Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. We were here for the F1 weekend and even though it was busy service was good. The first night we ate in the restaurant and I had a lovely salmon dish. We also spoke to a lovely member of staff who suggested things to do whilst we were in the city. Unfortunately it was closed the second night we were there or we would have gone again.

Clean, and close to the train station and SPAR mini supermarket for your needs. But the hotel will not hold your luggage after check out if you have a later flight and want to roam around a bit. There are luggage lockers at the hotel but they cost 18-20 euros per large locker, so if you have multiple luggages, you will need to pay close to 40-60 euros.

Great location next to main railway station and underground. Hotel is modern clean and comfortable. Had an evening meal which consisted of a basic buffet meal that cost £55; hotel prices lesson learnt.

The Hotel does not have a bell service. I have to purchase a luggage locker for keeping my luggage for sightseeing. The locker costs 8 euros per a carry on luggage for 8 hours. As long as they don’t have a bell service, the cost should be reasonable.

It was great except one thing, they said the restaurant downstairs was completely booked the day I got there. No issue, just the day after I tried to eat there again and they said only groups can eat there that day. It was kind of like, ok I guess I don’t get to eat. Other than that it was great.

The hotel is directly across the street from the main train station and there are several trams that are also right next to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms are very modern. The only complaint is that the elevators are a bit slow. I would stay here again in the future.

Sehr Zentrale Lage, Mitarbeiter alle nett und Hilfsbereit, leider war der Zimmerservice Reinigung Katastrophal.Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt es wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt und das Bett gemacht. Schade sonst wäre es perfect.

Close to M2. Friendly staff. Room was basic but spacious. Shower gel and hand wash was empty, cleaning staff didn’t notice for days. needed to request new bottles at reception. Only 1 was replaced.

Room is duty, the facilities are dirty, the toilet bowl & shower area with stain. Bad smell came out from the toilet brush with some water inside, so disgusting！ And the vehicles make noise the whole night. Btw, only the location is good.

Excellent property with beautiful rooms. Room service was mediocre though. Staff started knocking on doors at 8:00 in the morning and opened the door on my kids at 8:30. Also shampoo ran out from the bathroom and despite a reminder after day 2, still never got a refill!

The location was superb. You won’t find it difficult in reaching the centre of the city, even though the train station to Visegrád. Metro 2 and 4 were the exit H. The room size was bigger than I expected. Lots of TV channels were offered for selection. However, I found one flea on the blanket.

Excellent location. Clean hotel, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again there. One thing, after cleaning the room, water bottles were not always replaced. some days we find new bottles and other days we find the empty bottles still in room without new ones. Not that hard to keep consistency. Its just water :)

Bad = The only comfortable seating near the bar was positioned at the hotel entrance which was very cold due to guests coming and going. The room lighting was over complicated with the shower room glass window not being covered by a curtain. The towels were too small, should be bigger. No spare bedding or pillows. Limited coffee- sugar-milk. Good = The staff were friendly and the decor is modern. Good hot shower. Great location next to the Keleti train / Metro station. If it was not for the great locatiin I would not have chosen to stay

We did not like the see thru shower. No privacy. We think this should be exposed b4 booking. We stayed in a room like this in NYC with my teenage kids. We had to do boys showers-girls out of room and vice versa.

Nice hotel close to Railway station which is why we chose it however it is quite a walk to all the main sites and not many restaurants in the area. It is close to the metro and there is a tram stop 2 minutes away, get a travel pass which is really cheap Our room was a decent size and spotlessly clean however it was extremely hot making it difficult to sleep and even though the window opened we were on the road side so it was too noisy to leave open and sleep.

Really Nice Hotel. Was clean, welcoming and staff friendly. We arrived early with the intention of just dropping off luggage but were accomidated and checked in early. Room was good size, good ammenties. One downside was the aircon didnt work. Given its location which is right next to a main transport hub, noise can be heard throughout the day and night. Property was easy to locate and nice location near to everything including great transport links including trams buses metro and train station.

The place is clean and big and very close to many places. However, the bar manager is a little rude and not accommodating. We received a mini wine as VIP stay. We don’t drink wine and requested to have it changed to bottled water. The lobby receptionist asked the bar/restaurant manager. The manager was rude and said no.

It is very close to the railway station, within walking distance, so it's a perfect location for people who travel a lot. I also liked that there's a reception and if you need to check in earlier, call a cab, iron clothes, they help with everything.

As a gold member i had vip acces with a bottle of wine. When we arrived they said we dont have it. We wanted non alcohol drink. Then they said we cant give them also instead of wine. Very rude behaviour. Never visit again this hotel.

I just got back from Budapest and this hotel was so good!!! It as in close proximity to metros and buses which made getting around the city so easy. The room was clean and comfortable perfect for a couple of days away! Whilst I was away my phone broke and I was panicking as I had no way of accessing anything, the two girls behind the desk were so helpful they bought me tissues and water and provided me with a way to contact my family to let them know the situation. Everything ended up getting resolved thanks to them and I will truly be grateful for their help and service! Would definitely stay here again if I was to return.

The location was excellent with transport links to the city centre and beyond readily available. The hotel itself looks reasonably new, and was clean and tidy throughout. The room was spotless and every member of staff was polite, helpful and able to answer our questions about the city. It we return to Budapest we will happily stay here again.

The hotel is clearly new and modern. We enjoyed the rain shower, and everything was clean and tidy. The only downside to our stay was when we were woken up at 8:15am on the day of checkout by a member of staff entering our room to ask when we were going to check out! This has never happened to me before when staying at other hotels and put a bad taste in my mouth for the remainder of the stay.

This was my first time to Budapest. This hotel is a little way out from the river and what appeared to be the ‘nicer’ end of Pest. Nearer the river was more tourist friendly with nice restaurants and just the general feel was more appealing. Around this hotel, the area was a bit run down and not as nice. I would not stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. However, I found some staff helpful and others just rude. During breakfast, one staff member started rambling at me in Hungarian, which I didn’t understand, but it would appear she was hacked off from where I took my coffee cup! She then proceeded to grab, yes grab, my arm to tell me off like a child. Thought I was a guest! On my final day, I was subjected to house keeping entering the room at 10am, without knocking, despite check out being at 12. Thankfully, I was dressed! I felt maybe some staff needed to be a little more customer focused. Taking everything into consideration, I won’t be returning to this hotel.

We arrived early and were given access to our room right away. The reception desk delivered a complimentary small bottle of champagne to our room. Very nice. Our flight the next morning was before breakfast so the hotel packed us a robust takeaway breakfast. Great service!

The hotel is very convenient for short stays, and within easy access from the train station and metro. It has an adjacent parking lot. It has modern and clean facilities. However, it is not close to the main attractions, so be prepared to walk or take the metro, which is very easy to access. The area around the hotel feels like it is still in the 90s. Overall a very good stay.

Great location for coming or going through the Keleti train station. Cross the street and you're there. Not the best part of the city but we found some nice restaurants and bars within a 25 minute walk. The hotel is modern and clean with well appointed rooms. The staff at reception spoke perfect English and were very helpful.

Very nice stuff. Hotel is clean. The Hotel get 4 stars if you look what you get for the price for a room. I normally live in good standard hotels. Location I give 2 stars. There are a lot of sounds from police cars if you get a windows to the street. Lobby and breakfast area is very nice. The neighborhood/location is maybe not the best. We had a good price for our room and the taxi has good prices!

Beautiful interior design. Wide open reception hall and wide open dining area for breakfast only. No lunch and dinner are available and have to go out for food by taking taxi. Wrong information about restaurant is posted on the TV. Air conditioning is not good, no temperature control, just one to two settings. It is not cold enough in hot summer. The vent is fixed in certain direction and some areas in the room do not have cold air. Hope that this can be looked and improved.

Great hotel superby situated and with lovely rooms. Ideal for Keleti station. Buffet breakfast great srlectipn and good quality hot and cold food. Coffee excellent. I would suggest that layout of buffet is changed. Currently large queues form for bread/pasteries but the pile of plates is after the counter causi g many problems. Porridge and fruit is along the rear, but spoons only available in far corner. Needs better logic to speed the large queues from several coach tours.
