The hotel is located 20 to 25 minutes away from Budapest. You definitely need a car to get there. The hotel has sufficient parking places. The hotel offered us a Family Room, which are two rooms connected. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Standart rooms were the only ones available and they are very very basic and non pampering at all. The Hotel was terribly crowded and so was Aqua world. Breakfast is very good!

Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme extrem freundlich! Das Hotel ist schon etwas angewöhnt, aber noch vollkommen ok. Was wirklich gestört hat: Im Aquaresort ist es zu dunkel. Am Ende vom Sportbecken z.B. stehen 3 Reihen Liegen. An der Decke darüber sind Lampen, die aber leider nicht einmal am Abend eingeschaltet werden. Es sollte auch nur eine beschränkte Besucher-Anzahl eingelassen werden. Oft ist es einfach völlig überfüllt.

The aquapark was amazing. So many different pools to choose from. The room was clean and convenient. Location is ok, about a 20 mins walk to a retail park with outlets and a supermarket which was nice. Public transport and taxis are easy to use nearby. Breakfast was great, dinner was average. It's a shame drinks and lunch cannot be included in your holiday package as buying drinks and lunch from the aquapark restaurant was expensive. Overall enjoyed our stay here.. really child friendly with their facilities.

Es war ein grandioser Spaß für Groß und Klein! Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass die meisten Wasserrutschen erst ab einer Körperhöhe von 130cm zugelassen sind! Hotelzimmer und Verpflegung waren spitze! Die Lage (ca. 30min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt) nicht so berauschend, aber für sightseeing waren wir ja auch nicht da ;) Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder, wenn wir alle 130cm groß sind ;)

Unfortunately only stayed one night here but I would definitely return. All of the staff from the reception to the waiting and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed my stay. The building itself is slightly dated and the rooms were not completely soundproof; you are able to hear a toilet flushing while walking through the corridor. However, the room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of storage and even a drying rack for clothes. Also, the air conditioning system was very strong which was fantastic. The food options at dinner and breakfast were varied and of good quality. Aquaworld was brilliant. Being a guest in the hotel there is access to it and its slides as well as the oriental spa which had a fantastic sauna world. Plenty of parking on site.

Parkmöglichkeit ist super, eigener riesiger Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß genug (waren zu dritt) und auch sehr sauber. Der Badebereich ist gepflegt und es gibt jede Menge verschiedener Becken mit bis zu 34 Grad warmen Wasser. Diverse Rutschen, Gegenstrom, Wellen und vieles mehr. Wem hier langweilig wird dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Aber kommen wir nun zu den zwei Punkten, denen auch meine 3 Sterne geschuldet sind obwohl alle was es für 5 Sterne brauchen würde, zur Verfügung stand. 1. Das Essen ist, für ungarische Verhältnisse, echt schlecht. Egal wo man in Ungarn isst, es schmeckt einfach himmlisch, aber hier ist es einfach nur schlecht. 2. Das Personal ist, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, leider sehr unfreundlich. Es wird herzlos gearbeitet. Wenn man mal was gefragt oder um etwas gebeten hat, bekam man als Antwort nur ein ungarisches Gemurmel ohne dass man dabei angesehen wurde. Man bekam immer das Gefühl als hätte man gerade gestört. Aber wie vorher erwähnt, sind nicht alle so. Einige waren echt nett und hinterließen das Gefühl dass man hier willkommen sei.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Stadtrand Budapests. Die Zimmer sind groß, gemütlich und sauber. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und 2 Balkone. Zusätzlich gab es im Aufenthaltsbereich ein paar Küchenschränke mit Geschirr, Besteck, einer Spüle sowie einem Minikühlschrank (ungefüllte Minibar). Leider war keine Kochmöglichkeit vorhanden. Wenn man nicht im Hotelrestaurant essen wollte, musste man schon einige Kilometer zum nächsten Restaurant zurücklegen, ebenso für einen Supermarkt. Dafür ist das Hotel (momentan noch - es wird viel gebaut) ruhig am Waldesrand gelegen. Die Wasserwelten des Hotels sind vielfältig und ebenso sehr sauber. Das ca. 32° Grad warme Thermalwasser ist sehr angenehm und obwohl viele Familien mit teilweise sehr kleinen Kindern dort Urlaub machen, lässt es sich gut entspannen. Es gibt Bereiche nur für Erwachsene und eine Kinderwelt mit Kinderbetreuung. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über einen Harcourt-Tennisplatz, eine Spa- und Saunawelt. Möchte man in die Stadt, kann man mit dem Bus (direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle) fahren. Besser und schneller geht es allerdings mit dem Auto. Das Frühstücksbuffet was sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gab sogar glutenfreie Produkte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung war groß und echt toll. Wenn man will findet man Flecken aber wir sind da nicht so heikel. Alles in allem ein ruhiges tolle Hotel. Frühstück war super und Personal sehr freundlich.

Rooms where clean and big enough for us.The breakfast was fantastic with loads of options. The pool area itself was fantastic. It's a little bit out of the centre so a car would be advisable, but it's also only a short taxi ride into the centre.Overall we where really happy with everything and had an amazing time. Definitely looking to go back.

the room was great, the location as well. If we are 3 people it would have been nice to get at least 2 bottles of water...beside the fact that there is a need to pay for everything (even an extra cup or an ice) it was ok. As for the slides, to those that require a float the wait is too long - and not enough floats

Zusätzlich gab es im Aufenthaltsbereich ein paar Küchenschränke mit Geschirr, Besteck, einer Spüle sowie einem Minikühlschrank (ungefüllte Minibar). Leider war keine Kochmöglichkeit vorhanden. Wenn man nicht im Hotelrestaurant essen wollte, musste man schon einige Kilometer zum nächsten Restaurant zurücklegen, ebenso für einen Supermarkt. Dafür ist das Hotel (momentan noch - es wird viel gebaut) ruhig am Waldesrand gelegen. Die Wasserwelten des Hotels sind vielfältig und ebenso sehr sauber. Das ca. 32° Grad warme Thermalwasser ist sehr angenehm und obwohl viele Familien mit teilweise sehr kleinen Kindern dort Urlaub machen, lässt es sich gut entspannen. Es gibt Bereiche nur für Erwachsene und eine Kinderwelt mit Kinderbetreuung. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über einen Harcourt-Tennisplatz, eine Spa- und Saunawelt. Möchte man in die Stadt, kann man mit dem Bus (direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle) fahren. Besser und schneller geht es allerdings mit dem Auto. Das Frühstücksbuffet was sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gab sogar glutenfreie Produkte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung war groß und echt toll. Wenn man will findet man Flecken aber wir sind da nicht so heikel. Alles in allem ein ruhiges tolle Hotel. Frühstück war super und Personal sehr freundlich.

Rooms where clean and big enough for us.The breakfast was fantastic with loads of options. The pool area itself was fantastic. It's a little bit out of the centre so a car would be advisable, but it's also only a short taxi ride into the centre.Overall we where really happy with everything and had an amazing time. Definitely looking to go back.

As always another great stay at Aquaworld. We had a family suite and half board option. Our flight was delayed so we missed dinner the first night so they gave us free lunch one day too. We did have issus with check in because we had been told that they accept American Express and they couldnt seem to run our card and wanted us to pay in cash for the full stay. We were allowed to go to our room and try again in the morning and we found one card terminal that would accept AMEX if mannually entered. The water park was very crowded on the weekend days but the staff handled it well and it never felt uncomfortably crowded. Our kids love Aquaworld and we will definitely return again.

We have stayed at the property multiple times and it has always been wonderful. This time was a bit different. Some things at the water park weren’t working as they were being cleaned or fixed. Also at both dinner services, I had to beg a waiter to order drinks and only ended up being able to order once. I was definitely disappointed in the service this time around.

Parkmöglichkeit ist super, eigener riesiger Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß genug (waren zu dritt) und auch sehr sauber. Der Badebereich ist gepflegt und es gibt jede Menge verschiedener Becken mit bis zu 34 Grad warmen Wasser. Diverse Rutschen, Gegenstrom, Wellen und vieles mehr. Wem hier langweilig wird dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Aber kommen wir nun zu den zwei Punkten, denen auch meine 3 Sterne geschuldet sind obwohl alle was es für 5 Sterne brauchen würde, zur Verfügung stand. 1. Das Essen ist, für ungarische Verhältnisse, echt schlecht. Egal wo man in Ungarn isst, es schmeckt einfach himmlisch, aber hier ist es einfach nur schlecht. 2. Das Personal ist, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, leider sehr unfreundlich. Es wird herzlos gearbeitet. Wenn man mal was gefragt oder um etwas gebeten hat, bekam man als Antwort nur ein ungarisches Gemurmel ohne dass man dabei angesehen wurde. Man bekam immer das Gefühl als hätte man gerade gestört. Aber wie vorher erwähnt, sind nicht alle so. Einige waren echt nett und hinterließen das Gefühl dass man hier willkommen sei.

Unfortunately only stayed one night here but I would definitely return. All of the staff from the reception to the waiting and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed my stay. The building itself is slightly dated and the rooms were not completely soundproof; you are able to hear a toilet flushing while walking through the corridor. However, the room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of storage and even a drying rack for clothes. Also, the air conditioning system was very strong which was fantastic. The food options at dinner and breakfast were varied and of good quality. Aquaworld was brilliant. Being a guest in the hotel there is access to it and its slides as well as the oriental spa which had a fantastic sauna world. Plenty of parking on site.

Rooms was good, reception service was very good. Restaurant ok. I could not enjoy spa access during my 3-day stay, so the reception handed me a card as I was checking out: I could have used that same day in case I had free time . I very much enjoyed such kind gift.

Vi hade en jättebra vistelse levande musik till middagen och den äldre personalen är väldigt service minded 5-stjärnor, ej den yngre som får en svag 3a. Bad resorten älskade familjen. Och att se Mattias kyrkan bl.a var helt fantastiskt.

If we are 3 people it would have been nice to get at least 2 bottles of water...beside the fact that there is a need to pay for everything (even an extra cup or an ice) it was ok. As for the slides, to those that require a float the wait is too long - and not enough floats

The hotel is located 20 to 25 minutes away from Budapest. You definitely need a car to get there. The hotel has sufficient parking places. The hotel offered us a Family Room, which are two rooms connected. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Siamo ritornati per la seconda volta a distanza di qualche anno e sinceramente i prezzi di tutta Budapest mi sono sembrati più che raddoppiati,ma nonostante tutto città e struttura sono fantastiche. I mezzi pubblici la sera sono un pò carenti ed è un peccato che non ci sia più il servizio navetta hotel-città. Struttura eccezionale, la raccomando...!!!

The aquapark was amazing. So many different pools to choose from. The room was clean and convenient. Location is ok, about a 20 mins walk to a retail park with outlets and a supermarket which was nice. Public transport and taxis are easy to use nearby. Breakfast was great, dinner was average. It's a shame drinks and lunch cannot be included in your holiday package as buying drinks and lunch from the aquapark restaurant was expensive. Overall enjoyed our stay here.. really child friendly with their facilities.

Es war ein grandioser Spaß für Groß und Klein! Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass die meisten Wasserrutschen erst ab einer Körperhöhe von 130cm zugelassen sind! Hotelzimmer und Verpflegung waren spitze! Die Lage (ca. 30min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt) nicht so berauschend, aber für sightseeing waren wir ja auch nicht da ;) Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder, wenn wir alle 130cm groß sind ;)

Nice stay for 3 Days. The kids liked the Aquaworld. The lobby bar is very small for the hotel capacity. The breakfast vas the same every day.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer (etwas abgenutzt) ausreichend groß. Tolle Schwimmanlage, sehr sauber. Frühstück und Abendbuffet sehr große Auswahl und sehr lecker!

Værelser ganske fine, men mangler basale ting som strygejern, minibar. Maden på hotellet er en katastrofe direkte ulækkert, maden er så fed og uspiselig. Der er tale om fuldfed ungarsk mad i ed frityre og fedt på alt, og der er taget udgangspunkt i laveste fællensnævner i madpyramiden, tydeligt at se at dem de rspiste made var typuske overvægtige med 10-20+ kg ekstra på sidebenet. Som vegetar var der ikke en eneste ting på menuen, blev rådet til at gå i baren og talte med en ung dame der pegede på tre sandwich der var til vegetarer (indeholdt Bacon, Oksekød, Kygling..) Hun fattede nok ikke hvad en vegetar var. Sauna og bade facilitetet er super fine Træningsfaciliteter fremtræder mangelfukde og nedslidte, burede sortere i hvem der har adgang dem der vil træne og derm der vil bruge det som socialt opholdsrum. Dette taget med udgangspunkt i besøg i 137 land med 200 overnatninger de sidste 27 år med ca 30 forskellige hoteller pr år.

I will not be returning to this resort, nor will I be recommending it to anyone. My experience was very disappointing for the following reasons: Poor guidance: The staff gave me wrong directions to Aquaworld, sending me outside instead of using the indoor walkway—completely impractical for guests in swimwear. Terrible food: The dinner buffet had a very limited selection and the quality was poor. The meat was so dry and overcooked that it was almost impossible to eat. Misleading information: The water park is advertised as opening at 7:00 AM, but the slides don't open until 10:00 AM. Since check-out is at 11:00 AM, we had barely any time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

The hotel was good, but some of the stafe was not friendly but mostly was. The spa is really nice. The staff in the reception was very friendly and spa, but in The Aquaworld the staff was so mean! They are not friendly and you can see they don’t like there jobs! 5 stars to the staff in the reception and spa!!!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The facilities were great, the food delicious, most the staff was very friendly. You pay resort prices for anything outside of the offered normal breakfast and dinner buffet. Was a great weekend trip. Having a designated shuttle to downtown would make it even better. We paid quite a bit for Uber to get downtown for extra excursions. It’s about a 20-30 minute trip. Loved it and would recommend.

Rooms was good, reception service was very good. Restaurant ok. I could not enjoy spa access during my 3-day stay, so the reception handed me a card as I was checking out: I could have used that same day in case I had free time . I very much enjoyed such kind gift.
