Dynasty Suites Hotel

We drove 4 hours to California for family time not expecting to have to leave the next day back to Vegas on another family emergency and hotel still charged for the day talking about you have to cancel 24 hours not to get charged. Stupid because if we knew we would of just got the room for one day. Other thing is parking not enough parking space for each vehicles. You can’t even open the door. I will never book with that hotel again.

Staff was working early in the am and the electricity went out twice.

The place was nice but I closed the shutters to the window and a cockroach the size of a small dog jumped out…. And I had a date…

The photos were misleading. When we arrived there were no bedspreads and we were greeted with an odd smell and cockroaches galore. The tv only worked part of the time and the shower barely has enough pressure to get you wet if you ran around to chase the water. It was miserable.

Our room had bed bugs and they didn't want to refund us they just wanted to switch us rooms, had to get a refund thru Expedia ( waiting on it and our 100 deposit)

once we open the door the strong smell of cleaning chemical was making me sneeze. They don't have ventilation or i just don't know how it look. I like the bathroom heater .The location is good 10 minutes away from Walmart then there's a lot of Food location nearby.

This hotel is very good. Room is very clean without any smell, hardwood floor, nice and clean. The room is bigger than what I through. Have most of supplier for what you need, there is village on the other side for dinning, and also Starbuck and 7-11 is around , 5 minutes walk. The staff is nice as well. Overall, I would like to stay in this hotel next time when visiting Riverside.

The shower wasn’t working and the breakfast was available as it mentioned in the website

The rooms were great, staff very professional. Check out was at noon, which it is nice to sleep in while on vacation.

Hotel was very clean and nice. My only complaint was the water pressure was by far the worst out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Loud, thin walls, but clean comfortable bed.

From the moment we checked in, we did not feel welcome. I had to get buzzed in with a Ring doorbell for the first time ever at a hotel stay. Next, I see a long list of rules taped to the window, which was set up like a bank teller's plexiglass all of the way to the ceiling and a tiny little opening to slip my ID through. The woman then proceeded to verbally go over all of the rules that I had just read. Finally, there was a card reader for me to use my credit card to check in, but all of the rules came up again on the card reader before I could tap my card. Oh, and there is a $100 security deposit in case you break the rules. That took several days to be removed from my credit card. The room had been remodeled at some point, but there was paint missing from the walls where the old headboards must have been. There were plantation shutters over the window, but the air conditioner was so loud it made the shutters vibrate so loud you couldn't stand it. The toilet had to be mounted partially sideways so that the door to the bathroom would close. They put new fixtures in the shower, but left the old ones in as well. I wouldn't refer to this as a suite. It was only one room with two beds and a tiny table. I definitely will not be staying here again, and I don't recommend this to anyone, even though it is very convenient to UC Riverside.

Nice upgrades

This is the best no-frills motel close to UC Riverside with all of the conveniences you'll need. Dynasty Suites has a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service - allowing me check in at 7:30am on the day of my reservation for a small fee, so I could get online for work meetings. WiFi is really, really good - I had zero problems with two full days of back to back Teams/Zoom meetings where I was presenting, sharing slides, etc. Dynasty Suites is a 5 minute drive to my son's dorm on the UCR campus and is surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. I had a room with a king-sized bed and couch, which was a pull-out, so plenty of space and it's comfortable. The AC/heater worked very well and there's a ceiling fan for extra cooling if you need it. They had a larger sized refrigerator in the room, a microwave and hair dryer. They also have more toiletries than most - toothpaste, mouthwash, razor, shaving cream, etc. A unique touch is finding murals on the ceiling at the front desk and within the rooms.

Not good, dirty room, backed up sink, no shower curtain liner, broken hair dryer, deferred maintenance. The staff was ok, the initial greeting was good but then downhill from there. Not like the Dynasty Suites we have stayed at in the past in Redlands which was very nice. Will not be staying there again.

Room 108 had cracks in the wood floor in room and it was coming apart! You could hear all the noise outside the room!

The property was fine. We had a problem with our toilet and when addressing it with the front desk, he basically told us to take care of it ourselves with some attitude. That was unexpected and rude but had a good time overall.

We enjoyed our stay. Could not ask for a better place to stay for the night. But I cannot understand why we were charged twice for a one night stay. I had a very hard time to contact the hotel's desk to ask questions. I wish we could call directly but the call had to be made to a national phone number.

Staff was pleasant and responsive. We would stay again if we return to the area.

Dynasty Hotel canceled my reservation. They tried to run my Credit card 24 hours before my stay and it was declined. I let them know, they did not have permission to run my card. I am set up to pay at the hotel. They said, They called me but know answer. I show them my phone and showed no one had called me from your hotel. So that is a BS line. So they canceled my reservation because they could not run my Credit card 24 hours before I arrived. Now it's 9 pm on a Saturday night and I am looking for a place for the night. Not good business.... Not good at all.....

Fantastic stay, great employees, and a super location. It's near lots restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The shower soap was empty for it was leaking. The solution was a cup with some shower gel. The expectation of the room was lower than expected. I am usually not picky about a room, but I have to say that the service was not good. There was no personal interaction. That is all I need to say.

Great location and very affordable price. Close to school and many shops.

Felt it was not as safe as I was hoping

Close to UCR

The location wasn't great. Just a bit sketchy. There was a new starbucks on the corner and a big development across the street, but it also felt a little unsafe. The property was in ok condition. Not bad, but not great. I stayed there to be able to walk to campus, but next time I will stay at a nicer place downtown and get a ride to campus.

Breakfast advertised however no breakfast. Bathroom is very small and old. Noisey neighbors who slept during day and partied at night. Staff was very good.

Towels are too old and discolored. No breakfast.The toilet is too loud after flushing.
