Solid, well-located hotel with friendly staff and nice, well-appointed rooms. While I did appreciate the parking garage, it is incredibly tight getting in and out. Also was not aware of road construction nearby - didn't really affect us but could have.

Great central location. Helpful staff. Cool restaurants nearby. Comfortable room, though tended to be too warm. Gym equipment not well maintained (stationary bike and elliptical); no cleaning equipment, unlike every other gym I’ve ever been to! Floor mats not clean. Sauna out of order- disappointing! Overall, a good stay.

Room was spotless and so well heated, and very well porportioned. Breakfast was excellent and gluten free options were available. The bistro offered a small but excellent selection of food and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel for location, amenities, food and service.

¡Un gran acierto! Un hotel perfectamente ubicado, con un personal amable y un mobiliario en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda todo un acierto. El hotel cuenta además con una pequeña sala de ejercicio y dos saunas, una de ellas infrarroja. Sobre la ubicación poco más se puede añadir, saliendo del hotel te topas con la Ópera y su parada de metro, el Parlamento está a menos de veinte minutos andando... I was here on a weekend trip with my best friend. We where surprised how good the hotel where compared to the price! Rooms where a bit old but very nice and clean. Room was cleaned everyday. The hotel has a very nice gym and sauna - and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again! So close to everything!

The hotel management is not flexible at all: There is no way to check in earlier than 15:00! OK this is the official time, but always "your room sir is not prepared". It's my 4th visit there and the excuse is always the same, even when the hotel is not fully booked. It's their policy (I waited in the lobby for over 3h as I had to do something over my PC) and the excuses were always the same to everyone that came even at 14:00. (most hotels worldwide are flexible on this early check in option, specially with guests that seem to arrive after long flights) About breakfast: when for example on weekends it is till 11:00 and they start picking plates and products from the buffet at 10:40! I can accept not to refill, because it goes to the end, but picking up 20' before it ends, while we are 10+ people, it's a sign of lack of hospitality and unprofessional. No honey offered as an option. The reason to choose the hotel is the fact that it has a gym, as I run almost every day (10+ Marathon finisher), no matter the weather conditions due to my trip. I went the fitness center, 07:30 in the morning to run, I was unhappily surprised as no one of the 2 treadmill machines was working! In the meantime, no sign on the fitness entrance about this, even in the hotel website or social media, was something mentioned, as it happens to all hotels by the management. Even my repeated complaints nobody came to fix it, wasting 1h of my life, waiting for a solution for services that I had paid for

The hotel is in an excellent location and is easily accessible. The hotel and the rooms are well maintained and clean with a sauna and fitness room. Breakfast was good with a wide range of continental and cooked items and full range of beverages. I would highly recommend the hotel.

La habitación olía mal. La moqueta apestaba a moqueta usada y sucia. Además, la habitación olía en general a dormitorio (sospecho que hay que renovar el colchón y las almohadas). Me quejé en la recepción y me dijeron que se lo comunicarían al gerente y que al día siguiente me ofrecerían otra habitación. Pasaron los días y me quedé en la misma habitación hasta el final de mi estancia. Además, en mi humilde opinión, el hotel no es de 4 estrellas, sino de 3 como mucho. Sería necesaria una reforma importante, tanto en las instalaciones como en la estética, para merecer 4 estrellas.

Moldy shower curtain and my door didn’t auto lock when I’d leave for the day. If someone were to push on my door, they’d have complete access to my room. I told front desk and they assured me someone would come by the next morning to fix it, yet no one came.

Poor start to my stay, as they would not honor my Expedia VIP perks. Then, I went to the room where I found the last guest’s coffee cups still half-full of coffee. Additionally the room had a key that would have required me to lock myself in the room, which I did not care for if there were an emergency. My room was changed, and it was adequate. On a positive note, the location was amazing, and the breakfast was quite good.

The hotel was pretty decent for the price. We stayed 4 nights, and the first morning we woke up to loud drilling noises like someone was doing some renovations next door or very near by. That was not great, but we asked to be moved and they obliged (though it took a while and it seemed like the staff member maybe thought I was crazy for not wanting to be woken up with the walls shaking each morning). The rest of the mornings were quiet. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very close to the Opera metro stop.

Man macht bei dem Hotel grundsätzliche nichts falsch, aber man darf kein Highlight erwarten. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und ausreichend Stauraum ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das sieht man in den Zimmer, in den Fluren oder im Fahrstuhl. Die Lage direkt an der Oper ist natürlich spitze, da auch die U-Bahn 200m vom Hotel entfernt ist, wodurch man schnell überrascht hinkommt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren stets freundlich und konnten gut englisch. Der einzige echte Minuspunkt sind die Eingangszimmertüren.. diese klemmen und fallen äußerst geräuschvoll ins Schloss und das eben bei allen Leuten, das nervt schon mit der Zeit und auch in der Nacht. Daher 7/10 für mich

The staff and manager were all amazing. I reported an issue with my room and it was attended to immediately. The hotel is very close to the cathedral and Christmas market. The room was very hot & I’m from the Caribbean so I turned off the heat and open the window for a little then it was very good. It is convenient to have a kettle and tea / coffee in the room for early checkout . They even gave us breakfast to go as we had a really early checkout.

What really set K&K apart was there phenomenal front desk staff… greeting us on the sidewalk when we arrived, giving us fantastic tips on where to eat, tips on navigating public transportation and always greeting us with sincere smiles. The breakfast buffet was top notch and the hotel centrally located for easy access to all things Pest side. Highly recommended.

Front desk staff was wonderful! Hotel is in a great location with walking distance to most attractions which was awesome! The facility also has parking which is a major issue in Europe and it was a big plus!

Hotel has a good location, next to the Opera building and metro station. Room was comfortable and quiet with enough storage space. Elevator could be more modern. Receptionist staff could be more friendly, I was not very happy with their customer service. Breakfast option is not worth 15€, pastry were not fresh, no allergen information or other options, like free from milk, bread, etc. Only recommended because of the good location.

Was very happy to find this hotel. Location was perfect, walkable to everything. Lots of dining options and also an ABC store in the corner. Opera is also next to the hotel, and St Stephen’s Basilica a block away. There’s also a Hop on Hop off stop on the Opera side and St Stephen’s Basilica side. The only downside is they charge extra for the breakfast.

Excellent breakfast buffet, great location and helpful staff who were more than happy to keep our cases after check out to allow us further time to get explore. They do offer a transfer to and from the airport but this is slightly more expensive than booking an uber yourself. All in all would recommend and we would stay again.

Needs a refurbished and would not rate the hotel as 4*. Toilets were black at the bottom of the trough and looked disgusting. No reasonable dining options as they ran out of chicken so we had to leave and go to another restaurant. Missed tea and coffee replenishing twice.
