 minutes and requested the room to be cleaned afterward. However, my request was ignored. The person who checked me in should not even work in service, he was not respectful and he did not even smile.

Lets be absolutely honest here, this is a bit of a run down 4 star hotel, with excellent front desk, bar & restaurant staff. Food is very good, service is good and the pools, spa are excellent. Then the rooms.. ohh no!!! We had kids sweets, dirt, chips down the side cusions of the pull out couch. The glass tops to the dressing tables were sticky with finger marks & spills, the sink area had soap drips, marks, scum that was not cleaned daily. Black mould on bedroom wall. We have the photos to prove it. General clenliness of hotel is not good. Lifts with same sticky marks for days, trash bags left in corridors, empty bottles left in your rooms or outside your door and not removed or replenished, even with a managers letter to say free mini bar replenished daily incl snacks!! No!!! We had to call reception everyday but 1 because it was not replenished and no water in room. Housekeeping service is disguisting!! What a shame as Spa, food, bar & restaurant staff were great.

The hotel was clean, but a bit tired looking. The breakfast buffet set up needs improving. Needs table allocation when you arrive. On a couple of occasions we had to clear and clean the table ourselves as there wasn’t enough staff around. The spa area is a nice addition to the hotel, but it needs a bit of a spruce up and a good clean.

The wellness is now included in the room price, which is a great plus. Breakfasts is served as a buffet with plenty of choice. Location is a bit out of the centre, but easyly reachable by public transport. H5 train and tram 1. The accomodation is a bit outdated, but the rooms are big, and the beds very good. So the balance price/Quality is very good.

The reception area and bar are inviting. The staff are supportive and welcoming. Unfortunately, the bedroom was disappointing. The bedroom and bathroom were tired in appearance. There were stains on the carpet. The curtains kept falling of the rail when brought together to close. The sauna area was generally good. Large pools - one very warm, one medium and one cold in temperature. Warning that the floor is very slippery. Generally easy access by the H5 train into the city centre. Takes about 10 mins.

Hotel was nice. Room was comfy but quite hot despite the heating was switched off. Breakfast was very good. The only thing I really don’t understand is the parking fee which is not low. When you’re guest the parking should be free. This is ridiculous. The spa area was great after whole day but there would be more care to cleanliness.

This hotel is out of the way but was suitable for the area where I needed to be. Good public transportation in the vicinity but it would be hard to figure out for most tourists. The hotel is run down, the furniture beat up; the rooms are poorly soundproofed. The bathtub was very slippery, can't understand why they have bathtubs instead of showers in any hotel. The worst was the gathering of smokers just below my window, it was too hot if I kept the window closed, stunk when opened it plus loud as they were well lit too. There is a smoking area further out but they all gathered just outside the front door, keeping their drinks on an antique, Roman inscription to Vespasian.

Mooie locatie als je Sziget festival bezoekt en niet wilt camperen. Goede bedden, goede airco. Restaurant en bar goed en niet duur. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Meubilair in de kamer is degelijk maar wat gedateerd en versleten. De badkamer vertoont ook aardig wat slijtage. Met inchecken kregen we de verkeerde kamer en de late checkout was niet goed doorgegeven. We werden wakker van de trein die regelmatig langskomt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer bedürfen einer dringenden Renovierung ( schmutzige Wände, z. T. nicht funktionierende Steckdosen) Im Spabereich sollte man die Hygiene des Öfteren kontrollieren. Die Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ( Straßenbahn- Metro, HÉV ) zum Stadtzentrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist sehr gut.

Check in was easy and efficient. Find all staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was alright same choice all days. Room decor tired, carpet , wall need to be refreshed . The state of the toilet was a major scare , that should not look like that in a 4* hotel. We would not return for the price we paid and the room we got.

Very poor reception service. From the moment of checking in I did not feel welcome. Everything seemed to be too much effort and difficult. I am a hotels gold member and stay in a lot of hotels. The booking should have come with a room upgrade if available. I had to ask for this and was then scrutinised by several ‘muttering’ staff including a supervisor who was very reluctant to upgrade. Eventually they did but it made me feel quite uncomfortable. The room type was exactly the same, but did have a complimentary mini bar and entitled me to free soft drinks and hot drinks at the bar. However, every other day I had to email (as reception don’t answer calls from room and the reception queues are often stupidly long with people complaining about something or another) via hotels.com to state that the mini bar had not been topped up as it should be. This went on for 4 occasions… each time, apart from the last, an apology reply came back from the guest relations manager ensuring me it wouldn’t happen again! But it did! I was also challenged each time I ordered a soft or hot drink at the bar, being scrutinised like a criminal! I stayed 15 nights! Finally, I checked out by handing my room card into reception and then took a seat in the lobby to order a taxi. I was then summoned back to the desk like a naughty school child! I was then kept waiting while 3 supervisors checked I had paid my bill. It was paid upfront to Expedia/Hotels!!! I was made to feel like a potential criminal.

The breakfast was not included in the rate and I requested it to be charged to the room. Before leaving the dining area, they asked me to settle the bill, but I hadn't brought my wallet, so I insisted again that it be charged to the room. Later, some manager followed me to the elevator to try to charge me again. Once more, I told him I had no way to pay him at that moment. As soon as I reached the room, reception called me to come down and pay for the breakfast. Their billing procedure was very unpleasant. The person who charged me at reception was quite sarcastic about it. The facilities leave much to be desired and the rooms are not in the best condition. Old and worn furniture. Although it wasn't dirty, it looked dirty.

市の中心部からは離れたところで、周辺には特に何もなく、トラム、バス、近郊電車の乗り場が近くにあるので便利ではあるけれど、夜間は人気が無くあまりいい雰囲気ではない。ホテル自体は結構大きく、ツアー客も多いので設備の割にお客のマナーに難がある。マイナス点はその程度で、設備は素晴らしい。客室も清潔で十分広く快適。地下の温泉施設は滞在客は無料で使えて、わざわざ公共施設に行く必要がないほど十分なもの。毎朝入っていました。日本人にはややぬるめですが、これはどこもそういうものなのでいいと思う。レストランは、朝食は十分なレパートリーで毎朝楽しめました。一度昼食でもビュフェを利用したけれど、こちらも美味しく素晴らしかった。機会があれば是非もう一度滞在したいと思います。

Very convenient if you are comfortable taking public transportation. Easy few minutes on train H5 to chain bridge from where you can walk around. Also we took H1 from Kelenfold when we arrived. A bit round about journey but one tram to hotel option was great. The spa facilities are nice. Breakfast is good.

The property is located a short train ride from city center but easily accessible. The train station is about 2 blocks away. The hotel has a full spa with pool, baths and jacuzzi. Staff is very friendly and willing to help in any situation! I would recommend a stay!

A lovely hotel well linked to local tram services. Nice bars and shops within a short walk, but far enough outside the city centre for a quiet stay. Catch a tram for next to nothing and you can be in the city centre in minutes. Price of a drink in the hotel in line with others hotels. If you require a taxi, always book using the Bolt app. Freelancers are a rip off. Downstairs, there is a large pool, two thermal pools, a hot tub, sauna and steam room. A fabulous resource. Well worth a stay. I love it here…

We love this hotel bc it outside of the city however it’s located near the Árpád bridge from where you can access Margit Island by foot and the HÉV (which is one of their many transit systems which is a 2 minute walk) it runs parallel to the Danube this gets you other transit system)

It's a pleasant hotel located in a quiet well connected area. Breakfast was average and repetitive, with low quality cold cuts and sausages. No fried eggs or omelettes. Bardzo fajny hotel, chociaż widać, że lata świetności to ma za sobą. Nie są to 4* europejskie ale jest wszystko co potrzeba. Nie wiem skąd jakieś złe opinie. Czysto, baseny na miejscu i SPA. Śniadanie full, jest wszystko, tylko te ekspresy do kawy jak parkometry to jakaś porażka. Miła obsługa, dobra komunikacja. Dla mnie bardzo fajnie.

Jättebra sängar, rent, fin frukost. Väldigt trevlig personal även om de alla verkade nyanställda och inte hade riktigt koll på hur man servar gäster i bar/restaurang. Jag fick en sallad som bara innehöll hälften av menyn lovade, och vattnet jag beställt kom aldrig trots påtalat 3 gånger
